Went there on my latest visit to turn in my dead battery for recycling. It was around 4:30 on Monday, a holiday - so it was relatively busy, maybe half a dozen+ customers? They let me borrow a cart to load in my battery from my vehicle. The friendly employees and manager quickly helped me to get in and out with minimum fuss. Not only that - I got a gift card for turning my battery in, which I was not expecting. Definitely recommended for your auto repair parts and maintenance products.

Great place to go shop and if you need to return. Can always ask them for your members phone number if you lost the receipt

These guys at O'Reilly are really fantastic. They helped me with the weirdest problem ever, change stuck in my lighter charger port 😆 they had a hard time excepting my money. Very good people.

I stopped by the store just 20 minutes before closing at 10 PM because my truck was struggling to start—and I had a long drive ahead of me for work at 5 AM. Ricky went above and beyond. He quickly checked my battery, confirmed that was the issue, and replaced it on the spot. I’m so grateful for his help! If it weren’t for him, I could’ve ended up stranded in a parking lot after a 12-hour shift, hours from home. And this was all right before closing on a Friday night! Ricky is truly an asset to this store. Thank you so much!

This store is GREAT! I had to replacement my spark plug and it was extremely tough to do. However, Edgar, one of the stores employees stepped in and assisted. He was very patient and guided me through the process. The customer service I experienced was 5 stars…I highly recommend this store!

We’ve been there for a battery replacement on a busy Saturday afternoon. Vincent was kind, friendly and detail oriented. He replaced it super quick, and the overall experience at this store was great.

Had to stop on the way to discount tire to get a tire pump because my tire was completely flat. I was clearly stressed and had my toddler with me. The cashier was so unhelpful and told me they didn’t have tire pumps there and couldn’t do anything for me. I looked online and it said they had them so I looked around the store and found it myself. He instead decided to watch videos on his phone. And he gets paid for that.

I went in to ask about a battery. While there, the employees and manager were extremely helpful with finding the proper battery plus extra items to update my cars, like new wipers. They were professional and friendly. Oh yeah, they also price matched, which saved me $100. I will continue to go to this O'Reilly's for all my auto needs.

came in yesterday and ordered a car battery for my car because they didn’t have the right one in stock. came to pick it up today and they had sold it to someone else when it came in. no apology, completely disorganized. will never come back.

Eveytime I've gone into this location the guys there are extremely helpful! Most recently, they made sure to save me money on a new battery and went to great lengths to install it.

They have a nice clean parking lot with plenty of room if you have a trailer which is very very handy. I drove a full size semi into the parking lot without blocking any parking spots and could drive all the way through without needing to back up or anything.

This has been my home store for the last 4 years but unfortunately they lost a loyal customer today. Purchased two deep sockets to try on my vehicle that I was working on and after they didn't fit, I returned them as they were the wrong size. The assistant manager says can't replace without my debit card but I told her I'd do it in the afternoon since I was heading to church. Come Sunday evening I find an old guy who refuses to do a replacement citing that the tools have been used, which was clearly a lie but whatever. I'll drive 20 minutes to Saginaw than deal with this in the future

I would like to give this store and its manager Randy a big thank you. My self and my employees can call or visit any time and get big welcome from your employees. Always willing to go the extra mile with a smile on there face. The store is always stocked and very clean. I’m sure the DM’s are very please with the team you have put together. Keep up the outstanding job.

My experiences here have been very good overall. Francisco is extremely helpful and friendly. I was disappointed that they did not have or even show to carry a 25 amp j type fuse for my F250. Seemed odd but they looked it up.

Awesome service! I had several questions and bought a few different items and Mr. William answered everything I asked with an awesome attitude, will gladly comeback back to do business with him again.
