Extremely awful service people are rude extreme unhelpful and know nothing about anything and will nickel and dime you go to culpeper or warrenton its way more worth your time
Dennis gave the worst possible customer service.
Gave me what he thought I needed rather than giving me what I had asked for. Talked to me differently because I was a woman. As if I don’t understand car parts. Won’t be going here again.
Before my day officially started, I had to awaken to thank God first and foremost for waking me up and eventually reminding me to acknowledge what an awesome job that "Chase," had done yesterday when I stopped by on account of my MAF sensor that I had to put in. After helping me with what tools I would need i.e. bits, Phillips, etc, he then proceeded to put on the MAF sensor, no questions asked! Hallelujah! Not to mention, conversation with this young man was off the chain! He is caring and a genuine article. He is wise beyond his years, but I know that it is a God thing for sure. This is by far one of the best if not the best advance auto I've been to on the eastern seabird. Thank You Lord and thank you Chase! God bless you all, in Jesus Name!
Thank you Advance auto for such exemplary customer service that you provided for me. I had issues with my windshield wiper motor going out and was raining outside. I had to cancel a movie outing because of it and I needed to get home safely. The female employee that works here illuminated to some products that you can spray on the windshield that acts as a repellant and even helped to apply it herself, showing me how it's done. She even got her raincoat on to come outside to do that for me. That level of kindness really goes a long way. Then, if that wasn't enough, I believe the can of Rainx that was used was a bit damaged so she even gave it to me for future usage, having marked it off. It's this type of service that keeps customers coming. Thank you for going above and beyond and being so knowledgeable. Thank you Jesus! And thank you Advance Auto for offering such exemplary customer service!
CADE IS SO AWESOME! I purchased this cute fluffy pink steering wheel cover which appeared like it would fit but I was struggling to get it on. It seemed to be an inch or two off. I walked back in the store and before I could even say anything, Cade already knew what I was planning to do which was return it. He said “Don’t worry, I got it. Trust me” I questioned him because the cover legit didn’t have any give to it. He then proceeded to tell me how he’s helped with the same one I purchased in the past. He came out, put it on for me & actually made it look easy! Thanks again Cade!
This place is amazing and Dennis at this store is my hero. My father experienced car trouble during a long road trip around 8pm on a Thursday, leaving him stuck on the side of the road far from home and far from his destination. I called around to stores in the area (few were still open at this hour) to see if they had the parts he needed to fix his truck and continue on, and Dennis at this store went above and beyond to help us. He stayed a little late and found my father what he needed in their stock, and my father was able to make it the 4 more hours to his destination. Forever grateful for Dennis and this store!! Love these guys <3 and they should get raises for being so kind
The employee I talked to was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was given options on different priced items and I got the exact parts I needed. I installed the parts the same day and got my truck ready to pass inspection. Transaction was quick and easy. Zero complaints.
Went there yesterday after work after noticing I had no coolant and oil, both guys up front were helpful, but especially Harbin! He didn't have to but he helped me out with my purchase when I needed it, just seriously nice. Place was clean and staff will look out for you, what more could you expect?
The website says they open at 8:30 on Sundays. When I showed up, the sign on the door said 9am. No big deal, I drove around and came back at 9:15 to find a parking lot full of cars and the door still locked with no one inside. At 9:32am two employees stumbled to the door looking like they slept in a ditch. One looked panicked and the other was uncontrollably laughing. This store is a joke. Go to the Warrenton location if at all possible.
When there for windshield wiper blades, the staff member was very helpful not only he helped me find the right ones he also offered to install them for me. I didn't get his name but he drives a BMW.
Very handy to auto parts in town. They carry most everything you need. What they don't have they can get next day most times.
Most a employee know what they a doing and are helpful.
I stopped in the store around 5:30 in the evening and my goal is to exchange wiper blades for a truck I borrowed and the person that got the wrong ones I was very promptly created when entering the store and was advised that the wiper blades I had we're not purchased from the store so we went over the different options that were available for the vehicle and chose to go with a standard quality wiper blade this young lady was more than helpful and politely came outside and helped install the complicated things and in no time at all I was back on the road and was able to wipe all the salt and nasty Road crud I could see 2 Drive I'm a horrible person and failed to get this young lady's name but the top of my receipt says m a r i e. p. so I would like to thank you for your outstanding customer service. 👏
This was a good experience. I stopped by because I was concerned about the condition of my battery and the charging system. The attendant ( Hollis M. ) was very knowledgeable he did a thorough test handed me a print out. He explained the print out in great detail and offered some advice which I thought was very appropriate. The advice that Hollis offered gave me confidence in this knowledge and actually motivated me to do some additional purchases that I had not anticipated. In the picture, Hollis on the left, shift supervisor and store manager in the middle and me on the right. Next time, I'll stop here before going anywhere else.
Terrible service, waiting for my turn in line, two people behind the counter to serve me and the only thing they did was ignore me and start talking to each other. And I was waiting like he had his time to wait. If you work in a place like this you have to know that costumers time is sacred so if you ignore it and make it wait ... it is one less costumer for your business.
Absolutely the WORST Customer Service!!
If you want to make a sale at least offer a customer help when they ask a question don't just point them in a direction.
One clerk was on the phone,ok I understand the second one was trying unsuccessfully to clock in on the PC the 3rd person was having a cigarette smoke outside, finally came inside pointed to an aisle and said what you are looking for is there you have to match it up to what you are looking for. When I asked where in the aisle the answer was somewhere in the middle.
This was not the first time service was horrible.
I walked out the store.
Helpful staff, they have hard to find parts for older cars and trucks too. Some mower parts and motorcycles. Great all around experience. Will always get my parts from them.
Google maps didn't work well to find. Once I got the the person at the store ( Mr. Hart) was truly great with help fixing a mess from an on line order. The store and people working here are great . This is the Advance Auot Parts store that will get my business
The server was down so they couldn’t look up my speed perks rewards so I asked how to get it (no problem). He said look it up in my email. Showed him my email and the only thing I have is a dashboard showing 1424 points and a $10 credit....but couldn’t tell me how to tell me to use it. So I paid full price instead of using my $10 credit balance. This was someone I’ve never met before. I’ve had a great experience with all the other people in this store.
If I could give this store zero stars. One star is being to nice. The level of professionalism and rudeness is at the top of the charts. One employee told me he didnt feel like working or testing the battery
Not very helpful I would go to the Culpeper location or Warrenton or go to Autozone. Trust I would ignore this store. They sold me a bad battery that cost me an alternator.
Very rude today. Needed oil change and filter. Signs for SALE products were out of place. Associate acted like it was my fault. Promo filter for my vehicle not stocked. Very disappointed and future family business will reflect today's experience.
Fast and friendly! I got a replacement head for my windshield washer. They ordered it quick and easy. The guy gave me advice on grabbing the nozzle instead of the whole assembly.
The staff is very helpful here and this is the only Auto Parts within a few miles. Staff is always happy and joking around but not in the sense that they don't do their job they're just happy.
Excellent Customer Service!! Very friendly staff, especially Paul! He was very helpful, making sure to measure my windshield wiper a couple times so that I get the correct one this time! Also offering to put them on for me & telling me to come back if I had any trouble with them!!
This is a great place to get just about anything you need for a car. It is best that you know what you need though. I don't have a lot of confidence everyone there is knowledgeable about all they sell. I needed some glue to stick around my windshield to hold the rubber in place and was sold a larger quality than I truly needed.
I ordered a part on 7/4/15. The attention on that day was good.
When I called on 7/10/15 to see if the part was in there was NO RECORD of my order.
I was told either the part was picked up already (which it wasn't) or it had been sent back.
SENT BACK!! WHAT! I spoke to the person-in-charge and still no satisfaction. I did not have
the exact info so I told Crystal I would call back. I called back & was put on hold & after 15 minutes
was cut off. Shouldn't they have answered before 15 minutes? They lost a sale!!!
