literally unbelievable. I bought a nice dresser, the guys loading it in broke a massive 2 foot hole in the back with a tool. they looked at it, continued pushing it, and acted like nothing happened. Just insane. no sorry, no refunds, just ignorance and incompetence. I am going to be taking action if this problem isnt fixed
Lori the manager is AMAZING! I had a situation with some chairs I had bought there and she went out of her way to help solve it for me. She was GREAT! Thank you!
I love going to the Brigham City D.I. and seeing Lori's smiling face. She is always happy to see you and very helpful if you need any help! She is the greatest!!
This DI is a shining star in a small town. They have cared for so many employees over the years especially my elderly uncle who had special needs and he didn't want to retire because he loved it so much. With the help of his supervisor Lori, we were able to attend to my uncles needs when he did decide to retire. I have also seen Lori go out of her way to help many individuals who come in those doors. I know she reached out to some homeless individuals who needed a leg up and offered them a way out of thier situation. Thank you Lori and the Deseret Industries for all you do to help out our small community. I hope this review outweighs any bad reviews shared.
This DI is okay. But I'd recommend going to other locations. One of the supervisors here, Lori is not very kind. Quite rude and unprofessional.
And they aren't understanding about your health and if you can't work a certain amount of hours.

They were better in 2019 and before that. Now all they care about is money! Supposed to be a corporation with the LDS Church (My religion) and yet they aren't anything like that. Far from it.
This is a Church of Jesus Christ Company. There are many workers who ignore the customer and only focus on their duties. Poor service in my eyes!!!! I wouldn't do this to them!!!!
Stellar prices. Was looking for affordable church clothes for my Littles. Found a dress for my daughter and a skirt. Daughter is a bigger size so the nice lady suggested women's. I was able to find the size right for her. Found an awesome shirt for my son too. Thank you staff all super helpful. We asked the cashier about instacares and she told me abt the one on medical drive. By the way people go there you need. After hour clinic everyday till abt 9 or so. Better go there than an emergency room.
Great treasure shop and excellent I gently used clothes very reasonable prices you can't beat great friendly cheerful helpful service very clean aisles with a variety merchandise to select from please visit and shop meet new people have grt8 conversation on anything
When I moved and was literally walking distance from the di I was so excited I would try to stop in almost everyday. But the people who work at the Brigham di have made it so I will never return. They are the rudest people minus maybe 2 of them. I don't know how they get any customers in the store with employees like they are. I can't stand the people that work and now I hate this store .
Don't worry about taking a donation to Brigham City DI because they're full they don't want any more of your stuff wasted 45 minutes my day trying to drop stuff off only to find out they weren't accepting it because they were full
We got there just before 1 and they apparently stop taking donations at 1p.m. We were next in line after waiting 15 minutes, there were lots of employees around, when some lady told us they were no longer taking donations for the day.
Even though it's smaller than the Logan DI, it's a whole lot better in many ways. You don't have to deal with rude regulars shoving you to get the "good stuff" that they just sell online for a higher price.
This store is clean, pretty organized and fully stocked. Some prices on merchandise is entirely too high for product being purchased. It would be cheaper going to Walmart for some of the items sold. Other than the prices on donated items, this store is fun to go to.
What they do have is good, but this is practically a miniature DI, so no yard area and very little in the way of furniture. Service was quick and the cashier was nice and polite.
It’s a nice small place wish it had a yard area like the other Desert Industries some of their clothes are way over priced I found a shirt there and could find the same shirt at Walmart for cheaper. Other than that staff is friendly and place is kept clean. I started donating my stuff to Savers since they aren’t taking any donations anymore even though there was an email stating they were.
Don’t waste your time - they won’t take donations. An absolute joke. I’ve been there 3 days in a row and have been turned away after receiving an email that they are now taking donations without appointments.
Was told by a store employee that I could drop off donations without an appointment, but when I got there they said only if we had an appointment. I drove over 20 miles to get there, and couldn’t come back another day. And I also needed to go load up my truck with other items and had no idea where to take the donations. Unfortunately they are ending up in a dumpster. Super disappointed in the organization.
I love thrift stores, but the perfume in this place is brutal. I always leave with a massive headache. Avoid the shoe section if you are sensitive to fragrances.
I think the DI offers a HUGE community service and find it absurd that soooooo many people take advantage of the prices, go in and buy lots of items and then turn around and sell the stuff for a profit on ebay or yard/garage sales. was listening to one man who was telling his friend he bought a glass coffee table for 10:00 and was trying to sell it to a local shop for 300.00.
I've been to a few Deseret Industries, and this one was a lot smaller than all the others. You never know what you're going to find, so it's fun to stop by every once in awhile.
