Damon was absolutely a life saver. Loved his bright humorous personality while working safely and efficiently. SAS Heavy Rescue Towing showed up after we had tried for several hours to get help. We were really stranded and had exhausted all efforts with other towing companies. We can't say enough! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Hats off to Damon and SAS Towing!
I am giving a one star only because of the nice gentleman that came out to hand my keys. The operator lady who answers the phones and claim to be the owner of the property is a total Karen. I felt very sorry to hear the way she was talking and trying to complicate any solution. I was throwing to make my day go smoother after my son got into a car wreck. She had no empathy whatsoever and seemed like she was extremely mad at life and whatever it is that she does on a daily basis. God bless her and gives her a bit of sunshine and throws a bit of kindness and love into her life she really needs it. Paid 650 to get it out same day, Begged the Owner to give me a break since she kept telling me I had to give her an hour notice exactly and if not there in an hour, I had to wait another hour, which would make time just keep on wasting and adding to the cost. 💓
These people are price gauging . Tell you one price on phone then get there and change it. They have no heart. The officer at the scene was rude as well. Williamson County Sheriff officer. Instead of having compassion for someone who hss just been in a accident that treat you like a criminal. Such a great Christmas spirit.
If I could give them zero I would! I called to have them tow my vehicle and the quoted me $170. When he showed up and saw the cops he said now it is $400.00. He was trying to charge us what he charges the cops. Horrible company and does not care about community doing the right thing but getting what they can out of someone. GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
Did not have them tow my vehicle however I was driving in traffic and realized the lane I was in was not a turn lane (honest mistake) There was room for me to squeeze in infront of tow truck and so I did (we were barley starting to roll forward from light, not even going walking speed) when the driver of the tow truck layed on his horn and started flipping me off. He then proceeded to switch lanes and cut me off and brake check me all while hanging a middle finger out the window. He kept switching lanes back and forth so that I could not go around him. Finally I was to make it around and he was yelling out the window and flipping me off with both hands. Fast foward about 5 minues he passed everyone on the shoulder (to tow a vehicle from wreck) and as I passed the scene he theb staryed to yell from the back of his truck as well as flip mr off. All this happening in front of a long line of traffic as well as the people involved in the accident and the police and firemen. Would not ever use a company who hires individuals who behave this way. All of this because I made an honest mistake and needed to get over.....ridiculous
Great service! Fast, efficient and friendly. Due to health issues I was not able to change out my tire. I was stuck on a not-so-safe part of the road. SAS to the rescue! They responded quickly and had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommended.
Negative 5 stars. I had a huge sense of urgency to get my RV/my home moved about 10 blocks or lose it. I explained my situation to them and they wanted to charge me $800 and when I said I I couldn't afford that the guy wanted to lecture me about wasting his time. Stay away from them.
My daughter was driving here to visit and the shift link on her car popped out of place. We called SAS thinking we were going to have to have it towed to a dealership on a Saturday when they were closed. I lived 4 hours away! Cody went above and beyond customer service and got his driver Will to pop the hood and put it back in place and even showed my daughter how to do it in case it happened again on the rest of her trip, 4 hours away. Cody was very concerned about my daughter being on the side of the road waiting on a Uber. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them. Very professional and so nice on the phone. Thank you both so very much for your help and service!!
I was at a football game over in Jarrell from out of town and accidentally locked myself out of my car. Adam at SAS came over very promptly and was able to get my car open. Thanks for the help!
From when I called to schedule and got the tow it all went flawlessly. This is a great company. Paul hauled my school bus a couple hours away and did a hell of a job. Highly recommend this company
It’s never a good day when you have to call for a tow truck. Macy took great care of me on the phone, and Cody did an amazing job taking me all the way into Austin. If you or your company ever need to have a vehicle towed I can’t recommend them enough.

Will with SAS Towing was so great to work with. He made a stressful situation much better. He was friendly, helpful, and even noticed a mistake with our initial price quote and fixed it for us. Got to us super quick on a Sunday evening. Would definitely call SAS again if I was ever in need of a tow!

I’m not from the area and have little to no knowledge on cars, but they helped me every step of the way!
Awesome company to do business with! They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly easy to work with. I’ve had lots of experiences with tow companies/mechanics in the past and usually you do not get quality customer service. But with SAS towing you do, very impressive. I highly recommend their services and if we need anything the future we will call them first.
Nobody wants to have to have a tow truck come get you off the hwy, but I'm glad these guys are the ones who took my call for help. They are very professional, but also talk with you like your old friends. They were fast, affordable, dependable, honest, and friendly.

Eric Owen was great. First of all, he arrived a lot sooner than the quoted time. He was able to load up my truck very quickly. It was really a blessing since we were trying to load it in our trailer for almost two hours. Very friendly and great customer service. I will definitely call this company again and request him in the future if I need their services again. Thank you again for resolving our headache.
My daughter and I broke down on the side of I-35 and S.A.S. Towing was AMAZING!!! Very fast and friendly. The driver Eric was knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend S.A.S. Towing!!!
In the midst of a family tragedy my sons had an accident in my older car. The driver that recovered my car was polite and professional. I deeply appreciate him getting my son and vehicle off I35 safely. The owner and his employees were so kind and accommodating when there was a snafu getting the car picked up. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Keep being great gentlemen!
The guys there went above and beyond to get me took care of even on a Sunday night. They drove 1hour 45 min one way. With one of the best attitudes on what ever it takes to help me. So because of this you will have all of our business t-you so much again. (The Grass Patch )

Very responsive and friendly. The technician that came out was a little new at his job but was very experienced with vehicles and helped me quickly. He was very effective and I realized I should have called sooner instead of trying to walk to the truck stop nearby and figuring s solution out on my own (of which there was none for me and my problem). Recommended this family business and would use again. Being stranded somewhere you don't live its not an easy pick to find someone. The folks at the truck stop when I went back also knew the gentleman whom helped me and spoke highly as well. Jarrell seems like a tightly knit town where a lot of folks all know each other and it felt good to have the help. My $.02.
Do not recommend this company. Make sure you ask questions, and don't just call them for a tow so you know all the hidden charges, like a $95 hook up fee. Your receipt says loaded/hooked milage, but they really charge you "port to port'. So for a less than 15 mile tow i was billed 44 miles. There are definitely more trust worthy tow companies out there.

SAS towing moved two 40' conex boxes for me and did a great job. Brandon the haul truck driver was very helpful and went of the way to make sure they were set exactly where I wanted them. Would definitely use them again.
No helpful at all along with very rude. Simply asked for a copy of their policy ect and she refused. Do not recommend and clearly the review before mine was left by a worker or friend because who says the employees smell and look as clean as their trucks. They want 550 for a vehicle that was hit by someone that was in process of being picked up. Sounded like all they want is money and not to give back someones rightful property.
Worst repair shop I have ever seen. We get a quote for $11k on a trailer.... we ask for pictures to verify what all needs fixed. They won't send any... then stick us with a $2k bill for storage use which they never even mentioned about. We had quotes at 3 other shops way cheaper and now we can't get our trailer until this storage fee is paid. DO NOT USE THEM.
Beautiful trucks always clean and smell good just like the drivers, respectful and honest always good attitudes and courteous people, a solidly reliable team! I would most definitely recommend them to family and friends and anyone!
Very skilled and knowledgeable owner of company which seems to carry down to drivers and staff. Fast and reliable service, also the trucks mechanic shop have the leadership and correct tools to ensure honest and reliable repairs performed on just about any issue you have on your big rig that may need attention.
