Hey yall, this was one of the best experiences I've had with a non dealership shop mechanic (i hate going to the dealership anyway, i always feel like im getting screwed). My truck is my work horse and when its down im missing out on work. Fernando really knows his stuff and had a firm handshake (which says alot about a man). He didn't just throw a part at the first code and crossed his fingers and constantly throw more money at it. He really dug in to the work and chased down the issue like a surgeon and replaced the exact part that I needed. It shows how much of a professional he really is when he can fix and diagnose an electrical issue so fast. Thanks FERNANDO, truly appreciate such a quick turn around. I will definitely be taking my beast to jarrell automotive repair for anything technical and requiring a professional and i would recommend to anyone.
I was 10 hours from home and heading two hours more to San Antonio. My car stopped on i35. I was able to get it to the side of the Highway. A Wrecker Company picked my 6 year old Great Grandson and I up and said He knew a really good car repair company. He took us there and talked to a Gentleman there. They would be closing in less than an hour. They determined that I needed an alternator and said they would fix it. Right away one of the workers headed to an auto parts store. The Mechanic started as soon as He got back. It would be a little after they closed to get it finished, but was willing to fix it with a smile. The Man in the office, maybe the Owner or Manager, left and came back with Dairy Queen for His Daughter and my Great Grandson! His Wife brought Her. Wow! That is over and above a car repair.
My Car was fixed and I was back on the road.
All of the Workers were Respectful, Friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Wonderful Company!

This shop does good quality repair jobs (of all kinds) for a reasonable price. I don't have any complaints. They'll give you a ride if you live nearby. They're communicative about repair details and not trying to upsell on extra serivices unnecessarily as much as a franchise style repair shop. They address whatever concerns I bring their way. Rob and Fernando were really great at communicating the issue my Jeep was having and were quick to get it repaired. They went above and beyond in many ways, including helping me hook back up to my camper. My Jeep is having problems beyond what I had them fix (to no fault of theirs), but these guys are great, friendly, and super professional! Thank you for getting me in on such short notice and doing what you could in the time the Jeep was there!
I would avoid the shop if I were you. I went in for an AC diagnostic that’s all I asked for and all I was trying to pay for to see what was wrong with it. I dropped my vehicle off had to wait four hours for me to call them to tell me it was fixed. Didn’t ask them to fix it. Just want to know what was wrong with it? And they recharge my AC and said it was working just fine no leaks nothing wrong. Just no freon. Then when I got there, it was still blowing hot air. They said it was leaking from the valves where they plug in the gauges. So they replaced them. And recharge my AC again and then magically my O-rings were leaking. And they told me they need to replace them. And didn’t ask me if I wanted any of this work done so I just assumed it was part of the diagnostic check. And then slap me with a bill saying we did all this work without asking you need to pay. I told them no and then the owner told me most shops would charge you $1000 for this and tell you the condenser was the problem so we need to replace it! So if this is the kind of shop, you wanna go to good luck I walked out of there paying for nothing other than my diagnostic check. Don’t let people walk all over you. find a different shop
If I could give zero stars I would. We took our car here with it's check engine light on to be diagnosed. We were told by the shop that it needed a simple oil sensor replacement which they did. As soon as we left the shop and drove just a mile the engine began to tremble and the car is now making a horrible squealing noise. We immediately brought the car back to them. They began looking at the car again and told us that the car had little to no oil in it and they they didn't touch anything except for the sensor. Immediately they were defensive. How does the car come back in worse condition is my question. I truly feel like we flushed money down the toilet and now we are having to have our vehicle towed to the dealership. Thanks for nothing. Can't trust them at all.
Additional response: No we were not informed of there being no oil to begin with. What kind of repair shop would receive a vehicle with no oil, tell the customer there's no oil and miss a perfect opportunity to up sell for an oil change and then return said vehicle with no oil for the customer to drive off? Make that make sense! You guys are a joke.
I brought my old beat up truck in expecting a laundry list of excuses and suggestions , but they treated her like a prize winning pony! They went above and beyond treating a weathered warhorse with the same respect as a luxury vehicle. Honest, skilled and actually CARE about keeping old trucks on the road. If you want your vehicle treated right , this is the place!
I found this shop by doing an internet search for local shops. I found Fernando to be honest, sincere and trustworthy. Hector was professional in describing to me the issues with my vehicle and provided me with options to resolve the issue. I never felt undervalued as a female or that I was being scammed at all. In the end, they did the work, my car is on the mend and I am very happy to have my car back!
Hector and Fernando did an awesome job at replacing the transfer case on my wife's jeep at a very fair price. When you find a trustworthy mechanic who not only does quality, but also looks after your pocket book, you stick with them. I highly recommend!
These guys saved me on a Saturday. After my truck broke down headed home too TN They got the parts I needed as fast as possible and had me back on the road in no time with some of the lowest labor cost iv ever seen. Stop here first!
My indicator light came on while traveling from Temple to Round Rock. Really scared me that I had a tire going flat. I found this shop on google. They were so nice to me, checked out my tires and said it was the sensor , said I would be ok to do my trip, but recommended I take it to my tire dealer in Temple and replace them all. They didn’t charge me anything. Who does that? Please give them business, they are awesome.

Fernando has always been there for me. He goes above and beyond. He has fixed just about everything in my camero inside and out. He comes and picks up my vehicle when I am not able to get it to him and drops it back off. Prices are great, service is excellent, highly recommend Fernando!
Absolutely stellar shop with amazing people. My windshield went kaput after an 18-wheeler ran over some concrete ricocheting it onto my windshield while on the highway, and after being given the runaround by insurance it was so nice to work with the owners and his team. After being towed to the shop they let me keep my car on their lot overnight while waiting for an appointment to get my windshield replaced. They were super accommodating. Shout out to Charlie who detailed my car vacuuming up the glass that managed to get everywhere and to Bimbo the dog who offered emotional support during this tumultuous time. They went above and beyond what any other shop has ever done. If I have to get anything done to my car I will be back.
Please choose this place for all of your mechanical needs. Absolutely amazing service. I popped a tire and had to have it towed here and of course the tow truck took forever. I contacted them while waiting for the tow truck & they got my tire while I waited so as soon as my car was there they could fix it for me. They did this at the end of their day and still made sure they did a good job. They didn’t rush it even though they were tired. I didn’t feel pressured to make the most expensive choice, I didn’t feel demeaned or like an idiot. The guys there are amazing. I will be back again and again.
