While returning from an epic motorbike tour/ adventure to the maritimes, Newfoundland and back across Labrador, my tires were ‘done’ near Burlington, VT. This was discovered on the Friday of the Labour Day weekend as I was facing the final 400 mi. home to Niagara Falls. Remarkably and thankfully, Dan the service manager and Christian the parts manager were able to accommodate my dilemma and get me sorted with a pair of Michelin Road 6GTs after my ‘emergency cold call’. They and their tech. got me safely on my way very quickly. Very grateful for the excellent service of Roadside Powersports and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Was pricing out two CFMOTO ATVs earlier in the summer and never get around to leaving a review but I'm finally getting around to sharing my experience. Came in and saw Chris who was great in the beginning, they didn't have the colors we wanted but we were willing to overlook it to shop locally. Once in the office Chris showed me the numbers on both atv's which was slightly more expensive than the quote I had elsewhere. Trying to be honest and do business fairly I pulled out my quote from another dealer and asked him to simply match their price that's when Chris became visually annoyed then looked at my quote and told me "You don't even know what you're talking about" pointing out his is actually cheaper based on the other dealer not adding sales tax as they are out of state but ignoring the fact the price on each ATV and the plow I was adding was slightly higher. We took a minute outside to talk and decided that the slight difference is price might not be worth travelling to pick up our new ATVs so we returned inside to speak with Chris who at this point had no interest in talking to us about anything other than leaving a deposit. When we mentioned they weren't the colors we were looking for he said, "Its no big deal they get dirty anyways" and when we offered to leave a $500 deposit and return with a cashier's check for the balance he said it needed to be $1,000 despite us coming back to pick them up with a check saying "Its no big deal just put it on a credit card". At this point we decided against doing business with Chris and called Phoenix from Lake City Choppers who had our Cforce 500 and 800 touring with the plow installed delivered to our driveway for free with no deposit and no hassle in two days.

Dan and the entire service department have been providing service on my 2008 Yamaha V-Star 650 for the past 5 years with expertise and very knowledgeable advice. I highly recommend Roadside!

Dan and the service team at Roadside Yamaha are second to none. My son and I brought his '15 WR250F in with a repair list as long as my arm. I told them my budget and asked them to do what they would do if it was their personal WR. Dan would reach out almost daily with updates and questions. In the end the bike was better than ever and on budget. This was really a great experience overall and I personally recommend Roadside. Who thought you needed a another reason to buy a Yamaha!

Staff is amazing there!!! Originally went there to find a bike for girlfriend to learn on. After checking out bikes and sitting on them. They showed us some that weren’t on the showroom floor. She found one that fit her perfectly and really liked it. Bought it next day. Unfortunately the bike had a weird issue with the way it road at low speeds. Brought it back and roadside techs went through tons of things. Worked with manufacturer to figure out what was causing it. Manufacturer basically said it’s just how it runs. After getting bike back and trying it again. It was still too much for her to get over. Ended up going back to roadside to find a different bike for her. Found a used one she really liked. Staff were super helpful again. Expected to have to trade new bike in for the used one. After talking about the bikes, roadside reimbursed us for the original bike and we took care of the paperwork for the used bike at the same time. They are amazing there. Super friendly, not pushy at all, engaging with you without trying to push you to buy stuff. They are my favorite dealer to go to. I would always recommend them to anyone. Best dealership ever!!!

Called into the parts department several times with no answer. (Thanks Christian) took a drive down to see if they had a part for an older bike I’m rebuilding and to look at one of their new KLX bikes with cash in hand to buy it out right. Not a single person asked me if I needed help with anything and I was the only customer in the store. The person who I found and spoke to laughed when I asked for a part for the bike I’m rebuilding and didn’t bother asking if I needed help with anything else. It’s a shame, I had only had great experiences at your shop up until yesterday and I am a firm believer in supporting local businesses. But it looks as if I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

Update had an issue with my trailer and service went above and beyond to help me and did it super fast!!! Thank you for looking out for your customer!!! Service is 5 strars rating and sales is also super helpful!!!! Great staff and a lot of great deals!!!

Bought a new Vulcan S 650 recently from this dealership. One of the main reason I went with this bike was ergot fit. Got all 3 reduced reach to my comfort, free of charge, since I’m 5’5 ft and now I can flat foot easily. Destination and handling cost is maxed out at 935$ for 600cc bikes above. Don’t expect to walk in and ride out within the same day if you’re driving there from afar. You might want to setup everything ahead. I had to wait couple days. Overall, purchase process was straightforward and experience with the team was okay. Chris secured the loan at reasonable rate and helped setup the insurance. Great guy Chris, Thx.

Amazing place. Was traveling through town last week with a group on our annual trip, and had a cupped front tire. Dan and his support team said they had a tire and would be able to get it changed and back the same day. I dropped off the bike and they were able to get it right away and got me back out within two hours. Amazing place with incredible service. Stop by if you need anything and are in the area. Can't thank them enough.

I have owned a motorcycle for four years and counting. When I got my license and purchased my bike, I knew few people within the community but endeavored to learn what I could about basic maintenance such that I could save a few bucks where oil/filter changes and winterization were concerned. I bought parts from roadside marine and found the staff knowledgeable and helpful to that end. I'd inquire about one product or another, we'd get to chatting about what would be entailed for me to do this or that on my own, and I always felt they were generous with their time and expertise. Aside from inspections, that was the extent of my business with them. Until recently. Among other things, my bike was due for new tires and a brake job. I had been pondering an upgrade, and had predetermined a threshold of spending, beyond which I would decide "it's not worth it. Time to sell this thing." Dan in particular was very helpful and receptive to my position. I rode up and without any scheduled appointment asked him a few questions. He was kind enough to come out and take a look at my bike with me and field all questions. He quoted just below my predetermined and undisclosed hard line. Not only that, but he and his team came in below the projected cost, AND did a few additional upgrades for me! They finished it all considerably earlier than I had expected too! Highly recommend

I can't say enough good things about the team at Roadside Motorsports! I'd been buying parts and fluids from Roadside for years, and finally was interested in a new motorcycle they had in stock. Chris was the consummate professional, super easy going, no pressure, and made my purchase experience painless and straightforward. When it was time to pick up the bike, he made the paperwork easy to understand, the bike was prepped and plated, and they even had one of the technicians answer any and all questions about my new baby.
