All we can say is WOW… Real heroes don’t wear capes. They work hard, value kindness and strive to make a positive impact in this world. We called Vance during a serious emergency and he didn’t hesitate to help us. Not only did he arrive promptly despite our location 1 hour outside of town, but he assisted with seemingly impossible mechanical issues, solving the problem with ease. Best price in town and very friendly. Got stranded up Flaming Gorge and called for a tow. Car started right before the tow truck got there. We called back, paid them for their time and fuel and continued on. But they were the fastest to respond and willing to get us back to civilization.

After waiting for AAA for 2-1/2 hours and then getting a call that they probably wouldn’t be able to get to us until the next day we called Vance and he took care of us immediately. We didn’t have to wait for the driver to show up like the other guys required. He picked the car up in Roosevelt and dropped it off at the shop in Provo. A life saver.
After trying to get my car that was involved in a livestock accident near Manila towed through insurance for 36 hours I called Vance/star towing and the car was being towed out of there the same morning I called, and he came all the way from Vernal to do it.
He was also understanding and responsive after the car was towed, and gave me more updates than my own insurance company did .
I would recommend him if you need any towing in the Flaming Gorge or Vernal areas.
Vance was a life saver!! After a long night, and several frustrating hours dealing with insurance to get a tow set up, I decided to take matters into my own hands and find a tow company. Vance answered in the middle of the night and set everything up with a quote and a time of pick up. He was honest and professional!! Would highly recommended!!
Vance drove up to Flaming Gorge to load my motorcycle up after being stranded with clutch issues. He was quick, kind, and provided some fun facts about the area on the drive into Vernal. His price was reasonable, and he was very helpful and even offered to drop me off at a restaurant for some dinner after unloading the bike. Highly recommend!
Not only did they come within a timely matter, they even offered advice and which mechanic they suggest! Amazing service and, even though I hope never to have to call again, I will call them first if it comes to it!
My gear shifting cable disconnected from the transmission and I couldn't get my car into any gear. I was stranded in terrible snow conditions on an icy 2 lane road alone with my kids in the car in Colorado. Triple AAA couldn't find a tow company that would dispatch any tow trucks due to the weather and road conditions. We were sitting ducks
I called Vance from a referral I got from a local mechanic in Craig Colorado. He said he would come and help. Vance and Kelly arrived, lifted my car up, climbed underneath, got my gear cable connected, rigged it with packaging tape and told me to keep in it drive and go straight to a mechanic. The clip was broken and it wouldn't stay. He was concerned with us being on the road, warned the conditions were not good. He was the only one that would come. I was stressed and scared for our safety. Can't express enough my gratitude for Vance. Thank you for risking the roads to come help us. I don't know where or what would have happened to us if you didn't help us. Very grateful you helped me get my kids safely off the road.
Vance and Kelly were life savers!!! We had trouble with our truck overheating and needed a truck and trailer towed from Dutch John back to Salt Lake. Then we ran into issues with the trailer wheel bearing and they arranged another tow truck to come get it taken care of. They were so helpful coming up with a good plan to get it all back. We are so thankful for their kindness in a stressful situation.
After AAA made us wait 9 hours, they finally contacted Star towing and he came right out! was very friendly, professional and did an amazing job towing our truck back home!
I called my insurance agent and they got me set up with Star Towing. They were very professional and took good care of loading and then unloading my vehicle at the place I needed it.
Girlfriends car broke down and star towing showed up very quick to pick us and the car up!! He was very professional and very helpful with the tow and where we needed to go!! Would highly recommend this company to any!!!
