Helpful multiple times for various things. They even checked our battery when a terrible tire place said it was dead when it clearly wasn't. Also not intimidating for someone who doesn't know what they're doing or looking for.
My engine like came on and my car started rocking . I stop there and a young man was very happy to help. Check my car with this device and told me everything that was going on with my car. Showed my prices as well. Excellent customer service. I wish I would have got his name but he was awesome. ❤️❤️❤️

I've been there several times and the service was excellent and so was the advice. Shortly after buying a windshield wiper it came loose and when I went back there they replaced it at no charge and even installed it for me. Great service.
I went in yesterday and Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am so thankful that he knew what I needed :) He helped me with a few tools too and i had a hard time deciding what it was I wanted to get exactly, I am very thankful that he was patient with me! Thanks Tim!
Bought several parts to fix my truxk.. has to take them back due to motor blowing. I paid cash for the parts but yet had to put the money back on debit card. Parts were about 325.00 znd the store did not have that. It was after 5pm when I was there.
The customer service here is definitely lacking. Attitude of some of the workers could definitely improve. I go here frequently. That's why only 2 stars
Bought an airflow sensor which was made in China. Part lasted a week and cost $100.
Had to go buy another part from the dealer. Bottom line; Don't buy parts like sensors from O'Reilly's for your car that are from China.
Princess helped me find an excellent headlight restoration kit which worked beyond my expectations! She took the time to explain the differences between products, and did it with a big smile ?! I went back to thank her for her advice, her fun personality, and genuine willingness to help!
Princess was very helpful towards me during my visit to the store. I entered the store not knowing what I needed and she was able to assist me and installed my tail light for me. Service was phenomenal and I will return.

Ordered a part yesterday, was told it would arrive at 3pm the same day. Stopped by in the afternoon, still no part. Visited this morning, part wasn’t there and was promised it would be there by 3pm again. Stopped by at 4pm, no part and was told to go pick up the part at the Timberlake location. Immediately asked for a refund. This is poor customer service and a sorry excuse for a business. Will not return.

The staffing will help you understand what you're doing and help install if there seems to be a problem or a misunderstanding.
Went to Timberlake store and made a purchase went to Forest for my garage was located found out that the products that they had sold me we're totally 100% wrong about the size of a truck brake and we were putting brakes on a Nissan Sentra. First brakes when we got home or some brakes it has been returned O'Reilly's they were used brakes. Took items back to allow these that's on Forest road and received the proper brakes although it cost is $21 more. This experience was not a good experience.
Horrible place to get parts from. None of the parts I got fit, the brakes weren’t for the right car, the fuel pump wasn’t even the right size, the ball joint didn’t go to the car, and no one in there knows what there doing, got switched to 3 different people because none of them knew what a hydro-booster was, so they had to look it up in order to tell me what it is when what what I need to know is if they had one in stock they said they would give me a call back and never called.
I showed up about 25 min to closing and the guy rushed me through so much that I forgot two things I went for. I will be visiting the other even though it's a farther drive, on OF road. The girls there know more than the guys at this store.
Nice place. Has everything I'm looking for. Just nobody experienced behind the counter to answer and automotive questions. So if I know what I want it's great. If I'm unsure it'll take a little more time than the one across town on Timberlake.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me pick out the right lengths. They offered to put them on for me but they were so easy to put on it did not need help.

I go to orielly to buy things on the occasion that I need to when you can't find what you're looking for at other auto parts stores but I also go to other auto parts stores because of today's economy it's necessary to keep those old Vehicles made in the 90s and some of us enjoy antique and classic vehicles I go there to get items that are not sold anywhere else there are performance parts there for vehicles in plain sight so you can get an idea of what you want I just want my vehicle to run properly and being well maintained there are other Auto Parts as I stated and I go there for a certain item that no one else sales if I had to replace the exhaust on my vehicle I would choose Magnaflow because of his scientific research and development and proven history of improving the 90 models performance and reliability if I had to choose a muffler for drag racing I was always told that it would be Flowmaster there's literally thousands of Automotive vehicles and parts this is one of the stores that I like
