Last night I called after this company was listed as peddle's third party towing company, so I called and spoke with the company's dispatcher Osvaldo Desouza confirming the pickup time we had already agreed on: Thursday between 5:30 PM and 9 PM.
Today, however, the driver showed up at 1:30 PM, hours before the scheduled window. They then called my husband, who was 10 miles away at work, and told him “well we are here now,” essentially forcing him to leave work, clock out, and drive all the way home to meet them.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the dispatcher had asked the night before if they could come earlier, and I clearly told them NO. Despite that, they showed up anyway and expected us to accommodate them.
Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. If a pickup window is agreed upon, it should actually be honored.
This company rushed me from work on hour early of my scheduled appointment I paid extra to make it there and no call no show how are they In business. I've already lost my only source of transportation and accepted and offer using my bill money paying for Ubers to get to vehicle for them not to show. I have txt message proof and feel recourse is due in process.
Was a great location with good prices. Not sure what happened but this location had been closed for at least 6 weeks as of 19JULY2019 according to some one that works at a shop next door.
