Will was very helpful and got my two inspections sorted quickly and conveniently. I was able to leave my car with them, do some errands, go for a really nice walk around the neighborhood. I got my call about 45 minutes later and found my car waiting out front, and Will even offered me a free beverage. It was $50 for both inspections.
I’m not much of a “reviewer” but I have to give them a shout out..I’ve been using Metro Motor for many years and it is consistently excellent service - they figure out how to solve the issues, they are proactive about getting things handled + most importantly to me they are go above and beyond in excellent customer service - professional, friendly and generous. I got work done on my car a few weeks ago. I just took it to another garage to fix some issues.
It turns out that Metro Motor did not fix the issue that they charged me for. What they claimed they fixed vs what they actually did were two different things and I ended up paying 2 times more than I should have.
I recommend not taking your car here unless there's an emergency. They're not very honest about what they do and how much they charge.
Will & His Mechanic Team are simply the best. Needed brakes and tires and some filter work done on my car, Will had the parts ordered and was able to deliver the car back the same day! Thank you guys for keeping me and my family safe! Definitely check these guys out.
I have used Metro Mart twice now for oil changes, inspection, tire replacement, and basic service issues like replacing lights. Marty helped me the first time but has since moved to the Bethesda location, and Guillermo helped me this last weekend. Both were excellent to work with. The prices are fair, the communication is great, and the flexibility to pick up my car until a part came in and bring it back in at my convenience was helpful. I recommend them every time someone asks for an auto shop.
I came to get a safety inspection which I failed. The inspector did not mark my sticker so I received a ticket for it. I had to return twice because he wasn’t around to fix it. I didn’t notice until later that he marked it as failed for days before my actual inspection was done, which gives me less time to fix the issues. There was 0 accountability or care for their mistakes. Overall just very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, procedure and attitude. 0/5

Exceptional service!! I had a cracked radiator, car overheating, 4 hours from home. The manager Will and his team were simply amazing. Performed the diagnostics and made the repair as quickly as possible. Highly recommend.
You may forget the name...however you never forget how a person made you feel. Will (Service Manager) was serving several customers when I popped in abrubly asking for air in my 4 tires, although he was super busy he stopped and kindly provided me Service. Great local car repair shop! We always get our oil changes here, as well as other repairs, and consistently get great and efficient service at a reasonable price.
Today I ran over a nail and my tire indicator light came on. I went to a repair shop closer to where I was, and they wouldn't even look at it, and told me I had to make an appointment. I turned around to drive back home and instead called Metro Motor, and they said come on over and we will take care of it for you! They fixed it immediately and sent me on my way! I really appreciate service manager Will A. Thank you!
Asked to check the problems with my ac. They said problem was in the compressor. I asked to show me the pictures of the compressor, they showed for the wrong model. I was about to order it. Also the price for changing was higher than the price of the car. Do not recommend this place.
I came here for an oil change. I was met with excellent service. Caleb was super professional and kind. He offered to drive me to and from somewhere while I wait for the service. They set my expectations appropriately low for how long it'll take and then exceeded them -- my car was done within an hour or two.

I had an inspection yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The inspector was very rude when I asked a clear and reasonable question. He displayed a poor attitude throughout the interaction and lacked basic customer service skills. I expected a more respectful and professional approach
I’ve been going to Metro Motor for years, and Caleb is hands down the best service manager I’ve ever had. Even though he’s new, he’s already raised the bar. He kept me updated with phone calls while my car was being repaired, offered me a ride when I dropped it off, and even offered me a drink when I came in to pay. He was smiling the whole time and even walked me to my car to make sure everything was good. Caleb truly cares about his customers — I hope he stays for the long run. Metro Motor is lucky to have him!

This service center is one of the best that I have found, and it’s a very short distance from my home. Staff is always extremely friendly, and now that Metro Motors has taken over management and ownership, the service remains excellent! I recently had service done and a very fair price, and am very happy with their work . I can honestly say that this is one of those service stations/gas stations that provides superior service to their customers.
My wife and I have been coming to Pentagon Liberty Metro Motors for years and have always had great service, especially when Ricardo was there. We even take our cars to be serviced even after moving away from Columbia Pike. Over the weekend, my vehicle failed inspection due to a loose headlight which I appreciate them bringing to my attention so I can get it fixed. When I asked if they could email or send me a copy of the failed inspection via email/ text/ etc. the guy on the phone tells me “since I’m being nice, you can bring the car in and I’ll get you a copy”. I tried to ask if they keep copies or not, but I got a similar answer. So I’m not sure if pentagon metro motors does not keep copies of paperwork or if they just wouldn’t simply go slightly out of their way to send a copy to a longtime customer. Perhaps I’m in the wrong for asking for a favor. Either way, I think I’ll find a new service center in the future.
I used to go to the Metro Motor in Old Town and always had great service. I have come by this location 4 times and can never get in without waiting 3+ hours even showing up 20 minutes before they open. It's difficult to get in and out because of the small parking area and I will simply find another shop. I'm sure they are a good shop, it just doesn't work for me.
I came to this place to get my annual inspection and emissions testing done. I was able to drive in to the lot and walk in and was greeted instantly by the staff. I signed in saying I needed an inspection and emissions test and they gladly assisted. They took my keys and said it won't take too long. (fortunately I arrived when there was only one car in front of me). And they were right, about 30 minutes later the inspection was done. They did call while I was waiting to let me know some things that would fail if they didn't get fixed and gave me the cost. They also didn't say anything about me having to do it with them, they were just informing me. And of course, I was happy to have them fix it as the cost was well within reason. The staff behind the counter was also super friendly and helpful as well. And the waiting area is also relatively nice with plenty of snacks and drinks for purchase. I will definitely be going back to this place every time I need to get my car inspected now. Cannot recommend enough!
When my tire went flat they got me back up and running in no time. Got me a great price on a new tire and kept me informed on the status. I was also able to pick up my car after hours because their cashier is on site 24 hours -- super convenient! Strongly recommended.
I had to review this place. I reside in Maryland and come here for my car service needs. I know, I will get one of the best prices, superb service, exceptional quality work, and the customer service (see Ricardo) is magnificent. He communicates with you to explain what options you have (if any) and spot on estimate, I have yet to experience any surprise charges. They set realistic timelines (the car is typically ready before the expected time) and if you are short on time, they really try to help and work with you. For being a 3 bay facility, they definitely have qualified mechanics to get the job done just like the dealerships with multiple bays. They are dependable and they communicate with the customer on a professional level. You will leave here a happy and returning customer!
