Rip off. One of my box trucks trucks was in an accident which wasn't bad, but the state trooper called these guys to get a tow off the highway back to their yard which was a mile or two at the most. I didn't have an option since the state trooper called the tow in.
Never told me a price, then charged me $1,500 for a 2 mile tow back to their yard. Then they wanted $3500 to replace the radiator. I would never take my business here, if they see an out of town company, they will take advantage of you. Go to loves or any other repair shop in this area.
Worse place every or I just got the wrong guy to answer the phone ... wouldn't tell me if my van that got impounded was there. When I asked to come retrieve my items , said something bout suing... and told me after 2 days of impound I owe 525...
I recently called your company to inquire about the location and status of my vehicle, and I would like to address a concerning interaction I had with one of your employees. I called at 3:51 PM on November 5th, 2024, and was met with extreme hostility and unprofessionalism.
When I initially asked for information about my car, the employee responded rudely, saying he didn’t “have all day” when I asked for a moment to retrieve the last four digits of my VIN number for verification. Before I could provide the information, he hung up on me. I called back, and upon identifying myself as the previous caller, he continued to be disrespectful, despite my attempt to confirm my car’s details with my VIN number.
I explained that I am currently on my way to basic training and would need a two-month period before I could retrieve the vehicle. His response was abrupt; he stated he would “sell it at the end of the month” and hung up again.
This entire interaction felt both unprofessional and unreasonable. I would appreciate it if you could inform me about how this matter will be addressed and, if possible, provide information on both the manager and the employee involved.

Had a flat tire on my tow vehicle behind my RV. Stopped here for repairs. GREAT SERVICE!!!
Didn't even have to unhook my tow. Owner moved 2 vehicles so I could swing my RV/Tow vehicle for the the repair. Had some great conversations with the owner while he fixed the tire.
When it was all said and done, I asked him what I owed. He responded, just give me $5 for the valve.

Traveling south on 95 w a camper and towed vehicle. Got a flat and had to replace two tires. Most reasonable price and good service. I felt like they treated me fairly and honestly. Would go there again for sure for good, honest and fair service to get us rolling again. As a woman traveling it's always a risk to be poorly handled and misjudged. I did not feel that here at all.
I would not trust them with a bicycle. If you want to be ripped off while also having to deal with the rudest person ever give them a call. I was given their number by an officer to have my car that broke down towed back to my house. I called and was answered first try and told that he actually already towed my car and that he would check into it and call me back because I was wanting to have it towed to my house. Then crickets. I called back several times that day and the next no answer. It took calling from a different number to get through (after running up that hold fee because I could not get through) and was informed that they (who towed my car) could not tow my car to my house and we would have to use a different company. It looks like they are in the business of ripping you off and making it impossible to get your vehicle- and you will be ignored if they know you’re calling to try to get your vehicle. Also saw someone say $50 a day to hold- I was told $67 so also no consistency just make up whatever price they feel like.
Thankful for the people here at Rawlings Brothers Garage, Inc..they came to our rescue yesterday on their day off when we had an incident on 58 headed home, although they couldnt help then because they were closed, the very next morning they were on it! They were helpful quick and very friendly, and very reasonable with their prices! Thanks to all of you at Rawlings yall were life savers! If you need a tow or just some work done give them a call! You won't be disappointed! We weren't!
Our car was in a accident, Rawlings towing picked up the car transported it safely to their shop. Owner was so nice and understanding we were so greatful that he sent someone on his day off to let the car out being from out of state was so glad owner repeatedly answered the phone very early in the morning and helped us locate his shop we will be forever grateful for the service we received in such a horrible situation that off Rawlings towing
My husband's car wheel flew off on the highway on 95 south. This garage quickly fixed his car and made sure everything else was okay. Well priced, and worked very quickly to get us back on the road. Would definitely recommend
Most corrupt company I’ve ever dealt with. Charged us almost 8 thousand for a 2 hour tow. The owner was horrible to deal with and didn’t answer the phone for weeks. When he finally did his response was insane to say the least. $50 a day for him to go on vacation, how is this not illegal?? Couldn’t even get pictures of our truck when requested.

Skilled work isnt cheap. Cheap work isn't skilled.. Been here a few times and never had a issue. I think they go above and beyond. It's a service garage and they do towing. See alot of complaints yet like anyone else if you give them respect they will give it back.
The owner of this garage is very rude and disrespectful, I will never use them again and I don't recommend anyone else to use them. He has a nasty attitude and sounded like he's proud of it. Very unprofessional!!!!
This company is the worst. The owner held our car for 4 days, refused to let us get it so that we would have to pay more. He jack the towing price up so high that we had to leave our car there. He cursed us out, and tried kicking me off the property. I had to call the police so that I could come and get my stuff out. His employees apologized to me and said the man is always like that. He is very unprofessional, and if you look at his reviews all the people who leave good reviews are local guides...must be that good old down south buddy system cause there is nothing right about this guy or his business!!! Use at your own risk.
I called to check on the status of my sisters car for her and the not so gentleman who answered had the absolute worst attitude and their towing service from south Hill $350.00 to his garage. Do not recommend the employees are hostile. Call these people at your own risk.
Driving back to florida from PA, blew out a tire on our boat trailer. These gentleman came out on a Sunday while they were closed to put 2 new tires on our trailer. Kindness and professionalism from a garage I would trust. Price was extremely fair for a on call job on a day they were closed. Thank you guys.
A special thanks to the team for fixing our RV tire and comforting us with their inspection of all the tires. Jeff was a pleasure to talk with. We are from another state but as it turns out, it really is a small word with he and my boyfriend knowing many of the same people and places. Thanks for getting us back on our way so quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable! Shop has that barber shop kinda feel with all the old guys setting around gossiping. A one stop shop can tow and fix anything
They don't get any stars from us, this is the most terrible place. They quoted him one price over the phone then changed it once they towed it to their shop😡.They overcharged my fiance ($800) for towing his RV 6 miles down the road. Very rude and unprofessional.

Rawlings Tow Company stole my younger brothers and his friends belongings out of a rental car. When I called to inquire about it because the car was in my name with my brother listed as the authorized driver. He asked me why I kept calling him and told me not call him anymore. I explained to him that the clothing, sneakers, iphones, ipads, and wallet in the car held a value of over $6000 as they were on a road trip to Florida for my brothers 27th birthday. He told me to take it up with the rental car company, and he didn’t care. A resident of Emporia said that if Rawlings tows your car and you don’t get your belongings in 3 days they’ll steal your items unless you’re white, they won’t touch it. Horrible company, with a nasty disposition toward clients. I wish I could give them a -10 for a review.
Some of worlds worst customer service. I have ever seen in my life. If you are a person of color I advise you to stay away. Talk to you like you don't have a decision about your vehicle. I would let my vehicle sit down right where it is before I ever use them.
I took my car in to Rawlings Brother Garage because my AC and windows were not working. Well they fixed my AC but they said all my switches were bad and wanted to charge me $450 to fix the switches. I told them i didn't want to fix the windows right now. Well when i picked my car up all the door panels are broke. Instead of pulling the door panel off they broke the cup holder and switch piece on all the doors by using a screw driver to pry it up. We asked them why did they break it and they said "You have to break it in order to fix it" I'll never do service with them again.
These guys understand how important it is that I get back on the road and have the right equipment to make sure I do. Got my Chevy Silverado fixed up and the price was fair to !

My husband and I were driving south on 95 when we realized we had low tire pressure. We stopped to check and discovered a nail in our back tire. We happened to find the fine people at Rawlings Garage, who were very friendly and happy to help. Jeff was able to quickly patch our tire and even helped us fix the glove box that we didn't realize was broken. They helped us get back on the road very quickly and efficiently.
