This team is phenomenal and they care about their customers. They remembered me over a month after the last time I reached out to them, and they went out of their way to reach back out to me to let me know something I was looking for was back in stock and they wanted to give me first dibs. They ship quick and with care, and they really know their stuff. I’m more than happy to give these true car enthusiasts my money 😂

After having my car back for a few months, here’s the blunt truth. I trusted Graveyard Performance with my 2017 STI. I bought all my parts through them, and the quote showed the tune as $775 with the price listed as FREE. Naturally, I thought tuning was included if I bought the parts from them. Nope — they later said it was “just a quote.” They discounted labor for the confusion, and that was the only smooth part of this whole thing. My car was towed to them in June. They pushed me into a pre-tune inspection and a compression test — each charged as an hour of labor. The pre-tune was supposed to check that all parts were installed correctly and all electrical connections were good. Yet somehow the bulkhead plug, which was the actual problem, was never checked. They also tried charging another hour because a tab on a coil pack was broken. During tuning, they told me I didn’t have the right parts, even though they were the ones who told me what to buy. Then they made me rent a $200 AFR. I chose an IBR flex-fuel kit. They told me it fried my TGVs, which turned into a $1,000+ bill they claimed would solve everything. It didn’t. I then had to buy a Cobb flex-fuel kit ($725), a fuel pressure sensor ($250), and new TGVs. Still didn’t fix a thing. I had the car back for two days before the same issues came right back. They had my car from June to August, and getting updates was basically impossible. I had to call for every update — they never reached out. My calls were even screened at times: I’d be told “the crew is at lunch,” but the call wouldn’t give me the normal voicemail option. Toward the end, the only person I could get info from was Nick, the owner. And again — the final issue? The bulkhead plug. Something that should’ve been checked during the pre-tune I paid for. They claimed they “never touched it” and insisted it was an issue before… even though my car had ZERO problems when I dropped it off. I spent close to $10,000 and ended up with under 400 HP and months of nonsense. If you choose this shop, keep all of this in mind. Don’t ask John too many questions — he’ll tell you to Google it. Nick was honest at the end, but that doesn’t fix a $10k build that barely makes 400 HP. The 2nd star is for the honesty from the owner near the end. The threw in 10gal of E85 at the end as well.

Best price on parts I could find anywhere. Service cost was also very reasonable. The team was upfront about pricing and got the job done quickly. I had an issue with the part, and they immediately helped me with the warranty claim and re-installation. Super honest and easy to work with. Definitely my go-to shop

Super rad guys had then install my steering wheel yesterday. They got me in the same week I asked them and quoted me a price right then and there which was on the dot accurate and at a good price. Got my car in and out same day perfect install really recommend these guys I understand why they have such good reviews, I’ll definitely be coming back to them!

Ordered big turbo kit and a bunch of other items, totaling $7500, from Stephanie Driven. Being new to the platform I took suggestions from her, only to find out during the install that many of the purchased parts were designed to work with the factory turbo setup. Only 1 of the included couplers worked (cold side to throttle body), I had to cut a brand new intake pipe in half so it could be lengthened, they did not include the original headifold or the clamp to connect that to the turbine; so not a huge deal on my side, but I did have to spend and additional $250+ to order the clamp and 4 additional couplers to get the right sizes. I reached out to both Stephanie and another employee about comping me $100 for the inconvenience and they both ghosted me. I shouldn’t have to spend additional $ on items that should have worked in the first place. Why would she sell me parts that were designed to work with the stock turbo and then not be honest about it after the fact. She either didn’t know or didn’t care once she saw that commission check. Bad customer service, would not recommend.

David Cooper was great throughout this whole process. Communication and service was phenomenal and would highly recommend going through them. He made sure I had all of the parts and even provided alternatives until I received parts. Still keeps in communication and will definitely be buying from them again. I bought side markers, headlights, coilovers, wheels and tires, and headers. Great items so far and have enjoyed the car since the updates.

I have a Ford Focus RS that I’ve been trying to build for the past few months. When I asked for recommendations on where to buy and install parts at I was messaged by the owner of Graveyard and he helped me with great quality products, services, and great customer service. When the clutch blew out on my RS he helped me find the right clutch I needed for the time and got me a great price on both parts and installation. When I wanted to lower my car he asked me what height I was looking for and what performance type and recommended some lowering springs that are turning out great. I love graveyard and all the people that work there. I would totally recommend this place for parts and installation.
