I dropped my car off at O’Berrys to have new tires put on, a front end alignment and a state inspection (3hrs of maintenance). They were very reasonably priced and the young man in the back went above and beyond by spraying the salt off the sides and windshield of my car!! 10/10 would recommend taking your vehicle there for all your service needs :)

I am a hotshot driver (pickup and gooseneck trailer). I called in need of a axle bearing replacement and a tow and these guys were at my location within 20 minutes to tow me away. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and fair with pricing. If you are in the area and have a car truck or trailer in need of towing or repairs don't hesitate to call O'Berry's.

We had a blow out on a trailer hauling agricultural supplies back to farm. AAA, said I had premier status for my vehicles but nothing for my trailer. Hunter showed up on a friday along side I58 , 7miles west of emporia , in his personal vehicle and brought what I said we needed . Once there we got tire off and he did not have exact match , yet called others in area and neither did they. We too tire off went back to O'berrys and he got it close enough to get us back on road. Office assisted me most professionally,while he fitted tire on rim. Hunter, then took me back to vehicle in his personal truck and assisted getting tire back on trailer. I usually dont speak of average service , yet this company and this young man went above and beyond of my expectations.

We were rolling through on our family vacation, when we experienced problems with our brakes - the team was very professional, caring and extremely efficient to help fix our problem; we could not have been more appreciative of the quality of work and the kind customer service we received.

Was on a road trip back to college and got a hole in my downpipe that left my car undriveable. While the hole was too rusted to weld and the part was unavailable since its aftermarket, O'Berry's did everything they could to try and find a part. The staff are very friendly and dedicated to trying to help you.

They saved our vacation. We were returning to Connecticut when our motorhome broke down. We knew no one in the area.They went out of their way to help us. We are just so thankful for running into them.

We are so thankful for this wonderful staff at O'Berry's for coming to our rescue from a tire blow out. We were on our way to an ECU Football Military Game and it was so cold. They took us in, patched our tire, and sent us back on the road safe and sound. We are forever appreciative for them and highly recommend them in ever in need.

I have an old 1997 Ford ranger pick up truck that is my pride and joy! It was having trouble starting, and had left me stranded me a couple of times! O’Berry came and got it, found and fixed the problem which was a crankshaft position sensor…Thank God they figured it out. Everyone there is such a blessing! They didn’t even charge me for the tow! I mean that’s WAY above and beyond what you expect! I recommend Mike the tow truck driver & Mr. Greg O’Berry the owner to everyone and anyone who needs car or truck repairs in Emporia & the surrounding areas! We drive from Branchville, Va about 20 miles one way even for oil changes because nothing beats integrity! Oh yeah and service with a smile! 5 stars for sure probably 6…

Traveling from Delaware to South Carolina in my 42 foot diesel pusher AC compressor locked up snapped the belt broke down for the night called I’ O,Berry‘s Service Center, Greg. The owner came out first thing in the morning stayed on top of it himself literally had to climb down through the hatch door in the back of the coach And get on top of the engine to do the repair . Appreciate everything that he did and the whole team was great.

I had a slow leak and stopped to have it checked on my way back home to Florida. They checked every tire and could not find a leak and did not charge me anything. I really appreciated their honesty and I had a safe ride home!

Customer service was spot on very helpful and delightful to say the least very grateful and satisfied with the work done to my infinity brakes and rotors all the way around and front suspension is like new now I recommend oberrys to everyone reading this review God bless

O’Berrys did a great job. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. She told me exactly how long to expect my repair to take. The repairs were completed right in time and I am very happy with it. O’Berrys is definitely my new go to for repairs.

VERY friendly and accommodating when car stalled on trip from FL to NY, they prioritized my car, ordered the part, repaired next morning! Not being from the Astoria area I called to other places who said it would take days to replace the part so when O'berrys said they could fix it ASAP it was a relief. I simply can not express our gratitude for the folk's at O'Berry's. Recently, our son broke down in Emporia alone, as night fell with his whole world in his car, 2 hrs. from home. Truly right at closing, these dear people got the car to safety even looking after my son by getting him to a hotel. There is no doubt they did the Lord's work that night and repaired the car the very next day. Our family cannot thank them enough. I see many folks have been in similar situations as I read the reviews and they were all consistently received and assisted. God blessed us with guidance to the right people! Well done!

Our car started leaking oil on a trip from NY to Florida on a Sunday while pulling a utility trailer. Called O'berrys 8am Monday and they took us in right away to check it out. Diagnosed a problem with rear main seal (which could have been a very expensive repair) but the mechanic told usit was not that bad and did not need to repair due to age /value of car and if we rented a truck to tow trailer load, our car would be fine for rest of trip, which is what we did. Nicest people you could meet. Very fair ,accomodating and honest.

Truly Awesome!!! I was towing and ended up with a big problem. I was stuck on the side of the road outside of Emporia. I called O'Berry's, they came immediately. The two guys quickly solved my problem and in no time I was back on road. Thank you O'Berry's.

This place is very affordable. They set appointments and kept them. They have a nice waiting area with a clean restroom. They also check up on you after servicing is done. I also like that they sent a reminder message about 6 months after I had an inspection done to see if I needed anything which I needed to rotate my tires. $19.95. This was half the cost I'd been paying.

On September 26, we had the misfortune of a very flat tire in Emporia, VA. Fortunately, we were rescued by O'Berry'S service center. We were treated like family. Everyone worked tirelessly to get us back on the road.The service Center was friendly, concerned and had great pride in their work. The whole atmosphere showed their dedication to doing the Lord's work. This was a wonderful Blessing during a very trying day. Thank you, The Lawyers .

We stopped because of a problem with our vehicle while traveling home from vacation with another 6 hours of driving ahead of us. They were amazing! They fit us in and got things secured so we could safely complete our journey. Plus they were Very welcoming and kind to our dogs while we were waiting!

The dispatcher gave me a clear ETA, and the driver arrived right on time. Not only did they provide excellent service, but their pricing was also very affordable—a rare find these days! The driver was friendly and handled my vehicle with care, making a stressful situation much easier to deal with. If you’re looking for a towing service that’s fast, reliable, and won’t break the bank, I highly recommend O’Berry’s Service Center. They truly go above and beyond!

We have used this place in the past and they have been exceptional! However, this week (on Monday) we had a pickup truck that would not start. After confirming if they could diagnose the issue within a day or two, we decided to have the truck towed to this establishment. The next day, they said they could not look at the truck until either the end of the week or sometime next week, which was unacceptable. Every day their communication was “No promises, maybe we will have an opportunity to look at it tomorrow, you’re next in line”. Since they provided towing services, I asked if they could help with getting the truck towed to another location nearby that may be able to look at it sooner. They stated that they should be able to tow it sometime today, but could not provide a time. I called another towing service that was able to provide a time and then coordinated with the other auto shop to have truck looked at ASAP upon receiving the vehicle. We would have sent it to another location if we had known they could not get to it soon. Ultimately, we had the truck retowed to another auto body shop that was able to make repairs the same day. I understand they were busy and understaffed this week. It would be ideal if they communicate more effectively upfront in the future and offer customer service that allows customers to make better informed decisions to get their lives back to normal!

My car broke down along I-95 south on a Friday morning. The coolant line adapter for the turbo broke. My roadside assistance program recommended O’Berry’s Service Center for the repair. Vicky Joe with O’Berry’s said they would be happy to look at it and get me back on the road. O’Berry’s sent their tow truck and took me to their shop. The service technicians and ladies at the front desk were calling and email all parts suppliers trying to locate the part. Unfortunately no parts suppliers in the area had it in stock. The soonest the part would arrive was Tuesday. These great people went above and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciate their kindness and offered me coffee and beverages while I was waiting. You do not find great auto repair places like this anymore! I highly recommend this place to everyone.

My wife and I were half way through our Christmas road trip from NJ to FL, when the check engine light surprised us in our otherwise totally maintained Mercedes e320. I limped to a truck stop, while my wife looked up a qualified repair shop. O’Berry’s came highly recommended so we had the car flat-bedded there and awaited Monday morning when they opened. Even though they were swamped with holiday work, Greg squeezed us in. Everybody in the shop could not be kinder. Because of the holidays it took a few days to get the parts, but Greg…even though sick with the flu, came in and repaired the car. Not only that, but figured out a way to do the repairs for less than he originally quoted. Total class outfit, super good folks. Thank you Greg and O’Berry Team!
