I purchased some spark plugs and an air filter this morning and employee Dave was a big help and very pleasant to deal with. We had a nice conversation and he was helpful with my purchase.
There are two other auto parts stores on this stretch of Fairfax Pike— drive past them and go to Advance. It’s worth it.
Tyler who worked at the front, gave incredible service. I walked right out with a smile on my face because he did everything to help me and make sure that getting my brake pads and rotors were as smooth as possible. I 100% recommend this advanced auto parts store and want to give huge props to Tyler for making my visit awesome. :)
Went to drop off oil and oil filters to recycle I’m not sure if they do this regularly but my first time here. The worker in the front made recycle the oil myself in the back and throw away the filters in the back garbage not sure if thats the right way maybe the workers were just lazy or somthing
I had an engine warning light pop up on the interstate Memorial Day weekend and came here to have them check the error code. Nate helped me. He was so nice, very competent at his job, and took the time to give me advice on what I should do. Awesome customer service, thank you! I really appreciate that his demeanor was one of genuinely wanting to help, as opposed to trying to make a sale!

Went there today to get my battery checked. Nice guy there did the test and let me know the battery was good. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Much appreciated. Very nice and good customer service. Went here over AutoZone because of how rude they were just answering the phone.
Amanda was great she helped me Saturday. This location Needed a change. ( I will now shop here as a refuse to shop at the Valley Ave location) She was very knowledgeable and got me what I needed quickly. Oh and get this it was the RIGHT part on the 1st try. LOL.
Always different employees working and the last time I went in the employees were not wearing masks. How they can get away with this at this time in the world I do not know.

The Stephens City va. store was well stocked very clean, everything was easy to find. The young lady that waited on me ,Linda was excellent. I would recomend this store to anyone.

This county And the people at advance auto were so friendly that they help me change my rotors my Lug nut studs! So I can prepare for state inspection They truly work hard to make sure you've got everything you need and they even let you work on their property Just to make sure if you need help or not! They even offered their tools to help you! After many years of coming to advance auto I have never met so many friendly people Who help so much! Thank you so much for everything that you have done for me And I will always keep coming back
There's very little difference between Advance Auto and AutoZone right down the road when it comes to price and availability. The staff have always been extremely helpful when trying to sort out a specific problem and even go as far as suggesting other stores if they can't find the right part. If you know exactly what you're picking up then it's worth checking out the options from their website as their coupons don't seem to work in-store otherwise. All in all there's is very little to complain about, and if it doesn't work out for you just drive across the street for a different store altogether
The guy behind the counter flashed through the screen so fast and didn't know what he was even looking for. I had to stop him and make him go back because he didn't even look.
Always helpful. Great staff. David, Linda, Jim, Justin, Chris, etc. They make me feel like I'm walking into my friend's place with their acceptance and willingness to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Quick and painless experience. Went in and out and found exactly what I was looking for to fix my brakes. Many great options, will come again when needed.
Always one person working in there, when I come to purchase things there.even if it's like two customers in the store, you still end up waiting for a while.
