What a gift this service is. So convenient. Such fair pricing. Such nice employees. So efficient. AND SO QUICK. Called in the afternoon and huge unwieldy item gone by the following morning. And they had to use a pipe cutting saw.

I called at 10:20, they were available at 11:30 and arrived at 11:25. Gave me an estimate right away and within 15 minutes hauled off a large, heavy generator. Very professional. Will definitely use the service again

This was our 3rd time using the Junkluggers of Williamsburg and they continued to provide prompt, courteous service. Ben called the day before pickup to get an idea of the items to be taken away. David and Adam called to let me know they were enroute. When they arrived, the reviewed the items and quoted the price. They loaded the truck in about 15 minutes! David and Adam were friendly and personable. We will definitely utilize them again for our haul-away needs. Junkluggers' commitment to minimizing items in the landfill through donations and their re-mix market is also a positive.

Buyer Beware. I contacted Junkluggers in Williamsburg for a simple removal of a dining room cabinet. During the initial phone call, I was told there was a $100 minimum, which I agreed to, and that it would be approximately an additional $45 or so depending on size. That seemed reasonable. The day prior to pickup, I emailed them photos of the exact item to be removed so there would be no surprises. They knew exactly what they were coming for. When the crew arrived, I was effectively stuck using them. At that point, they quoted me $269 even after a military discount more than double what was represented on the phone. This is a classic bait-and-switch. If their pricing is going to be that high, it should be disclosed upfront, especially after providing photos in advance. Quoting one price to get the job and then dramatically increasing it once you have no real choice is unacceptable. Pathetic business practice. They will take your money in a heartbeat. I strongly recommend getting written, binding estimates elsewhere before using this company.

Fantastic experience with Junkluggers! After my phone call, they showed up early the very next day and removed a heavy wardrobe with ease. The crew, including Ayden, was incredibly nice, respectful and efficient, and I really appreciated that they took the item to a reuse location. I would absolutely use them again.

Our two guys called to confirm our appointment, called 30 minutes before they were to arrive. And they showed up on time! They were so professional, friendly, and respectful. They worked hard to empty out the apartment that same day! The price was reasonable for the work and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing junk/furniture hauled away. I also like that they donate items to various charities. Justin and crew deserve a raise! I can’t say enough good things about the people, the company, and the work quality.

They begin loading with an efficiency and deliberate load process. Paid those two young men and they departed my residence. Strongly recommend Junkluggers for your next job. Xavier and Steven were awesome! The service was the most reasonable I found after considering a few different options. Not only the most reasonable, but everyone I spoke to and worked with, from setting up the appointment to the pickup, were super friendly!

After cleaning out my garage, I contacted Junkluggers of Williamsburg to remove the items that were broken or that I no longer needed or wanted. Ayden and Xavier arrived promptly on-time and were undaunted by the large pile that awaited them. Ayden & Xavier were very professional throughout the entire process. They looked over the items to be removed, gave me an estimate for the work and when I accepted their estimate, they began to work immediately. They explained to me that some of the items that were in good condition could perhaps be donated, while others that were broken might either be fixed & donated or the metal recycled so as to avoid adding them to landfills. Ayden and Xavier worked steadily - and removed the heavier items as easily (it seemed to me) as the light-weight items. They completed the job more quickly than I could have imagined. It was a pleasure to work with them. I also learned about the range of moving services that they provide - not just donation / junk removal. While this marked the first time that I have contacted Junkluggers of Williamsburg, it will definitely not be the last.

I do not often write reviews, but since Ayden and David were so professional and so helpful, I wanted to take the time to give them a shout out! I would specifically request them again in the future based on their performance. They went above and beyond. They were courteous and punctual and communicated very well about their arrival time. We contacted Junkluggers of Williamsburg to remove some of the clutter in our home and garage. They arrived on time and provided an estimate which was quite reasonable! Ayden and David removed the clutter and placed it in their truck quickly. We were most pleased with their professionalism. We will definitely call on them again when the need arises!

I love this company! It was super easy to book a pickup, I got a call when they were on the way, and they (David and Xavier) did their jobs well and quickly. They even made a drop off for us. The price was much less than the competition too. Then, we found out they were able to donate some items, saving landfill space. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! The scheduling process was seamless, and the team did a great job communicating every step of the way. They were professional and neighborly and took care of everything.
