Bryan and his team are always on time and accurate in their diagnostics. He is willing to take time to explain problems and is open to finding alternate solutions when big repairs are in view. Finally, my vehicle is usually ready when they say it will be ready, and often ahead of time.
I just came in for a state inspection, but everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain any issues that showed up in the inspection.
Took an old sports car here a few months ago to see if they could bend some pipe and weld it in to the exhaust since the muffler shop was 3 weeks out and I can't bend pipe at home. Quoted me like 6 or 700 dollars to do that, tech was trying to explain pretty much every reason on why he didn't want to do it lol. Then he tried to con me a bit, told me he smells coolant really strongly when he starts the car and that my control arm was bent and would ruin the tire within a week or two. I had actually replaced the cooling system myself 2 weeks prior and was 100% positive it wasn't leaking and it hasn't leaked once several months later. The "bent control arm" is just camber, shocker. This place will try to convince you that stuff is broken and try to take all your money. Take your cars somewhere else.
This was first service at Meineke. I chose them because of the GREAT reviews, and I was not disappointed. I had my state inspection, an oil change, wiper blades changed, and air filter replaced. They were professional, helpful, and pretty fast. I had an appointment at 9:00. They were ready for me and got started right away. They kept me informed along the way and took pictures of everything, so even if I do go back to the dealership(Never will I!) I have documentation to show anyone else!
I will be going back to Meineke on Forest Road. I'm very grateful for their great service!
I went to Meineke for my Vehicle State Safety Inspection...they failed my vehicle with near $2,000 worth of repairs according to them plus putting pressure to do it quickly considering the State 15 days to correct and also accounting for the Holiday's...I went elsewhere and my vehicle passed perfectly...BEWARE it feels like their Vehicle Safety Inspection program is AN ADDED SOURCE OF REVENUE FOR THEM... I will never return...
My old 1996 Rav4 has started to have some problems in its recent years, and the team at Meineke has really saved me with getting it back on the road quickly and efficiently each time. Thank you for your hard work!
I was in town visiting friends when the alternator died on my Toyota sequoia. Had the vehicle towed to the Meineke shop at Forest Road on Sunday and they had the repairs done by end of the day on Monday. Alternator replacement on a Sequoia is not easy to say the least. Brian Ford and his team were fantastic! Very reasonable price for the work that had to be done and quick turnaround. Highly recommend this Meineke car care center on Forest Road!

I had heard some clunks in the front end and suspected tie rod ends or something else had gone bad. They checked it out and it was only a piece of fender that had broken and was rubbing and was hard to see, and they removed the section. They examined the front end parts and made sure everything was sound, and they didn’t even end up charging me. Very kind and helpful!
The crew at Meineke is fantastic! I dropped my car off to fix a exhaust leak and to adjust my brakes. They did exactly what was needed on time and at a reasonable price.
I brought my truck into Meineke for a state inspection. I received a text about 45 minutes later telling me the inspection was complete. I was also able to make the payment online expediting the pick up of my vehicle. The inspection report included many pictures of items such as the brakes and tires that will need replacing. My overall experience was completely positive. I would Recommend this Mieneke Service center because they were punctual, good communication, And friendly.
11/24- We are new to Virginia and needed an inspection done on our vehicle, walked in and was greeted with a smile, the lovely woman set my appointment for the next morning.
Arrived a few minutes early, they took my car back on time and it was done quickly. The inspector even put my new tags on for me which was super helpful to me.
7/25- Third visit to this shop and another successful visit. I get this is a corporate brand company but when you walk in you feel like you are more in a small mom and pop shop. All the same smiling faces.
This is an honest and fair shop that isn’t looking just to make a dollar. Their interactions show they really care for their customers and keeping their cars safe.
We will definitely be back for any service needs we have!
I cannot say enough about Brett and the team at Meineke-Forest! Everyone, from the moment I entered the doors, provided information and exceptional care and concern for me, my daughter, and her 2017 sedan. I do not believe that the dealership or the previous mechanic took the time to diagnose and repair the problem promptly. I could not have received better car care and genuine concern for getting this car up to par, so that my daughter can safely commute to work and graduate school.
Always amazing here, the have taken care of us every time, never sell us on something they don't think we need. And do full inspection when you need it to diagnose the issue. Love coming here trust them ? Brian is awesome and goes the extra mile everytime.

Replaced a Y pipe exhaust pipe on my old car. The old pipes were rusted...the bolts completely fused and no tread left. This shop did an amazing job. It was timely at a reasonable price. Thank you for helping me!!
Driving 14 hours cross-country and it's raining, needed new wiper blades for my (2 month old) Corolla. Local Toyota dealership actually said I needed an appointment without even looking at the operation, might not be covered by the warranty. Cant make this stuff up. Lol. Bought some at Meineke. In & out under 15 minutes, all better. Great work, thanks y'all!
This crew is amazing!! The staff is knowledgeable!They are very thorough and explain everything step of the car care. They are very flexible with scheduling and understanding when trying to work around my childcare. This place is the BEST! I will not take my cars to anywhere else!

Meineke did a fantastic job repairing my truck after 2 other shops said it could not be fixed. They found the correct parts and got it up and running. The service was great and the repair cost were fair. I would definitely recommend Meineke to friends and family.
Had an issue with my work van, called around Lynchburg because I needed it fixed today. I have a contract/commission job and if I miss a day or 2 it costs me a lot of money. Everyone I called was booked up for days and I was potentially going to lose way more than the cost of this repair. They said they could get me in today but depending on what it needed it may not be done until 1st thing in the morning at the latest. Not only did they get my truck in this afternoon, they got it diagnosed and fixed same day. Drop off around 2 pm and I was back on the road by 5:15 pm.

Just continues to beat their customers' expectations once again. Never thought that this repair would ever come to fruition. However, with a great versatile staff nothing is too much for them to handle.
