The tow was quick and efficient. I wasn’t waiting more than an hour on the side of the road. The gentleman that was towing me was professional, polite, and courteous. If I had to use another service again, I would definitely make the same call. Well worth the money.
They did a great job. I drove our truck up from Salt Lake to have it serviced on a regular basis and they do a fantastic job. I don't feel like they're trying to take advantage of me. Everyone is kind, professional and knowledgeable. It's worth the drive to know you have someone you can trust.

We have AAA and needed roadside assistance, AAA dispatched Hansen Towing. Shawn our service technician was great, he kept us informed on his ETA and treated our vehicles like they were his.
These guys did great. Shawn came and got my big broken down school bus from the side of the road on a day and time when no other company in the area would and charged us a very reasonable affordable rate, way less than anyone else in the area was quoting. The whole thing went very smoothly and Shawn was a really nice guy to ride with and work with and helped us get to the right repair shop. All in all a very good experience I would recommend.
As always, I called in to have out Traverse serviced and have the transmission serviced. They got me in two days later. We left the car for the day, however it was done before mid morning! Service I always trust. We’ll be back again.
