Great experience with the team at Chuck Olson Chevrolet. From the first visit to when I finally picked up my Z06, the whole team was great. Mikey was my salesperson, and he has been with the company for almost 30 years. He was a lot of fun to work with, thinking through the specs and learning the car. Really, no pressure, it was like hanging out with my uncle and exploring what we liked about the car. The team there beat what I thought was a great rate while exploring financing. The signing was clear, professional,quick educational with options discussed and not pressured which I valued. The team handed off my Z06 to me in what felt a little VIP experience. Jeff the sales manager was awesome too and he made sure to bring out the service advisor for an introduction before leaving. I will definitely be back for my service work and make it a dealer of choice for any Chevy products in the future.

My 1st vehicle was a lease and got multiple discounts on it. Mike, Jim and Adam from chuck olson chevrolet helped us close the deal. Really great guys. My 2nd car is from chuck olson Kia, on financing. Their price reduction was better than costco deal, and also got 0% apr kia financing. Appreciate Izaya, Guyo and sales manager that helped us close the deal within 1day. I don’t need another car any sooner but i’m going to recommend them to my friends and I will definitely reconsider them in future.

Great honest service all around even though I came in with a recently purchased used car purchased from CarMax. Completed two requested recall services (free) and a very reasonably priced oil change. Waited for car and they were done with everything in less than three hours. Waiting area was very comfy with everything I needed. Most of all, I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on repairs to the car. I had already had it inspected, but they didn’t know that and they didn’t try and get me to fix things that didn’t need fixing! Definitely recommend!

My experience at Chuck Olson Kia was great! I was looking for a used Honda CR-V online, saw a great option on their lot, showed up without an appointment and was given exemplary service. Justin Irwin is the man! He's very relaxed, easy to deal with, and showed me that there are still honest sales reps. It's the only vehicle dealer I visited (3 previous to this) that had no hassle with making a deal that was fair. The pictures of my CR-V on the website were great, no hidden flaws from 20 feet away as I had seen on other cars. I was given a deal that was more than fair considering a full tank of gas, fresh oil change, and fresh detail before leaving the lot. If I am searching again in the future I'll start here.

I worked with Justin on the purchase of a new. Kia EV6 and had a great experience. The staff were all friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable. The purchase process went smoothly with no high pressure sales gimmicks. I'd definitely go back. Went in to purchase a new car with my son and was immediately helped by Bryce, since the salesperson assigned to us was on their lunch break. We had arrived a little earlier than scheduled because I needed to get back to work by 3 p.m. Bryce was awesome very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He had us test drive a few different models and even encouraged me to take one home so my wife could see it and give her approval. We ended up choosing the 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid. The dealership didn’t have the exact color and interior combo we wanted, so we went for the white with tan interior, which was the only one on display in the showroom which had 19 miles on it. Bryce got the paperwork started right away, and once everything was approved, he had the car pulled out, checked, and detailed for us. The whole Chuck Olson Kia team was friendly and professional, and they made the process quick and smooth. I do wish I’d had a bit more time to negotiate the price, but since I was in a rush and the dealership is close to home, it worked out perfectly. If you’re considering Chuck Olson Kia, definitely check them out, they won’t disappoint! My only suggestion is to get a couple of quotes beforehand to make sure you get the best out-the-door price. I had an amazing experience with DJ! The gentlemen had a porter sent for me on day 1 so that I could check out the vehicle and go for a text drive. The rest of the process he was forward and upfront, and anything he didn’t know he found someone who did. There were a few minor service issues that he had fixed up quickly, and put in paperwork for what required appointments. His demeanor is everything you would hope for in a car salesman. At no point did I feel pressured from him or finance, they made the experience near hassle free. I would recommend DJ to any and everyone looking for a Kia. My only complaint for this dealership is that the manager he was working with was very pushy for the check from my bank. As soon as the purchase order was sent he wanted me to pick up my check, to the point he sent me with DJ once and tried to again when it had to be revised. Even then, it wasn’t the worst amount of pushy especially in comparison to other local dealers.
