My vehicle was recently totaled in an accident, it was towed away before anything could be taken out and was never opened until it arrived at copart. Needless to say the loose change and cash I had in my center console was not delivered with my paperwork and all my other items were thrown in a trash bag by copart employees. After trying to figure out what happened the manager of this particular location ghosted me and while the front office staff ignored my questions and rolled their eyes when asked if we could talk to someone else. Losing a vehicle and being involved in an accident is extremely difficult but to add on top of that by the rudest staff was the worst!

I paid for my lot using a debit card, but Copart charged the payment as a credit card transaction, which resulted in significantly higher fees. Before pickup, I called Customer Service and they told me that the issue could be resolved at the location if I just showed my card. However, when I arrived, the yard staff told me to call Customer Service again. After picking up the lot, I tried to resolve the issue multiple times through support, but they kept sending me back and forth between departments, and no one actually fixed the problem. Very disappointing experience. No accountability, no support, and no resolution. Would not recommend.

Copart Fort Worth just improved the service. Trucks can only go inside the yard to pick up vehicles 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment which is good. Now it's not so crowded, forklift has more space to work and people in the office is less saturated and stressed. It does affect drivers a bit but I think is working good for everyone

Didn’t deal with them in person but talked to Cassie on the phone and she was SO HELPFUL and sweet. Got back to me swiftly each time she said she would. Would have lost a very valuable item without them!

Be ready to wait. Got here 10:30am, wasn't let in to my car until 1:30pm, no public bathroom. Then found personal items missing from the car. Bring snacks & water, plan to hold your bladder, and take your stuff out before your car is brought here to avoid it getting stolen. The staff was nice, no major complaints there.

4 hours to load 3 sedan, they we're loding everyone else, do we have to pay them? Or how thoes it work! Never coming back here! No point on making an appointment, and just to make it worse they broke the tire on one vehicle.

So slow. I know no some buddy rush, there was no queue and the app showed a 6 minute wait. An hour has passed since then. I second time visiting and the second time very slowly. Work on the application or on optimizing its performance.

I sold my car through a partner company with Copart. Dodi arranged towing and she did a great job. Her professionalism and sense of humor made her an absolute pleasure to work with. However, on day of pickup, the tow driver never contacted me, and was 2 hours late. None of this was Dodi's fault but there was a delay/disconnect between the tow driver, dispatch and me the customer.

Not good . Their work is terrible. The workers do NOT WANT to work . VERY LOOW ATTENTION. Always I have VERY BAD treatment for others . A CHANGE WITH ALL WORKERS IS NEEDED. I decided to do this so that someone could make a solution to this situation.

I’ve been a Copart member since 2016, but my recent experience at the Fort Worth location was extremely disappointing. The general manager was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. When I tried to reference Copart’s own policies from their website, he rudely dismissed them and insisted that he could enforce his own rules because “this is his location.” That kind of attitude is unacceptable from someone in a leadership position. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, not arrogance and hostility. Very disappointed.

My car was towed here and they crashed my dash board pulling off a after market radio I had and also put all my personal items in the bed of my truck leaving them in the rain to get ruined. This included my electronics, sunglasses, and personal items. When I told my insurance they reached out and copart rejected to pay for all my damaged and ruined property! Highly unprofessional!

Attention 🚨 don’t allow your vehicle to go here! My car was ransacked and my pistol was stolen. Everything and I mean everything they didn’t want was thrown in the back of my car. Most of my stuff was missing! this place has no explanation and the manager won’t return my calls or speak to me just somehow not available. Staff is rude too. This place don’t even deserve a star or half a star ! DONT LET YOUR VEHICLE GO HERE your stuff will be stolen.

Horrible Experience - Items Stolen and No Accountability I had an absolutely terrible experience with Copart that left me beyond frustrated. After my vehicle was towed to their yard, my AirPods went missing, and Copart refused to take responsibility. Stolen Property My AirPods were last pinged inside their facility after my vehicle was towed there. Despite this, Copart completely shrugged off the issue, claiming that their yard is accessible to too many people for them to accept any responsibility. I understand that a towing yard has some level of access, but that doesn’t mean they should ignore when someone’s belongings go missing from their own yard! No Accountability What made things worse was their dismissive attitude toward my claim. Even though I provided evidence that my AirPods were last located on their property, Copart wouldn’t investigate or take any action. They insisted they weren’t liable, even though my car was locked and only someone with access to the vehicle could have taken the AirPods. Untrustworthy Environment If you’re considering using Copart for any towing or vehicle storage services, think again. They clearly don’t care about securing customers’ property or addressing issues when things go missing. If my AirPods were stolen, I can’t imagine what else could go wrong for others using their services. Overall, this experience was a disaster. I’d advise anyone to avoid Copart if they care about the safety and security of their personal belongings.

Where to start? The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. I've been to El Paso's and they are a step above in multiple areas. The front office ladies are rude, refuse to assist in any way and I'm revoking my membership purely to the horrendous customer service here. But hey. I guess eating those Skittles was more important than helping members

I visited it to complete my dealership's membership and Yali Naylor the front desk associate was professional, patient, helpful and so courteous. She explained and guided with all needed information. The services was beyond my expectations. I will continue do business with this branch.

Where to start......... Liberty Mutual Insurance stated my vehicle HAD to go to CoPart as it was their yard 🤔 NOT only was the lady who answered the horribly rude and she also hung up on me each time we spoke. THEY also STOLE PARTS out of AND off of my SUV 😳😤 Additionally, they damaged it in places that weren't previously AND it looks like they LEFT my door open based on the amount of dirt and rain marks on the INTERIOR door panel & leather seats 😡 they also went through everything as well as screwed up my ignition.... the key in STUCK in it. It started and ran without issue prior to them getting it. Then there's marks from where the dirt was disturbed on the seats further proving someone has been in both the front the 2nd row taking & going through things that WERE part of my SUV. Police report filed today April 8th, 2024 🚔 Going to have to get someone to come detail and get a new battery to get into the back as well as be able to determine if there are further damages/ missing items 🤔

The people at the front desk were really nice. But my car was not treated well. It is an older 4 runner and I’m hoping they won’t total it, but when they are slamming cars around with their lifts, I question if the car will even be in good shape after slamming it on the ground. The reason I’m making this post is I forgot my Oakleys in the car, I went down to get them and they were gone. They said they didn’t see them in pictures, however I have a picture of the glasses on the dash as the car was towed away. Regardless if they fell off, I dug all through the car and they were no where to be found, leaving me with the question of, when the people went through the car and threw everything in the back, what happened to my sunglasses… The picture may not be clear, but you can see there are sunglasses on the dash just to the right of the steering wheel.

No problem other than the food in the vending machine are a little high. All of my items were removed and placed in a bag for me and held until I picked it up. The ladies at the front were nice and professional and busy, so don't expect to walk in and out in 10 minutes.

I have been a customer for 12 years. Purchased vehicles, rv's, and boats. The last purchase I made was a tractor mower attachment. Paid 500$ in gate fees. The attachment is around 1500lbs. I traveled there at 10 am on Monday morning because they will charge storage fees if not picked up promptly. once I arrived, I was told they will not talk to me without an appointment. Made an appointment only to find out the soonest was 2pm. They would not help me load equipment on trailer wouldn't even let me in the lot if I did not have sufficient equipment. What they want you to do is pay for the item and then keep your money, keep your deposit, and keep the equipment. Another sad story of a good company gone bad. I will never spend another dime at Copart. Loyal customer pissed off to greed.

Bought a Boat . Said Normal wear. Brought dang good money.. they TOTALLY FORGOT to mention motor cracked in several places.. even had a note in boat from old owner stating motor needed work and cracked.. but they just happened to leave that out.. either the consignor KNEW or they Knew. And left it out to pad the auction price.. email GM AGM and yard.. and left 2 messages.. never so much as the courtesy of a return phone call or email..
