There’s a video going around right now of people asking a VIP tow truck driver if they’re ok to park, him saying yes, and then towing their car. This company is intentionally deceitful.

best service I have received to date using a towing service through AAA. Rene was super fast and a joy to ride along with to Discount Tire so I could resolve some ongoing issues. I called AAA they called 1st call towing they never showed 8 hrs.later We canceled with 1st call towing/ LAST CALL TOWING and AAA SENT ATX-VIP and they were there in 30 minutes. Great service. I will request yall from now on.I will let AAA know how wonderful the experience was.Thank You .

Weirdly delightful experience. Car got towed in the evening. I called to confirm its whereabouts and the process for getting it back. When it was making a funny sound at pickup, Karam even helped me make sure the catalytic converter was all in place! This was my first towing experience but it set the bar very high :)
I wanna give a huge thanks to ATX-VIP for helping me early morning on 4/10 after work! I'm a travel nurse from Houston and often use my older vehicle to travel to Austin for work. That morning I had just got off and somehow I didn't see the median on the road after a driver cut me off and pushed me into the lane. Anyways, after impact my tire went flat and I banged up my rim...I was pretty shook up. I called 12 different tow and roadside services in which most couldn't help me at all, or would be hours. There was literally a tow truck beside me that stated they didn't do tire changes. Was told to call ATX-VIP from another company and got help immediately. Dispatcher knew exactly where I was and Moe called within the next 5 minutes. Will definitely call again and recommend to others. Reasonable rates and great customer service!

My brakes gave out and I had to get my car towed. I was super bummed but David turned it into a great experience! I’m very inexperienced with car troubles/handling these matters on my own, and David made sure I was taken care of at the car shop and gave me great advice. He also made sure I had a reliable way to get home from the shop. Couldn’t be more relieved that David came to my rescue! Not all heroes wear capes

Your Tow Driver, Joseph McFarland was extremely professional and courteous! He was on time and contacted me via phone before he arrived. He explained the entire process as he was hooking my car to the truck. I was very happy to understand how the car is towed and secured to the truck.

My car unexpectedly died and needed to be towed. AAA sent out ATXVIP to tow my vehicle. Justin Hendrix arrived and helped get my car in the right position to be towed. He was friendly and professional and made me feel overall really comfortable by taking the time to explain everything to me (this was my first time having my car towed). I appreciated all he did!! Was totally satisfied overall with my experience!!

When your cars not working correctly it’s a very stressful situation to deal with, but David has made my day so much better. He even recommended an amazing auto shop to have my vehicle worked on.
