We just bought a car from Paya's, and it was hands down the easiest, most enjoyable car buying experience we've had. The price was great, the car in fantastic condition with low mileage. We felt comfortable buying from a family-owned dealership who have been in business for decades. There was no haggling, or extra sales pitches for things we don't want. We knew exactly which car we wanted and test drove only that one, without any pressure to try others that were more expensive. It was a simple, friendly, and honest transaction. Paya's came highly recommended by friends who only buy their cars there and now I know why. Next time we need a car, it will be the first (and probably only) place we look.

This is my second car I have purchased from Paya’s. The first was 10 years ago and I traded that car in for my new one. The first car was the best car I’ve ever purchased. The only issues I ever had were just normal wear and tear like tires, brakes and oil changes. Don’t be afraid of the rebuilt title! The purchasing process was so easy and laid back. No pressure at all, no haggling, very upfront and clear. I hope to go back in 10 years for my next car! As long as they still exist, I will get my cars from there.

I was a bit scared to dive into a vehicle that has been rebuilt. I can not be happier that I took the chance. The vehicle is amazing. I have to say, so far, my experience has been better than my past dealership experiences. Peter was amazing. He wasn't like your typical salesmen. No pressure, very honest, and just overall a nice person. I left knowing that if an issue was to arise, not to assume the worst, he seemed to be there to tackle it with you. Being a younger buyer, I expected to be pressured and mislead by salespeople in the process of purchasing a vehicle. However with Paya's auto and the salesman, Peter, this was quite the opposite. Peter clearly explained the business practice Paya's participates in. I bought from Paya's in early December and having driven for a couple months since, I have had no complaints or issues. Couldn't recommend them more.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Payas. I can say the same for my family. We’ve been buying cars from there for almost a decade. It can be difficult to find used cars that feel new, or have been properly maintained. Payas does this very well. If you’re looking for a like new vehicle at a reasonable price, Payas is the way to go.

Test drive, Purchase and vehicle was a great experience.We got our dream car at a price we could afford. There is a reason these prices are so affordable but Peter is an easy going guy and Will answer any questions, I believe honestly. The reason for 3 stars…taxes, registration and filling fees are not included in the stated price. We were surprised when Our 3,000 deposit was gone and still owed the same price. After, getting our loan Peter informed us the salvage titles is not recognized in some states (New York, South Carolina, etc) We plan on moving south and now have to choose a state that will recognize our vehicle. After getting home, I was looking to install some roof racks and when looking found a good sized rusted dent in the seam of my roof that we were unaware of (360 walk around looked like gorgeous perfection, I didn’t think of looking at the roof). I emailed Peter 2x this week and have gotten no response. I do not regret getting our dream vehicle. It runs smooth, the price was better than you can get anywhere else and it is what it is. But I do feel these are things that should be upfront before signing papers.

My name is dominic corron I bought my 2017 VW Tiguan from payas a year ago and I’ve loved it! The buying experience was quick and easy and they worked with me, I got one heck of a deal! It’s been one of the most reliable cars I’ve had especially in the vermont winter. Brian and the service department are great and can get anything done! Their warrranty covers enough for any issues the first year that may cause a problem. I’d buy a car from them again any time!

They answered all my questions, provided detailed vehicle repair and service history, and were very transparent with their pricing. So far I've gotten a higher-end sports car for my spouse and a basic starter car which will eventually go to my kid. Brian, their lead mechanic, is very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I planned to visit a whole list of used-car dealers but I found everything I needed at Payas.
