Counter person had a headache so starts yelling at me bc wanted to return something... I wont go back to that store

This auto parts store is great. Smart and informed employees. And they truly want to help customers. It makes all the difference in the world.

I was waited on by Dan Hammond. I asked him to check my car battery. Upon checking, he found the battery to be both weak and defective. He checked the computer and found the battery to still be under warranty. He then proceeded to install a new battery for me. He then offered to check my starter and alternator. After doing so, he noted that both passed the test. Throughout the whole experience, Dan was professional and had a positive attitude. Being in retail myself, I was grateful with his assistance. He definitely made an impact on how to provide excellent customer service. I will definitely continue using Autozone in Stephens City for my automotive needs. Thanks for your help Dan!

It's so nice to have an auto parts store with extremely knowledgeable people, great customer service. They even let me return the wrong part that I had bought the other day. Great experience, highly recommend.

Recently bought a ABS Module and it turned out it couldn’t be programmed by the GM dealer. so I spoke with the manager at auto zone stephenscity va , and he was extremely helpful with a return and even has offered to help on my extra expense of having the dealership charge me for not being able to program the part. I would definitely feel comfortable buying parts from this store and the people there were very helpful.

Outstanding Service and they had exactly what I needed. I had to replace the battery in my truck and they did it for me! I was in an out of there in 10 Minutes! Outstanding

Needed a new wiper blade for 2022 Outback. The one I bought should have fit according to the book. It didn't. I went back to AutoZone and Andy tried but it didn't work. Not only did Andy find the proper one he installed it for me in a light rain. AutoZone is simply the best.

I forgot who all helped me yesterday but they staff that worked yesterday after was a big help when my car wouldn't start the helped me with getting a new battery and a new negative terminal connector put on the car even though they could have said no to me and to get lost the team there at the Stephens City location treat you with respect and like you are apart of the family

Looked for a dodge Ram interior door light reflector they said they couldn’t get it. Went to Advanced and they went to the Auto Zone site and had it delivered!!!

I had a problem with my break lights and pulled over to fix them Joseph the store employee help me with the tools to change them much appreciated his help then I was able to drive back to Pennsylvania I want to thank ppl like him I encountered on my trip to Virginia great employee

When i went here i was amazed by how helpful your staff was. Kevin helped me with a lot of stuff, Joe and Andy were super friendly and treated me like family. I will definitely be coming back!

Andy is a great worker and helped me find what I needed! This guy needs a raise for his hardwork!

Update: As of 03/06/23 4 Star. This Autozone has certainly changed for the better the last few years. Though still very busy sometimes, things are much smoother. Management has improved significantly. The store is cleaner, more organized and they stay on top of things a lot better. Still could improve, but a big problem is getting good employees, but that's an issue every company is having these days. There's certainly a parking issue, due to the new main street development. Autozone should address this somehow, and I think that would make things much better there. Definitely a huge improvement from several years ago though. Update: As of 10/08/2017 One star. New developments at this Autozone. The last good manager has left and the store is a disaster. With long delays, messed up orders and rude, disgruntled employees like the one manager, Cody, the store is at an all time low. Very disappointing ____________________________________________ Original post: Please read. The reason for this 4 star rating is for a number of issues, both good and bad. Firstly, this Autozone is one of the best that I work with (commercially), and the main commercial manager is by far the best manager. However, I give this only 4 stars, because of this... There used to be two highly trained and extremely helpful managers who ran the store. At that time, this store was a hands down 5 star store! Unfortunately, the second manager was transferred (probably because of his/her talent. Not mentioning any personal details) to another store. Since then, it's been not so good there. There'll be long lines occasionally, sometimes more often than not, and usually always when the commercial manager isn't in, and sometimes it'll take quite some time for me to get anything done. This is, I'll admit, extremely frustrating at times. But, it is what it is, I guess... I hope someone finds this helpful.

Doug and Chris were extremely helpful. Chris was quick and effective in his help. They were kind and generous to me and my daughter. "Those people are the bestest" - my daughter.

Store is always clean and well stocked. The self checkout makes it easy to get in and out when you just need a few things. Counter people are very helpful in finding the exact part you need.

I have never been to an auto parts store with kinder people. I went in to see if they could help me recharge my AC. I was told they cant do that legally, but they took the time to call a shop down the street and arranged for me to go right over. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

JESS, a young lady at the Stephens City Virginia store, was very helpful to me as I was seeking some specific information on a set of brake rotors. Although I wasn't purchasing them, she pleasantly researched the items and jotted the details on a note card for me. Afterwards, I bought a couple of things, probably due to her demeanor during the process. She's is the kind of person who helps make a business successful! Thank you, JESS,

Had a rental car and was driving near Stephens city when Rain came on. Our window wiper flew right off first try and we were really grateful to find an Auto Zone close by. Hal was awesome to help find the right size and even replaced it for me in a minute or less. Thanks for your help. 😊

They usually have the parts that I need in stock. Most of the customer service reps are helpful (but there's a coulpe that aren't and are just lazy) and the store is organized well. Overall it's a better than average store.

Best place for minor car fixes and needs. The staff is super helpful. If you need to do a quick repair in the parking lot, they will allow you to use some of the tools they have, which is neat. Also, free dead to 100% battery charge in just an hour.

I just want to say how great this location is. Kenny came out to check my battery and while other places would have lied and sold me another battery, he helped tighten the connection so I don't need to worry about it. When I do need any auto supplies, I will definitely go here!

Mr. Richard the store manager is an awesome guy and if more managers was as awesome as this man the world would be a better place. Great experience.
