Me and my buddy went down to the Cowlitz today to do some smelt fishing and accidentally ran into some soft wet sand and nobody was wiling to help tow out my truck so I called TNT Towing and Steve came to the rescue after a hour of nobody helping me out Steve came and got me out within 5 minutes thanks a lot Steve
How can a place charge you for towing a vehicle they didn't tow?I can see a service charge but not towing the vehicle was already gone when we got here carls towing already towed it he was decent and only charged a service charge after all the conversation on the phone trying to charge me full price of 160 ended up paying 65bucks I guess that's fair Thank you!
In EVERY business in Cowlitz County you need a referral or luck. I got the later. Lucky.

Wow! Where do I begin with this company? The owner is EXTREMELY UNETHICAL and beyond rude. We contacted him about having our vehicle towed to a local business. When we found out that the business was not going to fix the issue we canceled ( All in roughly 30 mins). We did not receive services but he still charged are card. He said once it was posted he would refund it to us. Never did, so I called and he denies ever saying he would, he doesn’t remember, and says either I can be credited a tow in the future or I’m out. What kind of business is that, to just take people's money and then say it would mess up his taxes and he is not going to pay his accountant to do my refund. And so many other ridiculous reasons.
Take your business ANYWHERE else but here!
I had a great experience. The customer service was top notch. Picked up my vehicle and waited for 30 minutes while I had it inspected. The driver was on time. The fee was fair. Hooked up and dropped my vehicle with care and no damages. This is the second we used TNT Towing. We will use this company for all towing needs in the future.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Steve with TNT Towing for giving the best customer service ever. Today I went outside to get in my car and I had a flat tire, I don't know how to change a tire, and everyone I knew who might be able to help was at work. I called Les Schwab as the tires are only 2 months old and that is where I bought them, they told me they had no one available for a service call, and didn't I have AAA? I called the two local tow companies and they were to busy and out of town...I had a little mini air compressor but the air was leaking out of the tire so it definitely needed to have the spare put on so I could get the tire in to be fixed. I was kind of at my wits end, and by chance just googled tow companies and TNT came up, I called and spoke with the owner Steve who said his truck was on a call but that he would come up to help me. I live in Castle Rock out by the Toutle and he was here within 30 minutes and quickly changed my tire for me. He was so kind when everyone else had just been rude. I know it's a holiday weekend and a bad time to get a flat, but these are things we can't foresee and certainly don't want. If you are going to have a business at least be kind even if you can't oblige the customer try to be courteous. I hope everyone in this area will use TNT towing the next time they need help as they certainly went above and beyond for me. Have a safe and happy Memorial day.
Great service! I live in Longview and my car broke down on my way to the beach past Naselle. Steve came down and towed me me back home safe. Much appreciated!

We had a disabled travel trailer 40 miles from Longview
and our warranty company found TNT for us. Could not be more pleased with how Steve handled our problem. Once he found out the bad situation we were in, he rushed to help us. Would highly recommend TNT to anyone needing roadside assistance or towing.

Do not trust your vehicle with Steve Tooney owner of TnT Towing. There are several good tow companies in the Longview, Kelso WA. area. Do yourself a huge favor. Choose a different one.
