Tabitha was amazing. After I got the part installed on my vehicle she asked me to let her run the tests again to double check everything. She's very thorough.
I went into the store because I needed to replace my windshield wipers. It hadn’t even been a year and they fell to pieces. Tami was so great and she gave me a warranty pair! I was surprised I didn’t have to spend money, and she gave amazing service!!!
We were in a jam, after the dust cover under our car came loose and was dragging on the road as we drove. We stopped at this O’Reilleys to see if they had anything so we could tape it patch it or something. Tabetha was working, but came out all the way to our car to take a look. Seems like to fix it it needs to be lifted , but Tabetha took the time to examine our problem and did a quick fix to temporarily fix the issue. Now that is customer service!! We are so thankful for Tabetha as we were freaking out about the noise. We are traveling to nc and Tabetha helped us be on our way again. If anyone in charge sees this please make sure to properly thank Tabetha and giver her a well deserved raise!! Thank you for everything, I will surely stop at O’Reillys for our needs next time. Tabetha was fast friendly and professional!!
In the middle of a road trip and needed my alternator changed not only did they give me the correct one, But they also sent me to an amazing mechanic and I was back on the road to Delaware in an hour!!!! Thank you Casey!and affordable automotive services for getting me back on the road.
I give this place a low rating the person that waited on me sold me the wrong parts after I went there twice so I won't go back to that location anymore I'm very glad they opened an O'Reillys in Windsor and the other in suffolk not going back to the franklin location
No matter when I go to this place they are always slow. Today there were 3 employees and only 1 guy checking everyone out. I felt sorry for him because the other customer were upset and saw 3 customer walk out. I almost walked out too
We spend a lot of money there but service has to be improved...
Sometimes you leave with what you need, other times you gotta make sure the people behind the counter are giving you the right part.
I've had issues before where the employee was trying to tell me the part I was looking for was never made...while I held the old part in my hand
