Tonight was the 3rd time Mason has helped me;-) He’s assisted me on 3 different vehicles! He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful! I couldn’t figure out my cabin filter for the life of me, and he got it all switched out, showed me that I definitely needed a new one and directed me to the fuel cleaner I needed!! He’s awesome and definitely a valued asset here;-)

My sister and I got pulled over for a burnt out headlight. We are young adult women who don’t know ANYTHING about cars. We went in and Shar helped us figure out which bulb we needed and she put it in for us! She was very friendly and ensured we had a great experience, we really appreciate her assistance. We wouldn’t have been able to replace it on our own without multiple YouTube videos haha. It meant a lot, definitely recommend going to this location!🙌🏼

They rarely have the parts in stock that I need, they are a last resort type business, not really the first choice. Customer service isn't anything to write about so here we are.

Came in with a battery issue and I dealt with Tamara, who was very nice and knowledgeable and went above and beyond what I would expect from any worker at an auto parts store. I will always be returning to deal with people like Tamara At O’Reillys in Syracuse. Thank you again Tamara for your help

I had an issue where Walmart couldn’t put on my new tires due to a lugnut missing. Crista was so helpful, she helped me using the computer and we test fitted multiple lug nuts to find the one I needed. After about 20 minutes we found the one, she was so nice and joyful.

Just left this location after trying to grab parts for a customer, Joseph felt it was better to argue about commercial availability than to actually help me out sourcing parts, and when trying to check out i assume his conversation with a colleague was far more important than the customer in front of him. Terrible service and I will 100% avoid this location in the future

01/29 The low beam on the driver's side of my 2012 Prius burned out whilst driving on a very dim rural road in West Haven, Utah. I phoned the O'Reilly's location in Syracuse, UT to see which type of the vehicle in question required and what price their stock was listed for. The employee who answered, Gage, went above and beyond in covering all my novice questions. When I arrived, I quickly procured the part and even was granted a price match. In addition, the assistant manager, Crista, came out and literally popped the light in without hesitation. As a side note, these two were incredibly personable and -as aforementioned - knowledgeable. I just want to thank the both of them for assisting me this evening. The transaction was a fantastic experience and I'm very grateful. These two, Gage and Crista, are invaluable assets to O'Reilly's.

Had to go there for some new batteries for my car and truck and the service that they provided was outstanding. One of the workers even help me change out my battery to my truck and stayed out there in the rain with me as I was swapping it out.

This store really does try to help. Employees are reallý helpful. Shout out to Gage, he really knows how to interact with customers, he's very respectful, helpful and friendly. I am very pleased with him taking extra steps to help me as a completely lost customer and help me find the best deal at your store. My car is finally running w/o the check engine light, its no longer having the issues and I didnt spend over $1,000 again at the dealership because of his help. I will definitely be a returning customer, whenever I feel like I can use that expertise!

I gave info on what I needed and this guy tried to tell me my headlight bulb was a high low. I told him it's not and ordered the low only. He gave me the wrong one. I came back to get the right one with the bulb I would replace and he tried to tell me, oh so it is the high low. I just don't say anything because it was a waste of my time because he obviously knew it all. No it was actually just the low only and he was acting like he knew what he was doing and being a bit condescending. It's not rocket science it's a damn light bulb, common people!

Jason Niebauer is the best!!! (Syracuse location). My van started making whooshing sounds a week or so ago. My schedules was full and I didn’t go in for awhile. On my way home today, I knew it was time to go get the codes tested on the check engine light. It was about 20 degrees and had just started snowing. Jason came out to help me. We determined the issue and he helped me get the parts AND install them. He knows his stuff and is so kind and helpful. I asked to make sure he wouldn’t get in trouble and he assured me that the management encourages it as part of their great customer service. I can go on and on about how grateful I am that Jason was my angel today. Turned out we had a big crack in an intake hose and we got it all fixed up. He even got me signed up for the rewards program to get gift cards with points. Because of Jason and his excellent service, He has earned my business as a new loyal customer! If you call or go in, ask for him! (It does matter! He gets perks for being awesome!)

O'Reilly is my go-to for auto parts! Especially the Syracuse location! They people there are friendly and extremely knowledgeable! They are so willing and able to help with a wide variety of problems that you may have. Also, the new location is absolutely awesome! Easy to get in and out of and the new building is excellent! Thanks for the help, O'Reilly Staff!!

They are more than happy to sell you the products they carry. Then when you go to recycle oil they say they cant take it, or the oil bin is full. They give you some story about not wanting to drain your container. Then tell you to take it home and throw them in your garbage because I won't get fined for having oil in my waste container. Live in Syracuse live in Syracuse spend in Syracuse well no more. Hello Layton store.

My husband went into the Syracuse store and he was getting help from the associate, then the phone rings and they started helping the person on the phone. They just left him there waiting. Then they couldn't find the part he needed, after he had called and checked online to make sure they had it. He ended up going to a different auto part store!

Excellent customer service! I went in with a mind boggling problem (which we won't speak of on here) and the gentleman working the evening of 10/24 was so incredibly helpful. He took his time and made sure everything was as it should be! Thank you so much!

Parts have been incorrectly ordered twice in the matter of a few month period. I do not recommend this auto parts store at all. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

My truck almost didn't start, clicked a few times. After turning the ignition a few times it started. I drove to O'Reilly's where I bought the battery. They put their tester on it and troubleshoot it to a bad battery. They replaced it under warranty and removed the bad and installed the new one. Great experienced staff willing to help. My go to auto parts store.
