Had a water pump replaced and they let the hood fall and almost put a hole threw it I went back and showed them the big dent that it made and they were to replace the hood but they said they would not have it painted to match the car. And also my power steering was leaking until I found they did not put a clamp on the hose. I will never use them again and would tell anyone else to stay clear of them, it is like a lot of weekend shade mechanics working there.

HUGE S/O to these guys! They went above and beyond for me today with a battery situation I had today. I can’t say how much I appreciate it. Will always come back to 3 points.

I drive from Bee Cave area to get three points automotive to fix any problem with my car. In my opinion they are the most honest and trustworthy auto repair shop in this entire area!! When they repair my car, I know the job is done correctly and I know that I am getting a good price! As a single woman who knows a whole lot of nothing about car repairs they have proven to me that I can completely trust them - they’re not gonna put on parts that you don’t need ! I will not let anyone else touch my car, but three points auto!!

No one called me about a new part that had to be ordered and installed, I signed on the estimate, not the new part. Second, you don't fix a ball joint/ CV axle replacement and make it dangerously not straight. They knew I didn't want a full alignment, but that doesn't mean I need to leave the lot with a horrible alignment where it's at a dangerous level. I gave 0 star cuz I'm not satisfied with the end result that is a safety issue and moral duty to do the job right. They did the job but simply asked for more money like attaching my bumper for 30 bucks instead of making my wheel straight safely. Get out I paid top dealership price for this job, without the dealership bells and whistles. 900 for this job was ridiculous and I loved how gio said, "that's the lowest price I can give you bud" no one says that first off the bat like that. Taking this to BBB and my bank to get some money back with hard cold evidence of proper rates and how I got ripped off, they won't even reply this cuz they don't care unless I pull evidence

I finally found an honest and reliable auto mechanic. Had my truck towed to Three Points after speaking with Giovanni and explaining my situation regarding my 2009 Ford F-150 Platinum. Giovanni was thorough in explaining what the results were and explained everything clearly. My truck was repaired in less than two days for a cost that was significantly lowered than I anticipated. My truck runs great and I am one big happy customer. Thank you for your honesty and reliable service!!

Honest and trustworthy. Took my truck in for a transmission issue. They could've taken my $$$ for a flush and fill but instead took the time to test drive it and recommended I take it to the dealer because it's a known problem with Silverados. Definitely going back for all my automotive work.

Gio and his team are the best in ATX. High-level professionals, transparent to the max and just good dudes. If you need anything done car wise in ATX with quality, speed and affordability, you won't find anywhere better than here.

If you need a TRUSTY mechanic This is IT! We were here from Dallas on vacation they could have burned us but instead they were excellent!! Sergio was wonderful it was a last minute Saturday fix when they were about to close and everything was closed in Austin when I say they took care of us! I would send my MOM HERE!

Gio and Sergio provide great service regularly. When my transmission went out, they worked with me and got me back on the road in no time. Their staff are considerate and helpful. I’d travel near and far for this type of service.

Three points is reliable, transparent, and affordable, they’ve worked on my car twice recently and it’s been a great experience both times. As a young adult woman it’s hard to find a reliable mechanic, and these guys (Geo) have always had above and beyond service! Highly recommend

Love this auto shop! They don't try to up sale you on services not asked for or needed, they give you options to get you what your car needs, and they inform you of the future outcomes if the option with in your budget isn't a long term fix. Giovanni is friendly and realistic! Their pricing is much cheaper than other shops I have used in the past. Will be recommended to any who ask me for a mechanic! 💚

Staff is always on point they get your vehicle done nice fast and after they’re done mechanics explain what was the problem with your car. All staff are very friendly people. I high recommend this auto mechanic shop

I came to three points with my 2009 Toyota Camry that was having a misfire in the number 2 cylinder. The guys were great and told me how they’d fix it, and strongly suggested that I use my autozone warranty and put a new ignition coil and harness in myself. The car is running great again! Honest mechanics are hard to come by, and I will be sure to come back to this store whenever my car has issues from here on out.

Geovanni and Sergio worked magic on my car. It was running rough so I brought it in for a tune up. They could easily have talked me into an unnecessary fuel injection to accompany the spark plug replacement but advised me against it after inspecting my car. Now my car runs like a top. Very smooth acceleration. And only having to pay for what was necessary to be done. Kudos. I appreciate the integrity and the knowledge. Very professional operation.

I traveled to Austin from KY to stay for a week with my boyfriend who is here for work. My calipers were seizing up from the constant stop and go traffic. After researching several automotive shops in the area to take my car to, the reviews for Three Points made my decision for me. I showed up today not knowing that they closed at 11am instead of 2pm as the website showed. Gio was my first point of contact and informed me of closing time but was very prompt in getting me in to troubleshoot my issue. He was up front about price and explained what was wrong with my car. Three Points was able to get me in and out within a couple hours. My car feels brand new to drive and gives me peace of mind to make the trek back to KY later this week. While sitting in the waiting area, seeing the many interactions Gio had with other customers, it was apparent that there are many repeat customers and rightly so with Gio’s friendliness and professionalism. Overall a very pleasant experience!

They are always respectful, courteous, caring and nice. Their prices are fair and reasonable. They don't try to push repairs you don't need. I have an older car and they keep it running and passing every inspection. I trust and love them when it comes to my car repairs.

This mechanic is absolutely amazing. They have fair prices and don't pressure you into up-sells you don't need. They are very reassuring when you are worried about your car and explain well your options for how to fix it. Because they are first come, first serve, I never had to wait weeks for a dealership to squeeze me in. I would recommend them to anybody!

I kind of want to gatekeep this place, but also want them to do well! They are very honoring of your time, and their pricing is very fair. Geo is incredibly helpful and straightforward - he takes you back and walks you through exactly what's wrong. Their diagnostic fee is the lowest in the area, they are very honest and don't try to upsell you. It's been a LONG time since I've felt so safe with a mechanic - this is the only place I'll be taking my vehicles.

I found this group on my Neighborhood app and they are as advertised ! I had three different vehicles with three different issues and not only am I satisfied customer, but happily recommend them to anyone with automotive needs. Cesar, Geo and the team at Three Points Automotive are a Family owned and operated business in Pflugerville, so support this local business. They replaced a clutch in a Subaru, A/C replacement in a Jeep, and a total engine replacement in an Acura for me. They are not only dedicated to quality workmanship, but the communication through each work process was some of the best I've ever experienced. The quotes were pretty spot on, and as they brought other issues to my attention, made adjustments to "cost share" some of those items to stay as true as they could to the original quote on a site unseen vehicle. It's nice to find a hardworking honest shop in our area and I will definitely call upon them in the future if I have auto-mechanical needs.

Out of all the auto shops I’ve visited throughout the years in Austin, I think I’ve found my go to team. Geo and his team has helped me from the very beginning when I needed work done on my Jeep, they were professional, kind, and so informative. They took care of the maintenance issue and had my vehicle back to me within 24 hours every time. Communication is always on point, and they take their time explaining your vehicle issues and what will be the best and affordable fix. I can't speak highly enough of this place. They have awesome customer service. They drove me home and back from the shop. They saved me hundreds of dollars from what Firestone was quoting me. And when I had an engine light came on right before a road trip, they did a quick diagnosis for me and I was still able to leave on my trip! They're fantastic, and locally-owned and operated. All good reviews are real! I would highly recommend Three Points Automotive if you have any vehicle issues or needs.

This place is excellent! Went here to get my brakes changed (which they were far past due) before a big trip and my experience with them was seamless and smooth. Caesar was very friendly and provided great customer service, giving me updates throughout the whole process. The mechanic, I believe his name was Alex, did excellent work on my car. I’m writing this from San Diego and the trip went safe and smooth. I recommend these guys!! Thanks guys!!

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the people who work there. They were good to every customer that walked in while I was there as well so that's the way they always are. I highly recommend three points Automotive because of their Fair assessment the repairs needed on my car and the professional way out everything was handled.
