Find it highly ridiculous letting someone take w fuel pump apart at the counter knowing you got people in line waiting....and even more ridiculous you wait on someone first who walks in and bypasses people in line to the counter...extremely poor customer service.
I absolutely love getting my parts here if you're not really sure what you need this is the place to go chances are they have it or can get it very soon and then a reasonable price not to mention a quality I can trust
10 employees walking the floor, 1 working the counter. Took them 15 minutes to even recognize i was there, too busy on Instagram I reckon. No experience on automotive nomenclature
Went in more than once to order a part since they didnt have in stock. Was told it be in about a week and they would call me when it is in. after 2 weeks called and was told they never were told to order part. Went in again gave them my number told part would be in about a week and again 2 weeks later call and person i talked said they have no record. i suggest looking part up ur self and look on amazon
Went in for fish stuff thank you NAPA I caught 30 cat fish that day and feed the homeless store clean customer service great prices great in and out fast locations in Franklin VA they also have dog food will be back
The small engine department in Napa is the crappiest one I have ever been to! They completely ripped me off, it’s bullshit that they charge such a hefty troubleshooting fee and grossly over charge for parts and labor!! Very disappointed in their service and will never return!
Purchased my annual filters for three small engines. The charge for 6 oil and air filters came to 148.00. I commented that it seemed high and got the explanation all prices are going up. I checked my receipts for these filters last year and the total was around 100. I decided to check Amazon and found the filters, a mix of OEM and manufacturer brands. I spent just over 60.00. I don't see any way to continue supporting this business in Franklin. I would recommend shopping for consumables of this nature.
I go into this store for minnows and night crawlers, I have an angler fish and a lion fish that eat the minnows and Rosie's and I get the night crawlers for catfishing, I also purchase my fishing license there and they are always super friendly when I do go there!!!
