I stripped a fork cap while replacing seals on a Saturday morning. After breaking one part I figured I needed some professional help. The team at Trackstar got my cap removed that same day at a great price. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future, but hopefully not because I’m breaking my own bike. I have had years of experience when it
comes to customer service, and I am not impressed with this facility at all. My bike was their 2 months and in those two months I never got a call about what they were doing or if my bike was even being worked on, I always had to call for an update. Then on my last call the owner said my bike will be ready to pick up the next day and that they performed all the work that I asked. Prior to arriving to pick up my bike I was never told all the work wasn't done until I had paid and was getting ready to push my bike out of the shop. Frustrated, upset, and feeling completely mislead and taken advantage of, I called the shop after getting home to ask why the work wasn't completed and with a very unprofessional tone and attitude I was told that "because I wouldn't stop calling and kept bugging them for an update" is why they didn't finish the repair, which sucks because I still paid as if the repair was complete. The icing on the cake was when Ryan told me I could bring my bike back to have them work on it more after I had already loaded and unloaded my bike at home.. Sorry but not sorry to leave a negative review, you had a chance to make it right and blew it! never calling even once, or by not being honest with me prior to me paying and picking up my bike. Even with the referral of a very good friend who has been doing business with this shop for years, I cannot and will not refer anyone to this business ever again
Experience here couldn't have gone any better. Ordering a tire was easy, and when I showed up he jumped on it and got it done without a single scratch on my rim. Plus while you wait he has a great dog to hang with.
I have had my the tires in my harley replaced here and they are always cheapest and fastest in ogden. Every time I take it somewhere else there's grease and grime all over my bike and i run white walls on my bike.. Never had a problem and always quality work!!
If someone else is working on my bike, that means I trust them with my life. That is what Trackstar brings... people in the race community who can picture the ultimate of what can go wrong under aggressive conditions, and prevent that. Including putting a safety wire on my cauter pin... thank you!
We've had work done on our motorcycle here. They treat you like family and do an excellent job. It's nice to have a shop for Northern Utah. Living in Cache Valley makes it hard but, the drive here has been worth it!
I ride a touring bike and was looking for new tires with install. Called 8 places to get quotes for specifics tires. Called trackstar to see if they did more than sport bikes. Ryan beat almost every other quote by $150 and put them on next day. Couldn’t recommend enough!
I've always gone to Trackstar, since Kelly was the owner. The new owner Ryan is a super nice guy and got some new rubber on my bike literally the next day. It's still the best shop around and I won't go anywhere else for my track and motorbike related needs.
Ryan does a phenomenal job. He has serviced my motorcycles many times and I’ve always been pleased with his work. They also have the best rates for a shop around. Highly recommend.
Kelly stayed open a little late for me so I could get my safety inspection done today and last year went through a lot to help me find forks for a good price on my bike. Great guy and great shop!!
Very happy with what Kelly was able to do for me and my motorcycle. He got my 2001 Suzuki Bandit 600s running extremely well. He did a lot of work on it and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend going to him for your motorcycle repairs. I know I will be going back to him if I ever have any other problems.
This shop is the only one I trust with my bikes. He has handled 2 different crashed bikes for me as well as advising me on gear, parts, hell even life. Cuts through the crap of modern shops full of young guys that may not know much of anything. Besides this, his shop and kids race and supports other local companies in the communities. Numerous times track-side I have asked advice on a number of things and they have always been friendly and willing to help all they can. Heck, just last month at a trackday he tore my Ohlins rear shock apart, reset the reservoir adjusted the settings and set me on my way, NO CHARGE. Can't beat that, especially since he had an awning full of his own teams race bikes to tend to. Hands down, the shop for anything go fast the right way on two wheels in AND outside Utah.
The day he got the part he ordered he finished the job. I was late and he was leaving, even though I made him run late he turned around and came back to get me back on my bike. Kelly is a boss, plain and simple. Definitely go here, I will be back for any problems I ever have. Knowledge, speed, customer service and price- what else do you need? Even though he doesn't do cruisers, he helped me just because he is awesome. Bam!
Trackstar and Kelly are the only shop I will take my bike to. I have been bringing my bikes here for 5 years now for maintenance upgrades and of course mechanical issues. This is nothing compared to the vast wealth of knowledge that has been shared and gained from Kelly. He has always taken care of me with amazing( not said lightly) service and quick turn around. I've been on 3 different bikes in the last two years I've lived in Utah. I met a guy who recommended Trackstar to me when talking about having some work done. I finally bit the bullet and went up to the shop, and found out the guy doing the work owns the shop. I've never taken my business anywhere else....the customer service and prices are that good. The ship atmosphere is super friendly, and you'll probably get a lot of laughs.
I won't take my bike anywhere else, and I buy all my gear from him as well. It's a real pleasure to be able to support a local business that actually deserves my hard earned money. If you've got problems, he'll get them sorted out, and you won't have to worry about him padding the bill...he knows that the best way to make money is repeat business, and he's definitely got mine.

Trackstar cannot be beat on prices or customer service. Kelly the owner is extremely knowledgable about bike parts, repair, setup and full race builds. Kelly cares about his customers not just their money. Only shop I trust with my bikes.
Words can't express enough on how great this place is. Great service, good people and all around best shop in utah hands down. This is the only shop I go to to get things done on my bike and if you need to order parts through them it get there fast and they let you know as soon as it gets there. Love this place.

Best customer service he took my bike in the same day I went in for fork seals and tires and got it done right and fast for a good price. He really knows what he is doing and the prices are amazing.

Kelly at Trackstar is the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to sport bikes in this state. He has saved my bike countless times from disaster and also has saved my body from complete annihilation with his great quality gear. If you need your bike serviced, tuned, parts replaced, tires replaced or need to upgrade your protective gear, there is no other place to go... I tow my bike up from Orem just to get taken care of at Trackstar, that's how good he is.
