The top floor was clothes..below I don't know because the steps was straight down and I have problems so I didn't go..but my husband and daughter did they came back really fast and said they have food ..a few Halloween things..so we left ..its a small store in a small two street town..afew parking places in front of store
Decent store. Very high prices for okay quality items. Lady inside was nice and gave my son some candy. But the prices and the free roaming cat is what drove me out. I’m allergic to cats and when I went to go check out I couldn’t cause the cat was on the counter. My wife had to check out while I went outside. Don’t get me wrong it’s a cool store but just not my cup of tea and let the cat stay home. ??♂️
This store has a little of everything. The prices are good. If you're a bargain hunter you can probably find something here worth your time. I did not like most of the grocery section since most things are past their "best by" date and therefore not discounted enough for me. The local produce was decent though. The clothing and electronics sections had some good deals too. I did not go upstairs but there are likely some good deals up there on seasonal items and bedding. Overall, it's a decent place to stop in and look around if you're local or passing through but probably not worth a special trip. The staff was friendly enough.
Don't let the clutter view from the outside deter you away from stopping in this store! Recently checked it out and thru actually have very decent clothing prices!!! Found really nice jeans here!

The man that owns this place is amazing he made my Christmas this year God Bless him I love this store I find all kinds of deals and stuff here if u haven't been here u must stop by I'm sure you will find something u want or need so please stop by and take a look around u just maybe blessed like I was thank you sir I will now and forever be a loyal customer
Rude and arogent old working ladies needs to be more gentle and customer friendly with all types of customers (people). They must also allow access to rest rooms as well to customers.
I love this place Costco stuff nwt. The basement has household and food which I never buy as most things are close or out of date. Toys are 50% markdown the original price which is great. I find clothes here often and I like the outdoor selection out front. They do extra discount on Monday and Wednesday ; ) third floor up has bedding too.
Worst customer service ever. Saw add on Facebook, looked at time it closed and it said 7pm. We drove from Charles Town and got there about 5:55. Started walking around the store and 2 employees were very rude and said we are closed. I was like ok, but on Facebook it said 7. They looked at me and said we worked all day and would like to go home. I work retail and i would never talk to a customer that way and kick them out. I don't think I will go back to the store.
One of my favorite spots to go for amazing bargains. They brilliantly buy things with slightly damaged packaging or deeply discounted items from large retailers and the pricing sometimes makes you scratch your head and wonder how they can make any money? Regardless the staff is always friendly and I try to make the trek out to Stephen's City Outlet once a month to stock up - skip Costco, BJs and Sam's at least until you've checked out SCO cause there's nothing so frustrating than finding something you paid twice at much for a week earlier at the big box store!
Yes, you can find a bargain, but this place is disorganized and unkept.
The main and upstairs areas contain tons of items in various conditions (so make sure you thoroughly look each item over before you buy). That's not to say that you can't find a bargain here, definitely when they are running promotional sales.
The bottom (grocery) level is where things all fall apart. The whole place is filthy and a bit gross. Once you get past the open or damaged products (at least they are still sealed), we found many items to be out of date. The whole level is quiet dirty and we saw a mouse run acrossed the floor.
Although the staff was quiet friendly and you can potentially find good values here, I would not recommend anyone to actually shop here. The place needs a top to bottom cleaning and an exterminator.
I love this place. They have so many different things and great prices. Check out the upstairs part and the basement. Prepare to spend some time here. Also, very friendly people here. We will definitely be going back!
Sometime you find great deals, other times not so much, just depends on what your looking for, some good deals on food if you don't mind a little past experation dates.
A random selection of bulk merchandise, mainly foods and drinks. Some obscure international treats available here. Wide variety of clothing, furniture, rugs and other home goods at great and comparable prices. Always a fascinating shopping spree!
I had heard a lot about this place. First time going. Has some descent deals and a large variety of items. I would given it a higher star rating but a lot of food was way out of date and a lot of the items we were interested in were broken! So you have to look carefully before purchasing.
Definitely worth stopping in! I'd kept passing by, but they have Many beautiful hanging pots of flowers outside! Good bargains inside! Very Friendly Staff!
This place is a museum for antique furniture. Dorraine was awesomely friendly and pleasing to talk to. She gave us a great deal on a beautiful china cabinet. Check them out!
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are to die for! Expensive name brand bra for $5. A pair of Jones new york jeans for $15. Can't beat that price and quality...
I found some really awesome black yoga pants here & bought 2 pairs! However, the older lady upstairs that rung me up is kind of rude. Before I bought those pants , I went to try them on and asked another older women for a key and she was rude also, like I was bugging her for asking for the key. Besides those 2, everyone else there are nice and helpful
Very nice people to work with. From the owner to the workers in the store and the delivery people they ar all courteous ,professional and thoughtful. If there is a problem with merchandise with
delivery they take care of it. I consider this store to be a asset to our town of Stephens City ,VA
I love this place it has so much packed in such a small space. The gentleman that works there is always very helpful and helps me get things to my car, that doesn't happen much anymore. Great place to get a Christmas gift or to rennie gift for that matter. There are some things that are missing pieces or don't work exactly the way they're supposed to but I bought N air fryer that just needed a little bit of blue. Works wonderfully now love it. I also bought a tabletop grill That I use at least 4 times a week.
I love this place. You never know what you're going to find but there are often reasonable deals. They've rearranged the store making it even easier to poke around and search for something.
It's a cool little place. I usually pop in every once in a while to see what they have. I bought a couple of air purifiers from them a couple of years ago and they have worked pretty well ever since. They have a pretty wide selection of products so everytime you go in they have something different. You should check it out if you've never been.
I would give it a Zero they have things that were supposed to be dispose long time ago and there's no real good prices if you want something good just spend extra 5-20 bucks and at least you'll know you can return it!! Service is terrible, looks like they don't like to get paid from others people trash, "please do not touch if you not buying!! "That's what a note on a old tv, or "Do not dig through all the pants because we don't like to fix them again" stay away!
Don't tell people about this store because they get excess items from Costco. Yes that is right, high quality goods from Costco at a huge discount.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Just went shopping for my wife and one of the sales ladies helped me with finding a great selection of dresses.
Be prepared to look through an enormous amount of stock with off sizes for clothes, remember this is excess and not all sizes are available.
The electronics and food need to be looked at closely before buying.
