My car's pcv went out in Ridgefield and Scott took care of both me and partner very well and made sure we got home safely. My car is pretty low to the ground and Scott's expertise made sure that it got home without a scratch. Awesome service, Scott is the man!!
Ryan Elliott was my service driver he came and picked me up as well as my vehicle and made sure that both me and my vehicle arrived safely at the destination that I needed was very kind and respect. Respectful the entire time would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for some help.
What I thought to be a small mistake turned out to be massive and I ended up damaging way more to my car than I had ever dreamed. Everybody here not only walked me through everything, but also helped me find cost-effective ways to navigate this situation. They easily could have just left me to figure this out on my own, but everybody in the office was willing to help. Truly appreciate everybody here!!
I booked a Wheel change service with this company the driver came out to change my flat tire and did not jack the car up properly. Which lead the car to slipping off the jack damage my rear bumper. I called the company to tell them about this situation they took down my information and told me the manager would call me the following Friday. That day has passed, so I’m assuming this company is not willing to take accountability for their mistakes and value a little bit of money over customer service. So I’m just leaving this here forever might be looking to book a service with this company I would not recommend.

I broke down and needed a tow. I called Carls towing and they said it would be 2 hours. In less than an hour Oliver called and said he would be there in 10 minutes; I was so happy to see him. Very professional. Towed me home and said when I get my vehicle serviced, I should have the check the emergency brake while they were at it since the pickup tried to roll backwards even with the brake on. Very reasonable price. I would recommend them if you needed a tow.
Carl's helped us move a series of old trailers and was absolutely a life saver. Their entire team was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend.

Carl’s Towing provided an excellent service!! The driver they sent, Anthony, was very helpful and friendly!! He was very patient as well since my electric car was completely dead which caused a bit of trouble but Anthony was able to quickly figure out a solution and get me and my car where we needed to go!! I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a tow!!
It's been a long while but they hauled my WRX when I slid it into the back of an Outback. I don't imagine towing away an accident could have gone any smoother.
Alternatively, I recently had an interaction with a Vancouver based towing company that talked a bunch of trash about Carls Towing and then proceeded to obliterate any chance of our interaction being anywhere near good. I was told to cancel my tow, then brought a tire too big to be able to be rotated to the front, made me wait 5 hours, didn't bring a truck with tire changing tools, didn't have all of the tools to get my Mercedes wheels off and then while changing the tire he was standing on the cement scratching and gouging my Moto wheel to the point that you can barely see that the outer ring was black before.
Carls Towing is on an entirely different level. They also have the most professional looking fleet of vehicles in our area.
Chaz had Amazing customer service, was willing to go above and beyond at a time of stress. Checked everyone part of my car and made sure comfort was the top priority when giving me and my family a ride home. Carl’s came all the way out to our campsite around Mt. St. Helens area on a Sunday morning from Longview and managed to get our locked key(s) out of our car, saving our weekend! Shane was very nice and quick. We’re so glad AAA sent these guys out!
I can’t say enough good things about this company. Unfortunately, I had to use them twice in the past six months (car break down /flat tire) and from the towing specialist to the customer service folks, they really came through. Pleasant experience!

Recently, my car suddenly broke down on Highway 5, and I was completely caught off guard. I requested a tow truck, but the estimated arrival time was 88 minutes, which left me feeling disappointed and exhausted. However, Joel from Carl’s Towing called me just five minutes later and arrived at the scene within 10 minutes.
From the moment he arrived, Joel showed genuine kindness and professionalism. He warmly invited my husband and me to sit in the tow truck, carefully inspected our car, took detailed photos, and loaded it safely.
During the ride to the dealership, Joel continued to go above and beyond. Knowing it was our first time in such a stressful situation, he calmly explained the importance of staying in the car and wearing our seatbelts while waiting for help. He played music to help ease our nerves, offered us cold water, and kindly asked if we needed to stop at a rest area. He even asked how we planned to get home after dropping the car off at the dealership.
Thanks to Joel’s compassion, attention to detail, and professionalism, we felt truly supported and cared for during a very difficult moment. I’m deeply grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to call Carl’s Towing again if I ever need assistance in the future.
Came late on a Saturday night, in a hurry, when all the locksmiths in town told me sorry can't help with your vehicle lockout. He got there in 20 minutes, and that's accounting for having to turn back at one point and get a tool he had forgotten.
He was nice as all get out, it was only 114 bucks, and I was back home with minimal hassle after a long night of maximal hassle.

Had to be towed today, an experience that is never fun, especially when dealing with rental car companies. But Chaz came along right when he said he would and treated me respectfully and professionally. If I ever have a tow need in this area again, he is the guy!
It's never fun to need a tow truck, but if you are in the lower Columbia area and need a tow, this is the place to go, Scott was friendly and efficient. He was arrived exactly when he said he would. The car was in a tight place and had no steering, but Scott removed it quickly and without a scratch. He had a great sense of humor and quickly assuaged our chagrin about taking a car apart but not being able to put it completely back together.

Chaz of Carl's Towing towed my car which had been in storage to Portland. The car was on a very steep driveway, but Chas managed to get his truck up to it and get it on the flat bed. He is competent and professional, but also a very nice guy. I would recommend Carl's and Chaz to anyone needing to get a vehicle towed.

Had a very low dodge grand caravan that needed a tow. Chaz was really careful about getting it on the flatbed, came as soon as he could (it was very late at night) and drove it to my home. We were 100 miles away when we got stuck. Couldn't get it to a repair shop as everyone was closed. Excellent service! Professional tow company. He got us all home safely.
