Driver picked up our car and dropped it off at the shop with the key’s. He was great! We went home and he took care of business. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thank you Robert and thank you Hansen Motor Company for being available on a holiday.
I was broke down and unable to get myself and my truck back home without help. I called my Triple A AA membership and Help was on the way!! I was so Happy with Hansen Motor Co Towing. He was great didn’t know he would charge $6 a mile when I was over 12 miles. Seemed like a money grab. When asked If he could take care of it he refused.
The driver was courteous and professional. He had my truck hooked up in no time and got us off the side of the highway with no issues. He even helped us with a ride to a hotel that was close to the repair shop being that we weren't from the area he was informative of the garages in the area and hotels he went over and beyond to help us.
Today’s experience with Zane was a breeze. I called through the insurance to get a tow. Communication with the company was streamlined and made easy. Thank you for making an unbearable situation, manageable.
They were available when I needed them. Our travel trailer blew bearings on the rear axel. Our insurance could not find anyone to tow it and I was getting very frustrated. Called Hansen towing and they answered right away, told me their plan and were out within 45 minutes! I should have contacted them first as it would have saved us hours!

I got stranded in the middle of the road on a Saturday afternoon. My truck broke down. I called Hansen Towing and they came out super quick and got my truck to the dealer before they closed.

Dillion and Hansen Towing was absolutely amazing! I blew out my front drive shaft on Highway 89 and they picked me up within an hour. Drop me off at the shop and was even nice enough to give me a ride home. They are professional, nice and kind people!
I called from outside of Logan to help my daughter at Utah Statr with car trouble. The folks from Hanson were helpful, quick, and did their job exactly as quoted. I would not hesitate to use them again. Five stars.
We had to have my pickup towed to the dealership to get some work done on it. The driver came during their estimated arrival time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I hope that I do not need their service again but if I ever need a vehicle towed again then Hansen will be my first call.
Chris was awesome. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night 100 miles from home. After communicating with AAA, Chris called us directly to confirm and arrived within 15 minutes, took us all the way home, and even stopped along the way for a rest stop. Excellent service 10/10

We desperately needed to have our old 2002 Chevy work truck repaired. Apparently the alternator was not charging the battery very difficult for us to work without the truck. My friends in the Service Dept got the truck right in and had it repaired and back so we could continue working. I have come to rely upon this kind of service !
I’ve gone to pretty much every dealership in northern Utah for my job, and every time I take my vehicles to Hansens they have treated me like a valued customer. It doesn’t matter what vehicle I take in they will help figure out a solution or solve the problem. I also feel like they listen to the concerns I have unlike the other places I have gone to that just want to get me out as quick as they can so I only go to Hansen’s now.
We Called AAA to get a tow and they said they would get someone out ASAP and with in 15-20 mins we got a call from Chris and Dickie, these guys came out and are so helpful and got my car up on a tow truck and got it to where It needed to go in North Salt Lake. Great guys very professional
We were on Hwy 84 going to Twin when we ran over a piece of channel that sliced our rear tire. Stranded, we called Hansen Motor Towing in Brigham City. They responded quickly and changed to our spare. Shawn was friendly and personable, driving back to BC with us in view to be sure we arrived safely. He was efficient and courteous. We're thankful for Shawn and Hansen for getting us the help we needed. Highly recommend this place, and Shawn!!
Not the ideal way to spend a Saturday but, Andrew went above and beyond to take care of us. Excellent service and care. I would highly recommend him for all your towing needs.
My nephew rolled his ATV down an 80-foot ravine. I tried but couldn’t ride the quad out of the ravine. I called Hansen’s Towing and they immediately drove up the canyon to us and towed our ATV to safety.
Once AAA sent them the dispatch information (nearly 2 hours after I contacted them) they were there very quickly. Very professional driver. It was a chilly night, the cab of his truck was warmed nicely. Dean got us to our destination safely, I truly appreciate that. Took good care of our car and dropped it off where we needed it, while delivering us safely as well.
