Bought a wrecked vehicle and had it repaired here. Never heard of them before so I was nervous to give them my business and they absolutely crushed it. Did not disappoint! The car looked brand new and I couldn't be happier. 10/10 would recommend for your auto body needs!

I appreciated being able to get the new mirror ordered and replaced in a few days. Car repairs seem to take forever. The part arrived in a few days and they worked me and had me out the door in less than a weeks time.

Their tow service driver was very rude and unhelpful when dropping my car off at the Kia dealership and refused to listen to me and the Kia workers on where to drop the car off out of the main driveways. He ended up dropping the car off in the wrong spot, tossed the key at me and drove away.

Had some work on a bumper. Their estimate was half the cost of another repair shop on the same street. The work product was excellent. They actually fixed a small door issue (rubber casing) at no cost me, which was a great surprise to me.

Hagen did the repair to our Honda accord with satisfaction and it looked good. They also did some other needed repair to our vehicle that we requested. I would recommend that they wipe down the interior of the vehicle and vacuum it out before returning. Our vehicle was very dirty inside and still had broken glass fragments near the repair areas.

I’ve used Hagen for all my repairs. They do excellent work and they keep me informed throughout the repair, which I love. They are a pleasure to work with. I would use them every time! And another note, they’re always friendly!

Hagen handled my Carvana purchase cosmetic damage claims. SilverRock was the warranty company used by Carvana and paid Hagen to complete the work. Hagen got me scheduled and completed the work within two weeks from approval from Silverrock. Hagen was accurate with time estimation and I got my car back the same day since there wasn't any paint work needed. Hagen was very communicative as well throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them. Bonus 6th star because they have a cat that lives there and is very friendly.

Update! Going on 8-9 years! Still using these guys! They are the best, fastest and consistently the best priced. They are responsive, honest and upfront on costs and timing! Now we have 3 teenage drivers. I still get 3 quotes and they always beat them out. I think I can stop my 3 quote rule and just go here! Last review— We bring all of our cars here and with 2 teenage drivers, people running into our parked car, and random relatives borrowing our cars, we visit them more often than we would like. I think we’ve used them 6 times! ? they are fast, honest, communicate well, work with your insurance, and have fair prices. Great family owned business! Highly recommend!

I got a flat tire, StateFarm roadside assistance sent Hagan to come help with the tow since I don’t have a spare and what service! The driver was so nice, positive and genuine about his care for the damage to my car. Thanks for the exceptional service!

I am so grateful to Hagen Collision Repair. Our little Jetta hit a rabbit on the highway and broke the front fender and some other things. The rabbit had broken the front bumper and then broke the radiator mounts and some other damage underneath the care. I took it to the dealer and they wanted $5,900 to fix it. So I took it to Hagen Collision repair and asked them what they could do. They repaired everything for $2,900 and they did a great job on all of it. Thank you Hagen. You saved me $3,000

A thoroughly positive experience! It was my first time working with insurance after a collision, and the staff was incredibly helpful and walked me through what I needed to do. Prompt service, honest work, and great people.

This place is amazing! From what I understand they're mostly a collision repair shop but I've had them paint (paint matched to my car which is metallic flake) multiple aftermarket pieces, multiple times for my car and they turn out amazing everytime with super fast turnaround. When I need paint I won't even think about going anywhere else. A1, great work.

Hagen has always done a great job on the vehicles I bring in. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. On my most recent visit, I was amazed at how quickly they had my paint job done.

I took my Ram 1500 in to have some rust in the top roof fixed. They did a great job and was done in a timely manner. I would recommend Hagen especially if your paying out of pocket. I feel like they have great rates. Very happy with the end results

I am extremely impressed! This company did such a fantastic job! We had a different company that was scheduled to come at 8am to tow my vehicle and by 10am that company still wasn't here. We called Hagen Collision and they were here in 15 minutes. The driver called before hand to let us know when he was going to be here and called to let us know the vehicle had been dropped off. I hope I'm not back in this situation, but if I need a tow again, I would definitely use them and would recommend them to anybody.

Extremely happy with my experience. I had a scratch on my driver door. They made it magically disappear in less than an hour and my door looks brand new now. Amazing job! Great service! Definitely recommend them.

They did a great job replacing a bumper. Best price we found and also nice people and good service. They did a little extra by washing the car too. The only downside was it took about a month to get in, but everyone is super-busy. I would definitely recommend them.
