Neil is awesome & I highly recommend! I woke up to a flat tire & after calling Neil, he arrived at my home in minutes. He promptly fixed my tire & I was able to start my day without missing a beat. He is very reasonably priced, honest & fast.
We were stuck in our Peterbilt semi truck on a frontage road with a really bad air leak overnight. The mechanic from Jarrell Auto stopped by in the morning and said that he noticed that we were there since the night, so he offered his services and gave his card. We had already contracted another mobile mechanic service for the work. However he still stopped by and asked questions and offered to help if the other mechanic didn't work out. He even had us demonstrate the problem to him. Outstanding, and we'll keep this shop (and card) in mind for if we break down in this area again.

I urgently needed a tire plugged and repaired in the evening. Most repair shops were closed and AAA was not helpful. Because of the very kind mechanic who came in the dark and cold night to fix it, I was able to take my child to their therapy appointment the next morning. Would definitely recommend.

We had a truck down at the fuel lane because of air leak and they came and moved us to a parking spot and didn't charge or wouldn't take the money genuine people that are really tryna help not just tryna take your money
I had a flat going to Austin, and the guy showed up pretty quick and told me that my valve stem was cracked. He then proceeded to put some liquid on my valve stem; it looked like super glue. I waited close to an hour just to be told it would be a temporary fix. I had to pay 120 just for it to be flat 15 minutes later. I went to a tire shop the next morning, and they charged me 5 dollars for the valve stem and 30 in labor. I would not recommend this company—the worst purchase I’ve ever made.
Water pump replacement Neil was there even tho the temperature was over 100 degrees he got the job done. So thankful for his service and attention to detail. If ever in his area I will definitely call for his assistance. Can't thank him enough
Neil totally saved us!! On our way from Dallas to San Antonio we got a flat tire on the highway. So we took the nearest exit and immediately headed to a gas station. From there, we contacted him and he drove over to meet us immediately. He was very professional and courteous and fixed our flat in minutes. We highly recommend. Thank you Neil!!
Just called this place. They wanted to charge me $65 to plug my tire. I already had the tire off and was going to meet them with it. $65 damn dollars just for a plug. He wouldn't of had to take the tire off or nothing or balamce it or nothing. A quick pkug and tire it back up. Thats it.. That right there will make you lose business. Your prices don't even make sense a little.
We had a great experience with them replacing our broken sunroof. They came to our house and fixed it quickly, and were friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
My college kid was 1 hour into a 16 hour drive when she called me to report car troubles. Within an hour she was already back on the road, thanks to Neal's quick response. He addressed the issue not only as a repair professional, but as a parent, saying he felt confident in allowing her to continue the road trip after the repair, just as he would if it were one of his children. Do not!! Trust this company i needed my tire fixed because i was stranded in san antonio the guy ended up breaking off my tire stud telling me to "weld it" then sold me a bad tire. I call the call trying to explain it and he says oh it had a ball on it like he already knew!! Then when i proceeded to try and get a situation figured out he blocked me!! I was charged 350$ for them to mess up my wheel and stud and almost kill me! My wife almost lost control of the vehicle and this will def be a case!

After looking up this man in Google & reviewing all the good reviews I thought he was a good place to call on 5/29/21. When looking under the services tab on my Google search, it clearly indicates that he offers "check engine light diagnostic". I called this man to inform him I needed 2 things, 1st was to perform the check engine light diagnostic & to check on why my car vibrates while acceleration. He informed me that he doesn't do check engine light diagnostic & I should contact an auto shop for the vibration. So, I informed him that he should update his Google profile & delete the item that says he performs check engine light diagnostic. Also, his unwillingness to check out my vibration issue, only leads me to believe that all of those great Google reviews are family & friends reviews, not real customers. Because he was very dry on the phone & he didn't want to come to my location & I live in Jarrell, TX but we didn't even get that far in conversation for him to even find that out, because he gave me nothing but excuses on why he couldn't come out. DON'T TRUST THE GOOGLE REVIEWS ON THIS BUSINESS!!!
I can’t thank Neal enough for what he did today. He showed up within 10 mins of me calling him and went out of his way to get me back on the road after a few ppl had already turned me down. Great man right here!
I was having trouble getting my truck started and had been through the YouTube rabbit hole with no luck. I called Neal and he was out in less then 15 minutes. Within 15 minutes he had my truck running and in drivable condition. Neal is awesome and a good guy. He’s professional and offers a great job for a great value. I will be using Neal for any further vehicle issues.
Called up for some help on my 18 wheeler, and Neil showed up crazy fast, and had everything for the job, and had a great price for his work. I highly recommend them for road service. And don’t let the Auto in Jarrell Auto fool ya, he’s get everything for big trucks too.
If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. My daughter put diesel instead of gas in my car. I tried starting the next day and nothing but smoke sputtered out. Neil (Jarrell Auto Repair) came out to the house and drained the diesel and added gas. Easy fix and no extra parts needed. After flushing the system my car is back to normal. Neil did a great job. I locked my keys in my car at the Walmart gas station in Georgetown. After calling a lock smith in Georgetown, the technician was extremely rude and quoted me 200 to unlock my car. I agreed to his price and I waited almost an hour and the technician never showed up, after telling me it would be 25-30 minutes. Fortunately, a Good Samaritan pulled up at the next pump. I did not get his name but he told me he worked for Jarrell Auto. He didn't have any of his gear with him since he was off duty, but he found a long stick and used that with his cigarette lighter and pocket knife to Macgyver it and get the door unlocked with absolutely no damage to my car. He was extremely kind and helpful, as was his family who were with him. They would not let me pay them for their service, and told me to just pass along the good deed. I would highly recommend him and his business to anyone and will be using them in the future.
