I thought that I had a long wait ahead of me, but Derek was on his way within 15 - 20 min. He was so kind and personable (even checking to see if I had a warm place to wait) especially given it was Sunday night. My truck was started and ready to go within about 30 min. from my sending the service request. He totally saved the day.
