My boyfriend called multiple companies with no answers but Christian Brother’s Towing answered and made it out in less than 30 minutes which I feel is great considering it was 9pm.
Chris seriously saved me today. I was headed to a job fully loaded with my truck and trailer when I had a blowout—worst timing possible. Thought for sure I was going to have to call my client and reschedule. Called and Chris answered immediately. Not only that, he was on site in about 15 minutes. Got me taken care of fast and had me back on the road like nothing even happened. Absolute lifesaver. Professional, quick, and just an all-around great guy—super easy to work with. Hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll be a customer for life and recommending him to everyone I know. Thanks again, Chris

Waited a long time but was a busy morning for them. When he finally showed up discovered he was super good human being. He tried to get my car running first. He then brought my car home and had great dialog with him. This person is how everyone should be. Honest, helpful, sincere. Changed my whole day.
My experience was horrible. I feel violated. They illegally Towed my car from Chucks parking lot were it was parked with a flat tire. Now they are trying to charge me $1000 to get it back and it just keeps going up.
Selective on who they will tow..So as a business owner I would not recommend. The owner will preach to you about your sky daddy and how he is a godly man
I have locked keys in my vehicle on two separate occasions and both times they were the ONLY ones available to help me and they were as quick as they could be, and were very kind and didnt make me feel like a nitwit for locking my keys in. I always recommend these guys!
Dead battery...operator error. Great service...great price...warning of potential future problems to fix soon. Will use again, referring others as well.
Actually, they were very easy to deal with not like a lot of other towing companies I've had the unfortunate occasion to deal with. Very courteous to someone with disabilities. Thank you.

Jerry with Christian Brothers towing saved us in the 112 degree weather when our vehicle broke down in Kalama and towed it to our home in Longview. Best towing and nicest person - we were truly grateful and blessed to have help in the extreme heat! Reliable, reasonable, quick!
For a towing company thats open 24 hrs they sure are selective on who they help. I called them needing a tow and he asked me if I had to do it tonight and if it could wait till the next day. I wouldn't have called if I didn't need a tow. Will not use there business. Would give it zero stars if I could.
I called this tow company to get my car towed off the on-ramp of the freeway. But I accidentally sent the driver to the wrong street and even after not even looking at my car, the guy on the other end of the phone correctly diagnosed my problem. If I am in need of towing services, Christian Brothers will be my first call.
I called on Sunday for a tow out of sand in Skamokawa. Christian Brothers said they were unavailable to get anyone out there. However, they gave me recommendations on who could. I called the first company they recommended and that company had me out of the sand in 60minutes! Thank you Christian Brothers for being helpful and nice enough to give me those recommendations
Christian Brothers Towing and Recovery was 100% professional, quick, friendly, and helpful yesterday, as they towed my car from the side of I-5 where I had been hit by another car. I so appreciate their work, and their professional and informative assistance.
I called to have them help me get home after being stranded at work and they wouldnt, said they couldn't help me for several hours. And wanted to charge outrageous prices if they did come. The guy on the phone was extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Go anywhere but here. Wouldn't have given one star but it made me to post review.
Very good experience with them. After my truck overheated 10 miles out of Longview, they came to the rescue and towed me to a local auto mechanic shop they recommended, which also was great. It took them 50 minutes to get to us, and the gentleman was very helpful and professional.
My experience with Christian Brothers Towing after my car was stolen witgout my knowledge an involved in a hit and run, very minor no injuries, when I called this towing business, the man was plain rude, I immediately handed my phone to my care provider, I was in tears. Few days goes by I call again, same ass hole. I understand its a lot of money to retrieve a vehicle after being impounded, BUT I don't understand why be rude an act like your on top an no one better. This jack ass explained nothing to me nor my care giver.
Very poor customer service. Told my mother "shame on you" and lectured her for five minutes for letting her car get towed when she didn't even know it had been. Most unprofessional phone conversation I've ever heard
Outstanding service! October 11th someone drove through our fence, Christian Brothers were called for the tow. Not only were they prompt after police called them the driver helped us lift the fence back up and secure it. He really went above and beyond especially since it was after midnight. I'd recommend them to anyone!
This was by far the worse customer service ever! We went to get a car out of impound that we had sold to someone who did not switch the title. We knew it was our responsibility and when we entered the lady behind the counter was incredibly rude to my son and my whole family. She was inconvieneced by our request to look at the car before we paid for a tow because the lady we sold it to claimed there was a key in it (after we already paid impoundment fees to get it out)....The rude lady was mad and SUPER rude that she had to go outside twice when it turned out only to be once. She called the "manager" and her exact words were "I have a family here and I was rude first but they are being rude to me" ....TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.....She did apologize but it was to late after being rude to my family including my kids
