Best customer service, and amazing work these guys do. My Ram truck had the front rebuilt after an accident, and everything is perfect and you'd never know including how everything flows and blends right down to the special paint color on it. Liberty Collision repaired my shark fin antenna because I backed into my garage door. The repair was more involved that I thought and Rusty took the time to explain the steps it would take to do the repair. He worked with my insurance company to ensure payment for the proper parts and labor. Given the extent of what needed to be done, I figured I’d get my car back with some imperfections, but that is not the case. My car looks perfect. I later had a question about my gps, so I took the car to Rusty and he answered my question on the spot. I trust these guys and recommend using this business if the need ever arises.

Rusty runs an honest shop with honest estimates. He was able to provide me advice that he wasn’t necessarily going to profit from. Liberty collision center was very responsive and accommodative. This is not one of those shops owned by a larger parent corporation, this is a local business. Highly recommend!

My poor car is a deer magnet! 3! times deer have crashed into my car while driving on country roads. Each time Hamilton’s auto body worked well with my insurance and fixed and painted my car like new! I think they keep a Hyundai blue paint on their shelf just for me! Their work on dent repair is second to none. Vehicle looked brand new after the accident repair. Their shop is clean and professional and they have expert auto body repair mechanics. Very fair pricing. Quick turn around. Thank you Hamilton’s!
Beware of this shop. They charge half the going rate because they make up for it by charging almost double the work hours. Specifically told them I wanted no paint work done and was charged for several hours of paint work and paint supplies. If you must use this shop get a full estimate first, otherwise I suggest finding a more reputable shop. When I finally picked my car up the entire interior reeked of smoke and was covered in cigarette ash. The window that they installed was used and had to be replaced immediately due to weird lines that would not go away. The cowl was improperly repaired and is both a structural hazard due to the use of bondo where welds should have been used and a vision hazard as the improper repair prevents windshield wipers from evenly removing water causing a large blindspot in the middle of the front window when driving in the rain. When approached the manager was told it is not their problem. Videos and photos can be provided if wanted. Avoid this shop at all costs. Scammers.
