All the people I have interacted with here always have been very helpful and knowledgeable about the items I’m looking for. I have a commercial account and the ladies ( Fawn and Phyllis) running that department are extremely helpful and goes beyond to find parts for me.
Had to get a new battery late Sat night and went in Auto Zone..immediately greeted with a smile from Ashley C and Kyle. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They both went the extra mile and answered all of my questions with good suggestions too. More than 5 stars for Ashley C and Kyle!! WOOOO HOOOO!!! Superb customer service!
Went into Autozone in Franklin today (a Automotive Parts store) not a "Automotive Shop" and had a problem with my battery.. not only was i greeted with love from all the staff at the door but Phyllis Warden the store manager answered my question quickly and helped me figure out what to do within less than a minute.. very knowledgeable staff.. all the staff tried to be more than helpful when I was there "asking to carry stuff for me" and "making sure i was taken care of" ... this place makes me feel like this work environment has a great culture.. you dont find that in many "parts stores" I'll be going back!
Just wanted to make a comment that I have always received stellar service from staff at the Franklin VA location. But I would just like to add that I go there with realization that this is an auto parts store. They are no trained mechanics that are employed there, and that I do not nor would I allow them to perform any "repair" on my vehicle. Not only for my peace of mind with it not being done by a licensed mechanic, but for any vehicle warranty I may carry. Each encounter with staff has always been professional and courteous. Thank you!
I've never seen a place of workers that didn't want to do the work they were supposed to do. There was excuses for EVERYTHING! The store manager/customer satisfaction/parts experts Phyllis Warren had the worst attitude and is extremely disrespectful. When he colleague suggested assistance to complete the task she's supposed to she responded, "I'm not going to need that because I'm not lifting anything." Refused to lift the hood, refused to remove the parts she disconnected from the car, refused to run the proper tests. What should have only taken one hour, took half the day. She refused to call me to give me the updated status, I had to keep calling in to check. I'm all honesty, I don't believe the job was even done correctly. I ended up purchasing new pay to replace. I was told, "we can't put it in because we aren't sure if we can reach the spot or goes in." I told them and pointed and to the manager she took it out. Then I was told well it's only 3 of us here and it will take a while to get to because we have a lot of customers, which I've never seen for than 3ppl working there at a time and there were 5 of them behind the counter in uniforms. I said I'll wait. They them asked "next customer", no one answered because I was the only customer left that needed help. Then to top it off was upset and got nasty with their colleague because they had to replace the part removed. Just horrible all around. The two guys from the night before we're way more professional and helpful. It was only two of them working at the time I came in and it was 5 customers.
They had the parts I needed in-stock when I arrived. One of the parts ended up not being needed. Took it back with receipt and got a no-hassle refund. Would definitely recommend over the Advanced Auto in Franklin.
My experience was awful and spread out unfortunately for a couple of weeks. Hopefully, others don't have the same experience, and it was just situational

The two ladies that were in there in the morning was polite and respectful. Anything that was asked they pulled it up on the computer without any problems. They were very friendly and most of all they never stopped smiling. Even made the customers laugh.
What have you done to this store? As a lifelong Franklin resident this was the best auto parts store by far. Then someone thought it was a good idea to remove the store manager Collette that has been there the last 8 years! She knew how to take care of your customers! This caused your other best employees to quit! The new manager, Phyllis is just rude and not very helpful. I have a business account with you but will be taking my business elsewhere. Please put it back the way it was!
I just want to thank this awesome team for all the hard work and phones calls they did to help me get my replacement alternator after my new 1 had played out on a timely manner. It pose to came on the 5:00 hub but they pulled some strings and got it at 12. I really appreciate yal hard work and dedication .
Some of the best most helpful employees work here. Arthur especially can work and fix anything. Just tell him what the problem is and he will find the solution.
Employees are always eager to help knowledgeable about the products they offer, have great attitudes when interacting,store is always clean and we'll stocked
Went here on New Years Eve at 7:30am for a car battery. The guy who installed the battery had great customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a battery and or other things that are offered at this store. I currently live in Florida but visit family in this area and I will definitely be coming back for anything I may need while I’m here due to great customer service and prices. I can’t remember the mans name (I believe he had a olive green hoodie on) who helped me but he also helped me yesterday to pick the right battery out and answered any and all questions I had. He made this stressful situation of having a bad battery a good experience all while installing it in the rain for me which I greatly appreciate. Thanks again !
Got stuck because of a bad alternator in front of store. Called for a tow. While waiting, a young man came over to ask what was wrong. He looked under my hood and saw that a bolt had broken off. He took the alternator off and fixed the problem. What a wonderful person this is. He works at Auto Zone. Kudos to him!
My car battery was dead. Paid for a new one with 3 yr warranty. The young lady who rung me up and the young man who put my battery in were Awesome. Thanks Arthur
It was a good visit this time. The young man behind the counter tried very hard to help me. I did find the one thing I needed but the other is just not available. Not your fault.
Arthur has consistently provided expert information and wonderful customer support through all of my automotive problems. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Franklin for my car part needs.
Great people for the most part, most are very knowledgeable of what they're doing, not everyone, but that's ok because others around will step in and help. I needed something that was a pain to deal with and the guy that ended up helping us suggested something totally different which made the two day project a twenty minute project. Thank you!
Was traveling and had an issue with my car and Alan was so helpful, but couldn't find a mechanic to install the part, so checked with the place I purchased my vehicle and it was safe to continue on my trip. Car was fixed didn't need the part and was cheerfully refunded.
Went and got a oil filter twice for my dodge because they gave me the wrong one the people working at AutoZone ether don't know what they doing or don't care Just really had a bad experiences.
The gal Jessica was real friendly ahe didn't test on the truck h her mom was dropping off her wallet. She trusted me to get it from her moms car & hand it to her. Says more about her than the company. But...she was friendly to an outsider
