The company is a towing service that finds a company for you, charges ridiculous prices and finds a local company for cheaper. They’re a scam and I’m reporting to TDLR. Also never even towed my car after spending almost 400$.
They were tearable they said they would pick up my car and never did .it ended up costing me 150.$ towing to tow from one side of the st to the other I'm on disability and don't make enough to get buy barely miss Reese and I had to tow to Firestone on camp Bowie and they r the one who called and charge me that much money.
I called AAA because of Missing car keys as have no spare and it takes Mercedes a few days to get one. AAA dispatched Flying J Towing-Storage Inc to help us out. Ross was great, incredibly patient and kind, which is nice during such a stressful time.
