100% honest and good to work with. The only thing bad about them is that everyone seems to know how good they are, so they can sometimes be pretty backed up on appointments.

I love Paul’s they are my go to for car service! I live across town and I am willing to drive my car over to them for fixes! They are reasonably priced and will work with you I have nothing but good things to say about Paul’s!

Had some condenser fluid leaking that turned out to be an over pressure release and wasnt thrown a whole new ac system. Tech was knowledgeable and patient over the phone and in person with concerns. We started taking our cars to Paul's for emissions and for other problems. Service is great. People are great. A local shop that is always busy. Suggest you call for an appointment.

Super sloppy work. I had my vehicle in there on and off for months. I brought it in for cv axels and they told me my catalytic converters were bad too. $3800 later I pick up my car and the check engine light came back on during the drive home. They checked it out again and put another set of cats in. Again I picked it up and the light came on shortly after picking it up. They said it might be an exhaust leak or something so they took it back again. Long story long this happened 5 times before the light finally didn’t come back on. This was about a year and a half ago. Now I’m doing a head gasket (unrelated to their work) but I find that they stripped the studs on my cylinder head for my headers because they used the wrong studs. They weren’t even tight because you couldn’t tighten them! Massive exhaust leak on both sides because of this. I would never trust them to work on my vehicle again. Now this job is taking me much longer and costing me more to fix their shotty work. Ohh and the cv axels they replaced are already torn and going out after about a year and 10k miles. The icing on the cake…

We recently had a check engine light pop up on Mrs. Jeep and after a Google search, she found Paul's Automotive to have favorable reviews that said they were good mechanics and well-priced for the work done. We were able to get in quickly, they ran diagnostic tests sourcing on the issue and gave a reasonable quote for the work and parts needed, we agreed and they began the work. They were very busy and we were lucky to get our vehicle in and back so quickly. After everything was done, they sent a text, we drove down, paid and we were happy with the speed of their service and the services provided. We'll keep Paul's automotive in mind for future needs. Hands down, the best place you can have your car worked on in the Wasatch Front. I told them my situation and that my car’s services would need to be expidited; they made it happened and they gave me a more than fair price compared to all the other shops and dealers around. My car runs great now. The thing that seperates them from everyone else is that they are honest and upfront. They WILL NOT look for ways to get more money or recommend things that your car doesn't need. So, if you are looking for an honest and fair auto shop to have your vehicle/vehicles worked on, don't go anywhere other than Paul’s Auto.

I love Paul's! It's so hard to find an auto place you can trust but I trust the guys at Paul's. They have fair prices, and if the cost is ever less than what they had quoted, they will charge less! How refreshing!

Brought my truck in because the brake pedal had too much travel after new rear brake shoes were installed. These guys troubleshot the problem and performed the necessary adjustments in a very short time.. These guys are subject matter experts. My new go to guys.

We've brought our vehicles to Paul's since I first started driving. I can always rely on them to be honest and not rip me off. Recently I had a dodge dealership in riverdale tell me I needed 1k worth of work needing to be done. I had Paul's double check it and there was absolutely nothing that needed to be done. Being an older female with no experience in the vehicle repair business I was a little apprehensive and had even been warned about being taken advantage of by some shops. I called several shops to get an idea of what it might cost to repair my vehicle and decided to take it to Paul’s Automotive after speaking to them on the phone and explaining the problem. They seemed honest, upfront and were very personable. I’m so glad I choose them! They got my vehicle right in and finished the same day and it was cheaper than expected. I found my shop for future repairs. I’d definitely trust them again.

Super friendly guys and do recommend. They fixed my car's oil leak in 4 days. They couldn't fix my transmission oil leak, but that's okay. I'll look around on that. Will definitely return if my vehicle needs further maintenance that they can do.

This place is honest. I've brought my cars here a couple of times and I am always pleasantly surprised at the bill and how fast they are able to find and fix the problem. Sometimes these electrical issues can turn into a rat's nest. It's just really nice to find a mechanic that I actually don't fear going to. They may not always return a message left on their voicemail, but if I wait a couple minutes and call back I am always able to get a person. And they are both polite and respectful. I refer my neighbors and friends to this place as someone that they can trust to do the job rite and for a reasonable rate, and not just be a parts changer.

Used Paul's based on the recommendation of a local diesel mechanic. They aligned my F-350 and then after realizing I had tires being put on the following day, asked that I bring it back a second time for them to double check it with the new tires. The alignment was well-priced, and they did the second check for free which I thought was super generous of them as they had absolutely no obligation to offer it. Overall, an excellent experience as their customer service was great, the price was fair, and the truck feels fantastic now. I'd recommend them to anyone and will use them again myself.

These guys are honest and fair. They’ve been extremely kind and have made sure my sons truck is ready for them to drive. They are knowledgeable and responsive. Can’t say enough good about them. Hard to find an auto shop run by good guys like this.

Honest fair pricing by great mechanics. Being a used car manager at a franchise dealer I work with mechanics. But when it would be harmful to drive my truck the hour to my dealership it's nice to be able to trust my local guys at Paul's they have done work for me now and I have every confidence in the world to bring it back to the guys in the future. Paul's is the only place we take our car for repairs. I've never wondered if they were fixing more than truly needed to be fixed - never wondering if I'm being taken advantage of. I just get a really good vibe here and feel like I can trust them. I 100% recommend them!

We got a bid on a truck repair. When we went to pick it up and were told that next time if it ever needed it that it would be more costly due to an under bid. The original price given was still honored though! An amazing and honest repair shop!! They deserve the buisness!

New to the state, came in for a vehicle safety inspection on my salvage title motorcycle, and an emissions test on my pickup truck. Lightning fast service and great prices! I will definitely be coming back here when it's time for repairs. Thanks!

My car had a severe battery issue, leaking acid, and needed to been looked at right away. I dropped it off at 2:30 pm and even though they were completely booked with jobs they got it in and fixed everything in time for me to pick it up before 5 the same day. Not only that but the price they gave me for the new battery was lower than the three auto parts dealers I price checked. All in all a great experience with great service. Would highly recommend.

It's really important to my dad's business that we have reliable service and fast inspection. They have never once steered us astray, taken loose belongings, or given bad recommendations. These people work with us with honesty and integrity for years.

Paul's was amazing! I just stopped in to make an appointment to get my ac looked at and the mechanic took my keys and said let me look at it real quick. 5 min later he comes back and says its fixed and it was a bad relay. No charge since he had one laying around. What? I tried to pay him a little more forcibly but still said it's free and have a good day. These guys are great they have my business for sure!

My girlfriend and I were stranded on a road trip and Paul's took care of us. They made room for us on the same day even though they were busy, gave us a great deal considering the time they spent diagnosing the problem, and were kind and honest throughout. Pat even loaned us his car so we could drive into town!! Great mechanics, great people. Can't recommend them enough.
