A VIP customer and personal friend called me for help with a blowout in Parley’s Canyon while heading down from Deer Valley. Time was critical, as he had an important function in Salt Lake City. Seth stepped up in a BIG way. He responded immediately, treated my friend like gold, ensured he arrived to his event on time, and met me with the vehicle. The professionalism and timeliness he showed were impressive. If the towing gig doesn’t work out, Seth might have a future as a member of pit crew for Formula 1 or NASCAR. Outstanding job!

I can not think of a time that myself or friends have had to use AAA for towing and had a quick, enjoyable experience. Brandon also had the friendliest attitude for having to pick up a vehicle at 7am in 20 degree weather. He was lovely to interact with. Would definitely recommend!

I had an excellent experience with this towing company. Their driver, Wood Zack, was extremely professional, respectful, and helpful from the moment he arrived. He handled my truck very carefully and made sure everything was secured properly before towing. One thing that really stood out to me was the price. Their services are much cheaper than other towing companies — honestly, I was shocked at how affordable it was. Most towing companies charge crazy prices, but these guys were straightforward, honest, and didn’t add any hidden fees. Wood Zack explained everything clearly and delivered my truck exactly to the shop we agreed on. The entire experience was fast, honest, affordable, and reliable. I highly recommend this company, and especially Wood Zack, if you need professional towing without overpaying.

Amazing fast and friendly service! i was assisted by an amazing fella named Romey!! I was in a very busy part of the freeway and in no time i seen him show up in my rear view mirror. Thank you Romey for a great experience during a crappy situation of mine.

I had my truck break down and had called multiple companies explaining to them I had a trailer hooked up to it. because of the hitch on it alot of companies said they couldn't tow it ogden towing said yes and sent their driver John G to tow it. While it was being towed by John the tire on my truck got popped by the tow truck making a rough day for me worse. Most companies would have said "tough luck" and left me high and dry, but john with ogden towing took it upon himself to not only make it right but make sure I got exactly what I needed to get my truck ready for the road after its repaired, replacing the tires and setting me up with an appointment at a tire shop. If we could have more people like John in this world everyone's bad days would be turned around!

Had an amazing experience with Neven! Relaxed and professional down to earth guy and knew what he was doing. He made every opportunity to get the car out the garage so we didn’t have to break down our toddlers big toys! Thanks for having great customer service and taking care of us.

I have AAA and whenever I call, they always send someone from Ogden auto towing. Which is great. They’re professional and fast. Last time I was in need because my Hyundai Veloster Clutch burned out and I needed a car tow. So I called AAA and they sent Mike from Ogden auto towing. He is the best. I love how he’s always wanting to help figure out what’s wrong with ur car. He’s very knowledgeable.

Mickey was FANTASTIC. So kind and friendly. Big smile the whole time. Got the truck loaded up fast and safely to the mechanic. It was in an awkward spot in the driveway but he was able to get it out and loaded up! I’m very appreciative of him definitely recommend him specially. Hopefully I don’t need too many tows but I will be calling him if I do!! Ha

Mickey had to extract my vehicle from a very difficult position. The ball joint had blown, and the front tire was at a bad angle. He took the time to be very careful to get my car into position to be loaded and to load it. I was impressed by how patient and expert he was in doing his work. If he had not taken his time, he could easily have torn off the fender or messed up the bumper, perhaps even caused worse damage As it was, he did a fantastic job! And, you kept me informed on what he was doing every step of the way.

UPDATE: 1/21/25 We used OAT again after we had such a great experience the first time! Brandon had wonderful attention to detail to place a car that could not be driven exactly where we needed it to be in our driveway, even when a busted steering arm! He was very personable and was very pleasant and professional to work with. Thank you OAT, you have a truly amazing staff! Steve Unasa was absolutely amazing to work with. He was professional, and very respectful to both my vehicle and my home. We misplaced our car key, and it was stuck in the garage with the wheels on an angle, so “rolling it out” was not an option as our side mirror would have hit the side of the garage opening. He was very careful to maneuver the car in alignment with the tow truck to safely and securely remove our vehicle from the garage and deliver it to the dealership to have a new key made. Steve was very easy to work with!! Great communication before he arrived! I had to have my car dropped off in a challenging and steep driveway, with no reliable brakes on my car. He was able to roll me off and lower me with the winch into a position that i could get into the garage and not comprise my safety. Definitely would use Steve again! Thanks!
