My experience was excellent. The service and attention were truly outstanding. The only minor concern I had is that I am very sensitive to strong smells due to an allergy, and at one point there was a strong scent coming from a staff member that made me a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Josh at the Riverton AutoZone was great to work with! Volvo wanted to charge me $900 to replace the axillary battery. I called this location and Josh said they had the battery and could replace it for me for free. The whole thing took 15 minutes and saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you!

I went here recently to get a front light for my Mom’s car. We bought her a new used car after my father passed away because I live out of town I had a limited amount of time to do all of the things for her that my father would do, Like fixing her car light. So I stopped by and asked Robert C for help and he was so wonderful and even installed it for me. I was tearing up because I felt like it was such a blessing. He was kind and explained everything. Thanks so much.

Needed a spark plug and socket for my 93 atv. I got the wrong one. I had to doubled back to exchange. No hassle with the exchange plus they helped me with the price.

Only this location is 5 stars and that's because Casey works there. He goes out of his way to ensure the part is right, you utilize all that they have to offer and knows what type of parts are quality and what you may need to ensure its a one stop shop. Whether its over the phone or in person, he has your back. Even if its not your main store, he can get it shipped to your main store. He is the definition of convenience, professional and knowledgeable.

I have depended on Autozone for easily half my life at this point!!! I first went to the Herriman location was the employee was rude and not helpful. I then visited the Riverton location. Robert greeted me and helped me out. He even went above and beyond to change out my car battery as it was dead. He was amazingly helpful and will be coming to the Riverton location from now on.

Everyone here is super nice and friendly but every single time I come here the women’s restroom is closed. Caution cone in front of door. It’s annoying I have to use the men’s restroom.

Casey is THE MAN. I recently had some issues with my starter and getting a good replacement. He went out of his way to make sure I could find the right one. He is truly a breath of fresh air in an industry where most employees just push buttons on a computer. Casey truly puts the customer first.

Absolutely the Worst Experience – AutoZone Riverton (1909 W 12600 S, Riverton, UT) If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This location deserves LESS than one star – especially because of one incredibly unprofessional employee named Robert. I ordered a part and was promised a delivery date. What followed was a complete circus of lies, delays, and zero accountability. Every time I called to check on my order, I got the same nonsense: “It’s not here yet,” “We’ll call you,” – but guess what? They never called. Not once. Their communication is atrocious, and Robert made the entire experience even worse with his dismissive, careless attitude. When I finally had enough of the runaround and went in person to cancel and request a refund, Robert and the staff acted like entitled jerks. No apology, no sense of urgency, just more blame games – this time pointing fingers at FedEx or “the hub” or whatever excuse they could come up with to dodge responsibility. The truth is, they dropped the ball repeatedly and refused to take ownership. Robert in particular was rude, incompetent, and unfit for customer service. He lied about deadlines, avoided clear answers, and showed zero professionalism throughout the entire ordeal. This location is a prime example of how NOT to run a business. If you care about your time, money, or sanity, avoid this place like the plague. AutoZone should be ashamed to have people like Robert representing their brand.

Your staff is good, Casey is a class act. I know his services are not trained- he went out of his way more than once to make sure i had the right part, the best price, and a positive experience. I drive past 6 autozone stores to lean on him- and he has always come thru. I'm grateful to all your staff for keeping my clunker clunking. And I'm so glad there's a way now to praise service like that publicly!! Thank you Casey! Thank to autozone!!

I've haven't had good experiences with autozone in the past but my a/c stopped working In the middle of a heatwave and me and my toddler were literally melting! I went to autozone because it was what was closest. Casey helped me out, unfortunately the part wasant in stock at this store but he asked me what way I was headed and was able to track down the part i needed at a store that was on the way to where I was going. He even called the store to make sure that they did have it before he sent me over! He really made things quick and easy! I will absolutely be returning to autozone in the future!! THANK YOU CASEY!

My car battery died. I went to Auto Zone Riverton. Charles was our customer service representative. Charles helped me find the right battery for the vehicle then he installed the battery for me. He was so friendly and helpful. By far the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. Thank you Charles! You deserve a raise and employee of the year!

Charlie helped us last night when our car battery completely died. He took out the dead battery and installed the new battery. He was wonderful to help and very friendly and helpful . Do not buy batteries from these guys. They don’t honor their warranty. My advice would be to go to advance auto parts or O’Reillys At least they stand by their warranties.

Great place with great people! I was going in to pick up an online order ( my first time doing it with AutoZone), and right when I walked through the door, I bumped into Patricia. She was truly awesome and made my day. She immediately noticed I was a little lost on what to do, and she went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you, Patricia! ? Keep doing what you are doing.

Best service i’ve ever had from Autozone, O’reilly, or any other auto store!! came in because I needed new windshield wipers, and Casey and Dallas were a tremendous help! Casey was super nice and asked to help me out, searched up the right windshield wipers for my car and got me the best product. It turned out the adapters for my car still didn’t fit and Dallas came out, and ended up somehow getting them to fit perfectly. They both were super professional and both were thankfully willing to help me out in the cold for a while! I couldn’t recommend this place more. EXTREMELY SATISFIED PLEASE REWARD THESE TWO :) sorry if i spelled names wrong.

Really good people at this store! Richard Larsen is an excellent store manager and really went above and beyond to help me replace a couple of really stubborn headlights in my Nissan. Also gave me some really good unbiased advice on what I will and won’t need for future maintenance. Top notch store ??

I had an awesome experience at this store. My van wouldn’t start at 9:15 at night. I ran to this Autozone knowing they closed at 10:00. I knew they could test my battery and alternator but was reluctant since it was late. Casey Farley was happy to test it for me. It was the battery. He quickly found one waived the core charge and helped me install it in the parking lot. We were done in 20 minutes. Fantastic service!!

I worked with a wonderful lady by the name of Jessica Reese. She was extremely polite and friendly! She was extremely helpful and understanding! It was really nice because I ran in 30 minutes before they closed. And everyone knows by that point everyone wants to go home. She was so awesome! If you go here I recommend working with Jessica! 5/5 stars!
