I took my wife’s 6.7 superduty to get some work done it was the fuel pump upgrade and delete some things and tune.. they did it for a great price and my truck wasn’t there a year it was a couple days if that. and Brenda was nice and so was Brad. They aren’t not racists either so whoever is playing race card is probably trying to get everything for free and they said no. Brad is great mechanic he s better than most of the diesel mechanics in the area. I’ve been to them all and ones like “hours after diesel “ I said it wrong on purpose you know who I’m talking about they leave all kinds of stuff loose and ready to fall apart 5 min down the highway I like them they are nice but they leave a lot unfinished for other mechanics to fix
Worst place ever, I paid them $25,000 for an engine swap and took them almost 1year to give my truck back. They are full of excuses. Same brand new engine they put blew out within 2 months took it back for warranty and wanted to charge me again for it when it was still under warranty, I called Ford directly and said they had never sold them an engine matching my Vin number of my truck. I mentioned to them bringing my lawyer on board and they started being super nice, once again the truck sat there for about 8 months, up til today 12/5/2024 I had to tow my truck out of their hands because they had nothing but excuses but yeah they kept asking for money, when my engine was still under warranty and verified my self through Ford. They are a complete rip off shop and full of excuses. Always complaining that they don’t have mechanics, I spoke to one of their own mechanics and he said he quit because they were bad pay!! Please save yourself a headache and DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLES HERE!!!
Very honest, fast and reliable! Highly recommend! Had a garage tell me a new transmission was needed, took the car to Digges to find out it was only a switch that needed to be replaced. Made an appointment for Monday am and car was ready that evening. Thank you Brenda!
My car overheated on my way to Richmond. I wasn’t prepared for this problem, but thankfully Digges was just 2 miles down the highway. They got to work as soon as their shop opened and before long I was back on the road. Brenda was very kind and considerate. The whole team was motivated. Truly blessed to have broken down near them! My Dart made it home safe and cool. Thank you again, Digges Team!
Brenda called me the n-word (hard R) after ignoring my calls for months when I tried to get them to properly fix the oil leak that I paid for and have warranty for. They kept my van for three weeks and joy rode it half a tank. They wrongly diagnosed my van’s engine as shot and stated oil was coming out of the dipstick tube, when in reality it’s coming from the oil pan. Additionally I changed my oil yesterday and they filled my van with 2x the amount of oil my engine calls for, then tried selling me on a new engine. You can’t even trust these people to do an oil change.
I just drove it to and from Charleston, SC on Fourth of July weekend and my bother and I ran a compression test that yielded healthy high compression numbers. My engine is newly rebuilt and I have paperwork. My engine is far from shot. Would avoid this garage at all costs.
I’ve been dealing with this repair shop for years and never have I ever gotten anything other than a manufacturer warranty.
@ericstavenjord - I was in the shop on this day you are referring to and sir you came in hot on that phone call, so much that you told that lady to go f herself right off the bat. That is what got my attention. That was very professional yourself. That lady was so nervous about your behavior that she had to call the police to report your conversation. And according to your past reviews, you don’t seem like someone who is easy to please.

Best auto repair shop in Virginia. From the cashier Brenda to the mechanics who made the repairs in my car. They get 5 stars all around, from now on they are the only ones who will be working on my vehicles!!!!

My daughter had an issue with her 2015 Sierra 2500 HD on a weekend, Called spoke with Brad and he met her at the shop to look at her truck. Brad fixed it for her within a reasonable time frame. Got her and her family back on the road.
I had 2 power steering lines blow out on a long trip, and the guys at Digges Automotive really helped me out. They got me right in and got both hoses changed out. They are real efficient and professional and friendly to top it off.
Im a Hot Shot driver and own a sandblasting company. My truck gave out about 3 hours from my home. Digges not only took my truck in with no notice but performed repairs in a timely manner. Professional diesel mechanics that care and are efficient with their work.
Best diesel shop around hands down. Real people down to earth not looking to take all of your money and that take pride in the work that they are doing.
Very rude and unprofessional. The older owner/manager screamed shut the F up, then hung up when I inquired of the core engine owed to us. I wouldnt send ANYONE HERE EVER!!!!!
Job took 4 months cost a ton of money went threw dual system and left me broke down after about 60 miles. O sorry your dual gauge isn't right do you have a 24 mm wrench not 1/2 that will break it. I'm missing a doctor's appointment. Sorry bud gauge is wrong. What do you get for 12000+
We broke down today just about 500 yards from their shop. After AAA towed us to their shop they were very accommodating with dropping everything to get us back on the road as quickly as they could. Highly recommend this business to anyone in the area or just traveling by. We have a diesel trucks and service was limited as to where we could go and they got the job done.
Awesome shop. Asked them to re-badge my Stinger. Not only did they complete the work, they did such a wonderful job and took extra care to make sure all of the new badges looked perfect. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in for my car. Love you guys, and the work and care you showed.

Extremely honest, hardworking and professional auto repairs - hard to find these days. I drive 30 miles from my house in Culpeper, just to have Digges take care of my auto needs. They've done major and minor work on multiple cars for me and my family, and always make sure the customer is satisfied. Prices and rates are more than reasonable, and they've NEVER offered extra "you need this, you need that" advice to get more $$. Highly recommend.
I've checked with other places to get my diesel trucks repaired. It always seems like everyone is out to get your money. That's is not the case here with Diggs automotive. I've come too find these people here are reliable honest and reasonable priced. I refuse to take my trucks anywhere else now. :-)
