Best, most professional help I have ever received from a tow truck company. Absolute best customer service, Zane, made sure I was checked in at the hotel and was very knowledgeable about his profession and used it to make sure my vette was taken care of!
The techs at Hansen were great. He told me what my trans was doing, but I have to take it back and leave it overnight so service rep can drive it and learn what the trans is doing when cold.
Hansen’s was wonderful! Unfortunately AAA took almost an hour before they actually contacted Hansen‘s with our request. When AAA told us that Hansen’s had finally received the call, Hansen’s was there within about 20 minutes. A few more minutes and they had us going again.🙂 Once there they handled our problem very quickly and professionally! 🙏 On the other hand we were outside in subzero temperatures waiting for over 70 minutes and it wasn’t until the computer turned to our case over to a specialist that Hansen‘s actually was called. That is how we understand what happened. During our wait we finally took refuge in a local bar to warm up.
We had a couple of minor map problems which were not the drivers fault. They were professional and I am very pleased how towing was done and how your staff accommodated me and help make a stressful day tolerable. Thanks
I thought there's no way that these guys are going to get our dead srx out of the garage, up the driveway, through the trees and on the tow truck. But Zane and Daniel being the professionals they are had it done in minutes.

They brought the wrong vehicle when coming to assist me with a flat after they were told the wheel lock key was damaged and they needed a tow truck. I sat in Sardine canyon for over three hours. Before they brought the tow truck they said it would be $300. Then once we got to my house it all the sudden jumped to $400 out of the blue. Very shady I would imagine they are the same way when selling you a car. I wouldn’t go here with the dishonest tactics they use. My mistake will never happen again.
