This is a very knowledgeable store and they go above and beyond to get the auto part needed for your vehicle. As well as help you install simple whipper Blades. They have helped with hooking up computer and interpiting codes on computer. I am very grateful for their kindness and their assistance in helping me maintain my older vehicle. Craig has been extremely helpful with also going above and beyond hoping as fine parts that do not exist in the store and getting them to the store

I'm crippled gramma I buy brand new battery thinking they help, no they do not, I was left stranded in parking lot with Noone to help me, u just lost alot of business I have many people who will abandon u, all I needed was battery installed I didn't have anyway to put it in, autozone u suck

Craig is the coolest guy around! He helped me install my blower motor, and then found me the right clips. On a different visit he helped me get a new battery and the washers for it! We'll definitely be back again! Also took care of my old battery. He's also super funny.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at the AutoZone location in Vernal when trying to exchange a defective brake drum purchased online. I came in with the part and a digital receipt, yet when I spoke with the employee helping me, Thomas, he claimed that my purchase didn’t appear in my account’s warranty section. Despite having clear proof of purchase, he told me there was no way he could help. When I asked what the next steps were to resolve this issue, Thomas, without any hint of apology or concern, bluntly stated that I’d have to wait over the weekend until his manager returned. This response was infuriatingly unhelpful, especially since it seemed to be an issue with their system, not mine. When I asked if there was a corporate support number I could call to address the problem, he just scoffed and dismissed me, saying he didn’t know of one. It was clear he had no interest in assisting further. Refusing to accept this, I found the corporate number on my receipt and called right there in the store. Thankfully, the person on the phone was far more professional. He acknowledged the purchase, confirmed I was eligible for a return or exchange, and explained it was an issue on their backend system. While he couldn’t fix it immediately, he submitted a ticket on my behalf. Thomas, however, smirked as I left, making it clear he found the whole situation amusing. About an hour later, I received a call from a representative who seemed to be local. He was genuinely apologetic about the inconvenience and assured me that if I returned to the store that evening or the next morning, he would personally ensure that the exchange was taken care of. He even provided a specific name to mention at the store. The next morning, I went back in, only to encounter Thomas once again. As soon as he saw me, he rolled his eyes and acted as if my return was a personal annoyance to him. I explained the call I had received and mentioned the name I was given, only for Thomas to mockingly repeat the name multiple times, even laughing with other employees as if this was some kind of joke. His blatant disrespect was infuriating. I attempted to call the representative who had contacted me, but it turned out there had been a misunderstanding—he was from a different location and had thought I was in a different area. He apologized and promised to reach out to the Vernal store to resolve the issue. After yet another trip and dealing with Thomas’s condescending attitude, I finally got my defective brake drum replaced. The entire ordeal was exhausting. While I understand that technical glitches happen, Thomas’s dismissive, unprofessional, and mocking attitude throughout this process was unacceptable. At no point did he take responsibility or show any empathy, even when he saw how frustrated I was. It was clear that he didn’t care about helping me at all. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to the Vernal AutoZone location. A little professionalism and basic customer service could have prevented all of this, but Thomas’s behavior has left me with no desire to ever shop there again.

Called auto zone today to see if they had my headlights in stock and the man on the phone was very nice he said he had the part and to come in and he would even help me change it. When I got to the store Craig was ready to jump right in and change my lights! Not only did he do that but taught me how to do it and was super friendly the whole time! It's nice to have someone teach you something new and be patient enough to make sure I get it right! He also joked around with my kids making them feel comfortable to when we left they were saying how cool he was! Seriously Thank you so much Craig! I appreciate your help and your kindness!

I came in to get my battery tested and Aaron F. helped me with removing and installing the new one. He went above and beyond in helping me because he grabbed paper towels to help me clean up the mess the old battery had leaked and made sure it was completely ready for the new one!!! Thank you!!! This place sells everything that any other Autozone sells. Great customer service, good products and fair prices for all your automotive parts and accessory needs. Thanks for providing the parts and customer service! It's a tough time for employees and I thank you guys for having friendly service!

Stood at the counter right in front of two employees. Took about five minutes before one pointed to the other and then at me. That guy practically sighed as he left his computer and ask what I needed. He couldn't find the part I needed and told me I would need the part number for him to find it. He said I could check at another store, they might have what I need. I went across the street to ORielly's where I was promptly acknowledged and the manager researched my part on Google, then called down to Ridgeline to see if they had the part. Now, THAT was incredible customer service! Sorry I was such an inconvenience to you guys, I'll forever take my needs elsewhere.

Not 1 person asked if I needed assistance until I made direct eye contact with someone after 10 minutes. I was looking for specific detailing items. Then stood at the counter waiting for anyone to ring up my stuff. While the employees stayed at the other end of the counter laughing and joking. As I was walking out, one asked if I was ready… I said yea, I was 15 minutes ago. There goes a $80.00 sale. I truly hope someone that manages this store reads this… I’ll wait for Amazon to deliver.

I needed to replace the battery in my key fob. After looking everywhere else, with no luck, I found a battery here. They were very helpful and offered to help me replace the battery. I was so thankful. Some horrible person stole the camera out of my car along with many other things in the middle of the night but now I can set my car alarm again. ❤️

The younger girl was rude and would not listen to me what I needed I had to walk off the look for the part I was looking for and when I tried to let her know what I was talking about she was rude and bit my head off I will no longer be buying my parts at autozone I will go to O'reilly's they are more understanding both in Customer service I do feel sad though I've shoped at autozone for years

My sister and I were in Vernal (6/4/21 @ 5:30 pm) from Ogden Ut to attend a convention. A few hours after we arrived the check engine light came on. Upon the recommendations of other attendees we found the nearest Auto Zone. The store was clean and the employees very friendly. Justin helped diagnose the problem, find the part and determined were in the engine the new part was needed. In less then an hour from start to finish, we were back at the convention having dinner with our new found friends. Thank you Justin and Auto Zone for going above and beyond to help us in our time of need.

This place is great about a year ago are Honda Pilot alternator went out and we had to fix it they let us fix it in there parking lot and sold us the parts they lend us tools to fix it. Because of this we were able to get home. They have great customer service and there nice people to.

They had what I needed. I got my wrenching fix fulfilled with a minor part for a 19 year old Japanese off roader. And a great suggestion for an upgrade of the lights to a more modern expectation and ability. Thank you, Team!
