I gotta share my VERY positive experience. I came in this week with 2 dead batteries for my old diesel truck. They were only a month out of warranty. It would have been perfectly fair, legal, and valid to ask me to pay $400 for 2 new batteries. Instead, they figured out how to get my batteries under the warranty and I walked out with 2 brand new batteries. If I wasn't a loyal customer before, I am now. Great customer service.
Skyler was the associate, and super helpful! No wait, got right in and got my fuel filter. My truck is on the side of the road, and I’ve been to many auto parts stores until I finally found one that was helpful. Hope Skyler gets recognized for his amazing work ethic and fantastic customer service!
O'Reilly Auto has always been amazing. They are always so helpful. One of the reasons we continue to shop O'Reilly is because of their excellent customer service. I think his name was Luis! But, he was very helpful and cracked some jokes. Helped me with the warranty on my headlights I bought end of last year. Very helpful and friendly. Did think it was a little weird that there was a line of 3 of us at the door waiting to be helped and there were two employees over yonder that were just chatting by the counter. Maybe they were already helping someone but, it didn't really look like it.
The assistant manager, and store clerk Joe were amazing helping me out! I really felt like they were on my side, and took care of me the best they could. I am an 18 year-old girl who doesn’t know anything about cars, but they never patronized me or took advantage of that. Only educated- And gave me great service!
Never had any issues with a warranty exchange until today. The older gentlemen behind the counter was very rude and short. He was very unprofessional and we will not be returning.
we have been coming to this store for awhile and it’s unbelievable how some of these workers have treated us. there is one in particular that really needs a course a costumer service. He is an older gentleman with longer hair, he is an incredibly rude guy. anytime we have had to go back to exchange a part, he always says something about it and is very unprofessional. I have never heard a worker openly shame someone for buying something wrong. When we walked in today to exchange the a part he rolled his eyes and then proceeded to yell across the store that he “needed to find our purchase because we didn’t use a number” in a extremely sarcastic manner. Don’t think we will be coming back to this location.
After struggling to get boat started I finally took batteries out and over to O’Reillys. Bradly went over and above to make sure I was taken care of and educating me. Thanks for the awesome service

3 really nice people and one very negative jerk. Watch the actual dates on the batteries not the little stickers, they had a 6/24 sticker on a 2/23 battery. Said that’s store policy.

Visiting o'reilly auto parts today was absolutely fabulous... The young lady who helped me made the transaction very quick and easy... I brought my battery in to turn it in for my credit and the credit was instantly backing on the credit card and I disable to walk out in this. Matter of moments...
What a tremendous outfit o'reilly's is I'll go back there time and time again... In fact they're the ones that save me on the battery because they were honest with my battery needed to be replaced at a certain time when auto parts. Didn't know or lied about my battery going bad... It lasted another six months and finally o'reilly got me a new one...
Who ever hired EmmaLee needs to give themselves a pat on the back! She is SOOOO knowledgeable, knows her job so well, is great using your format to look up parts, is quick, and still manages to put out excellent customer service! It is great to have that home-town customer relation with a store, and have someone as great as her assuring you that you're in good hands. You need to give that girl a raise! The girl that helped me this evening I didn't catch her name but short and petite. very happy and laughing alot just overall very knowledgeable and honest and I even said that a girl with that much auto knowledge is hot!! Impressive. I hope she relays to this and gives her name so y'all don't have to ask for the short, petite hot girl that knows everything lol. Been coming to this location for years now and they always provide the best customer service. Worked with Jerry this last time and he took the time to educate me on the electrical issues I was having. He knew his stuff and didn’t charge extra for helping me under the hood. Avoid dealerships and support these guys!
The staff made me feel so comfortable and informed. They even replaced my windshield wipers after I asked nicely! Great experience for a woman that has no idea about anything to do with cars.
My daughter and I had a great experience today at the Riverton store with Austyn. My daughter's battery died twice after being jumped so we stopped there to have it tested. Austyn tested the battery and found it was bad, made a recommendation for a new one and installed it for us! We were very impressed! She was great to work with! Awesome customer service! We were in a tough situation trying to replace a battery in the freezing cold. One of the terminal wires broke free and we didn’t have the tools to fix it, and brad came out and saw the problem through all the to the end.

Chet runs a great operation here. Staff was super friendly & helpful. They treated my simple question about a break light for an older car like it was very important. Also directed me to their car audio expert for a query I wasn't even on planning to ask about. I left with the proper part, at a great price, and I feel well taken care of. Definitely going to use them again!
I cannot say enough about how good they were to me. I needed a headlight bulb changed in my 2015 Grande Cherokee. It was very difficult to get to. Two of the employees worked very hard to replace it and were so kind and pleasant. They have my business forever! Thank you Nikki and Blake!!
I love this store! They go above and beyond. Their service is exceptional! They greet you with a smile and ask if you need help finding things. My daughter loss the key to her gas cap three years ago and we were planning on buying a new one after we broke it off, but they helped us get the one off without breaking it. Because of their genuine concern for us and their great service. My large family always goes here for all their auto needs.
The people working here have always been so helpful. I went in today with what I thought was a car engine problem, one of the staff came outside and checked it out. My engine wasn't the problem it was that at my last oil change my sensor wasn't reset. He explained how I could do it myself. I didn't even buy anything today. I really appreciate the relief of not having engine trouble but also his willingness to help me figure out the problem.
