DO NOT SHOP HERE! I am extremely discouraged with my experience with M&B Auto. I purchased a vehicle about a month ago and within not even 30 days of ownership found myself in a shop having to spend over $1,000 to fix the vehicle. The vehicle was unable to drive SAFELY over 40mph due to noise and movement from BOTH front wheels. The agent who sold me the car is no longer with the dealership conveniently and it feels they willingly sold me a car they knew wasn't 100%. When I contacted M&B another agent pushed me away and kept telling me I had to fill out their form and someone would contact me. However, I filled out the form, submitted receipts, and followed what I was told where the "protocols." It took almost a week to hear back and the dealership is refusing any type of reimbursement no matter how many times I try to talk with them about this situation. I didn't even have the car a full 30 days. 30 days!! This simply is not right and if you want to shop somewhere you can trust and feel safe, M&B Auto is NOT THE PLACE!

They have a great selection of vehicles, Diana was very patient and helpful helping me understand the process of potentially buying out of state, from explaining how financing would work and what to expect, great people and great customer service

Moses is a solid guy ,respectful, reliable, and quick with the process. He makes buying a car easy and efficient. Definitely someone I’d recommend if you’re looking for a good car.

Just bought my truck from here. Issac was great. Had to travel pretty far to make the deal and had to do it twice but well worth it.

This dealership has a car listed for 8995.00 on Cargurus.com and when I called they told me to do the financing on their website and they would honor that price. I told them when I try to do the financing on their website it tells me 9995.00 and I have to state that I agree to that amount and I do not feel comfortable with that. They said just to email them a screenshot of the listing and they will honor the price of 8995.00. After I told them I did not feel comfortable they put me on hold to check for 15 minutes and my phone disconnected. They called me back and it was a gentleman this time who told me the other person was wrong and I have to pay 9995.00 for the car as they own the car and they do not care about what they have it listed for on other websites. I believe the person says his name was either Moses or Mose. They were incredibly unhelpful and I'm looking to buy the car right now today and I did not attempt to haggle any prices other than what is listed. Landmark Honda just called me back and after hearing my experience with these clowns they brought the price of a newer car down to match their listed price they would not honor to show me that they value me as a customer. M & B would certainly sell more cars if they had better staffing. This place was a joke and left me feeling completely offended by their attitude and "we will not sell to you" attitude. Hope your management gets this figured out!

I bought my 2008 Lexus RX 350 from M and B Auto Group. Upon arrival we looked around at the different cars on the lot, there was no pressure from anyone, we went inside once we were ready to talk to a sales person. We were greeted by Issac who took us into his office and pulled up some vehicles on his computer that were within our budget. We originally found this location from a listing on cars.com which actually had a lower price listed than the sticker price which they were happy to honor. They let us test drive the cars we were interested in on the highway. They didn’t wipe the codes because there was a tire pressure light but no check engine or any other lights on the dash. They were very transparent and up front that the car was as is. Issac was also happy to pull up the CARFAX for each vehicle we looked at. This was my first time purchasing a car for myself. After much debating(again, they were very patient with us and let us do multiple test drives, no pressure) we finally decided on the RX 350. At no fault to the dealership there was some trouble processing my payment, and we ended up having to run to a near by Food Lion and get a money order. By the time we go back it was passed there normal operating hours, but Issac was patient and worked with us til we could drive the car off the lot. The overall price was definitely fair. They mailed me the title after but it took longer than I would have liked to get delivered. Cut it close to the expiration of the temporary registration but it did get there in time and everything got figured out. So far no engine light and I’ve already put a few 100 miles on her. Overall, I had a very positive experience at M and B Auto Group and I’d recommend them. It’s a lot less hassle and a bit cheaper to do money order/check so keep that in mind.

Do not buy from this Fraudulent dealership bought a Jeep Wrangler in July and ran Hot 2 weeks after. Now was told the motor is gone. They sold me a wreck and never try to make things right. And I dealt with Moses. Bad business.

We got our car it was a great price. The vehicle has low mileage the sta is nice. The place was just ro far for us but we drove out and the van has some bumps and bruises. There were some minor maintenance issues that I had to fix after. They helped with the registration paperwork and got us into a working van for a family of 6. Isaac was helpful with the process

Highly recommended, Isaac was amazing!!!! informative and very helpful throughout the entire process, I love my Kia NIRO. Definitely will come here again next time I need a new vehicle

Update to update ** The issue has been resolved finally after leaving t he first update. Update ** Vehicle has been fine but buyer beware as they make it seem mandatory that you purchase GAP even when you say you don't want to. I told the sales person that I would cancel as soon as I could but they make it impossible to do so and keep giving me the run around. Based on other complaints with the BBB, they ARE the ones to issue the refund. I have been trying to cancel this since June 13th and nothing. The loan has been paid off, and they have refused to respond to my complaint filed with the BBB. Don't buy any of their additional insurance products because they make it impossible to cancel. Moses was polite and easy to work with. He communicated well. Just purchased it yesterday, and I still need to wait for proper paperwork to process so we can finish registration and inspection since this was an out of state sale. So far, so good!

If you're thinking about buying a car from here, I would think of somewhere else first. We test drove a few vehicles which a few of them had mechanical problems and had to be returned immediately before you could even test drive if they try to upsell you on any warranty information, politely decline as this warranty will not cover anything that they say it will. I only usually leave reviews for people that have positivity and I hate to leave a negative review but this place deserves a bad review. They are a terrible dealership and treat their customers terrible as well. So if you're looking for a new car I would look somewhere else. Definitely not here!! If there was a lower star rating I would give it to them.

I bought a 2019 Cadillac CTS from M & B Auto Group on July 28, 2025, and the dealership completely mishandled the paperwork. I paid them to take care of my DC tags, but they incorrectly titled the car in Virginia. When my temporary tags were about to expire, instead of fixing their mistake, they told me to meet them at the DMV—something I had already paid them to handle. After weeks of frustration and countless phone calls, I finally had to demand they send me the check so I could try to get my tags myself. Now I’m left dealing with my finance company and DC DMV to fix a problem that never should have happened. If you’re thinking about buying from this dealership, be careful. Once they have your money, don’t expect them to take responsibility for their mistakes.

Very happy with the car we bought and the sales experience with Isaac. The car was exactly what was advertised, no surprises after the first month of ownership and maintenance. Isaac followed through even after the sale, making sure the title came well before the temp tags expired. I'd buy from them again, thanks.

Had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. My truck was getting old and tired and it was time to get an upgrade. My car search went on for weeks and I had visited this dealership a few times. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and I was being a picky customer and nothing was really speaking to me. Ended up here on a whim to check out one last car that was not what I really wanted. But then I spotted a car that was THE car for me. Everything I was looking for and in great shape. Cost I paid was a great deal in comparison to many other dealers. I worked with both Moses and Issac for the car shopping process and they were both great and patient with me. The car does have some slight flaws with a little oxidation with the paint, but nothing a little wax cant fix. It isnt a new new car so slight wear and tear I was expecting. These are used cars people. Do your research, test drives, and mechanical checks. Something any car buyer should do and I haven't had any issues. Car drives super smooth and the difference in gas mileage im getting now is blowing my mind. After purchasing I did change out the dirty cabin air filter. 11$. The 12v outlet wasn't working. Quick fuse swap with the spare fuse that comes with the car, 0$. And all their mechanical work is done at a very reputable shop that Ive even used in the past for other vehicles not purchased through them. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase. And they have many options for financing. After going to several other dealers big and small and coming back with crazy high monthly payments, M&B made the deal happen with their finance team to something I could work with. Made a modification or two with the inclusions of warranties and got it to fit within my budget. Even though their financing isn't on-site, it was a very easy process. Thank you to Moses and Issac at M&B for helping me get into a way more reliable ride that's not only pretty, but in way better shape then what I had.

I had an awful experience with M & B Auto Group and would never recommend them. Within one week of buying my car, I discovered it had a bad catalytic converter, constant overheating issues, and it would not even pass inspection. These are problems that should have been disclosed or repaired before selling the car. On top of that, I also purchased GAP insurance and canceled it within 30 days, which entitled me to a full refund. Instead, the dealership lied to me repeatedly, gave me a fake tracking number, and tried to keep part of my refund by charging a cancellation fee that should not apply. After weeks of excuses, they have now blocked me from calling them altogether. This dealership is dishonest, unprofessional, and takes advantage of customers. They sell unreliable cars and do everything they can to avoid taking responsibility. Stay far away from M & B Auto Group.

I’ll start by saying that I was an out of state buyer as well which seems to be a trend reading the reviews. The buying process was smooth but after paying for them to complete the tag and registration, it’s still not complete after almost 3 months. Moses at the dealership refused to keep me in the loop with the status of the process even after receiving payment. Then they’re We Care office who is supposed to do this specifically has the same issues. ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMMUNICATION. ZERO URGENCY. No sense of accountability. If there is a management they are non existent because they can not be reached when i’ve spoken to them.

Very pleasant experience buying my car here! All the staff was very friendly🙂. Moses was my sales rep, and he was very helpful with any questions. There wasn't a " sales pitch", and no pressure to buy. Very easy going yet serious, which I appreciate. This place was upfront about the vehicle and I appreciate the carfax that came along with the vehicle link. Highly recommend, Moses was awesome, and very pleased with the service there🙂
