My husband (a mechanic) and I are extremely impressed with the expertise , patience, and kindness shown by the staff tonight. They were beyond helpful in providing parts and assisting my husband in finding what he needed to fix our car- mind you, we live four hours away and had our two young children with us. We would recommend anyone get their parts from here simply to interact with the staff that work there!

I went in and wanted to get someone to help me put a light in my car and the older gentleman said they cannot go out and help. I have been here a few times and there are a few men with bad attitudes. There was a very helpful younger man I thought was the manager but I have not seen him lately. They need to get him back there. Then I went across the street to Advance Auto and the manager was outfront and I asked him could he help me and he was so friendly and helped me with getting the light fixed within a few minutes. I will be going there from now on.
