Isidro was helping me today and towards the end of our transactions I asked if we could do look up a warranty and he talked back to me in a high pitched and condescending tone. I found this to be really rude and unprofessional and wondering if this is how they treat all their customers or just me. I come here all the time and while most seem helpful he was the exact opposite of what I've come to expect from this company. Just a disappointing and rude experience. Be warned of this employee.
Edit: I came in and saw that they made him a assistant manager. Dont go to this location at all if you are a women. They will not help you or respect you. Hes a horrible person and by keeping him on and promoting him they are showing a clear sign of what values they employ. So disappointing in the company.
Always understaffed. I can't remember at time I went here and there wasn't a line.
The staff is always turning over. Never the same people and often they are new and unfamiliar with looking up parts.
I'm currently trying to return upper control arms they sold me that don't fit my truck.
I order a part for my battery yesterday. Came in to get it today and the lady decides to open my package. Which she had no right to then have the audacity to say she wanted to make sure both parts were mine and not just one. Thats crazy it clearly says a quantity of 2 on the box and whatever came in the package belongs to me. Like she was trying to take one out. Don't make no sense then ripped the box open can't even close the top. Won't ever again order at this store.
I have been a valued customer of oriellys for years but after today not anymore; employee stated that she was short of employees today, and for that reason she tried to take care of various customers at the same time; what a failure; walked out and went straight to Auto Zone; what a difference; was out of there in less than five minutes; while at Auto Zone, I noticed another customer that had also walked out from oriellys
Isidro is an angel, he helped me (and by helped I mean did it all himself) change my taillight and was so wonderful to chat with while I was here! Thanks Isidro!
Good location, but the less than interested attitudes from some of the employees is the reason for 3 stars, if you make the customer feel welcomed you'll get higher ratings
I went to get new headlights, and I asked for assistance changing them. The employee said they don’t typically help change them but said he’d help. He helped remove the head lights and then had to go back inside because he got the wrong lights. When he gave me the right ones, he told me he’d be out after helping another customer but never came to assist me. I even watched the customer leave that he assisted. It would have been better to tell me no in the beginning than to give false hope.
Came here to see if they could check my AC coolant and fill it up but the guy already said they don’t usually do that. Last year they did it for me so that’s why I came back but the guy kept acting weird and awkward when I asked. Gave me a deer in the headlights look. He checked it for me anyways and then coolant spilled all over him and then had a attitude and said “That’s why we don’t do this”. Not coming back here.
This is probably the best O'reilly store I've been in. They keep stock of most items that are listed online as available in-store, and everything else can be ready the next day. The store is extremely clean and well kept. But most of all, the staff are some of the nicest I've experienced. I always come to this location if I can.
My mom went in to this location because my car started trying to die on her when she was out driving it. She had no clue what could be causing it and when the check engine light finally came on, Joey came out with her to try to figure out the problem. He went above and beyond by asking if it would be alright to help my mom replace the part after knowing exactly what the code meant that his machine spit out. Due to his knowledgeability and his customer service, we got the part replaced and my car is running good as new! Thanks Joey for helping my mom out, I know she was appreciative, and I just wanted everyone else to know that I am, too!
Two of three visits I received the correct parts for my model truck. One time the guy assumed he had picked the right parts. In fact he guessed wrong. The next day I returned all the parts and worked with Marisol and she asked more questions and corrected the problem. Just a couple questions would have saved me that extra trip. This was the reason I didn't go to AutoZone, lack of knowledge. Oh well! Marisol was very knowledgeable, ask for her.
Marisol is so helpful and goes above and beyond for customers by her attention to detail and great friendly customer service. I highly recommend going to this location over AutoZone that is across the street! Keep up the great work guys!
Every time I go to that O'Reilly's on Camp Bowie I deal with Adam and Alex and CJ they are amazing go above and beyond professional and courteous I will only shop at that store until they moved to the new one guess what then I'll be shopping at the new one Adam Kudos really appreciate you guys you're an awesome manager
Love the helpful and friend people who work at O'Reilly. I have never once had a bad experience at any of their locations. Always go there for Automotive needs if possible.
My go to store for my car needs. Also I get rewarded for shopping there. Military discount is good for me as I have many cars to service. Prices are good and sales are often and I take advantage of them, thanks.
Smallest parkinglot, staff was unhelpful.
I was attempting to return something for store credit and the lady said I couldnt because I didn't have a receipt. She then took an incoming phone call and instead of asking them to hold she cuts me off from talking and starts looking up a part number and asking the caller questions about the vehicle and such. I was literally in front of her and she never acknowledged me again. I grabbed my part and went to another oreilys down the road that had a more professional staff that were glad to help me.
Just bought some rotors from this branch. Carnell was the employee who helped me. This gentleman deserves a promotion to store manager. I came in and asked to purchase a rotor for my truck. I told him I had just purchased one from another branch but they didn’t have two in stock and he looked up what I had purchased to ensure he got the same part. He told me right then that the other branch had sold me the wrong part. We opened the box and sure enough he was correct the other branch had sold me the wrong part. He went back and got two of the right parts, returned the other one for me and sold me a starter as well. When I walked in the store there was about 8 people in line in front of me... he checked me and 6 of those 8 people in line out with a great demeanor and attitude all while his obnoxiously loud and over talkative coworker was obviously wasting time and by doing so making him carry much more of the work load. Very impressed by this man. Give him a raise at least!
Definitely will never use O'Reilly again. Walked in, was not acknowledged. Stood in the aisle for a few minutes in front of the registers, still nothing. Figured out what I needed on my own, went to counter, asked them to double check I got the right part, asked him if he had the took to replace the fuse, said no, so I asked him what he'd do if I asked him to help me replace it, he just looked dumbfounded. So I bought the stupid plastic fuse puller. Never once asked if I needed help replacing it. Come yo find out, got the low profile fuse instead of the regular length one, so had to go back in to exchange. When I said it was the wrong one, no apology or anything, basically looked at me like I was stupid. So I will never go to the brand of store ever again. AutoZone only from here on out.
I went to this location based on a previous review, and I had the same wonderful service from Wally. He tested my old battery, replaced it, and then checked the starter and the alternator as well. He wouldn't even take the tip I offered him. Exceptional service.
I needed a new battery and Wally had me in and out of there in less than thirty minutes. He first checked the battery, when it was found to be bad he sold me the correct battery without trying to up sell me to a more expensive one. He then removed the old one and cleaned things up and installed the new one. When he was done he checked the starter and the alternator to determine that they were still good. All of this for the price of the battery and with a smile on his face. I will not go anywhere else for car parts.
Victor and Jenifer (yes, one n) gave top notch service today. With all the knowledge one expects at an auto parts store and friendly staff over all, I'ts definitely my go to for wear parts and accessories. Incredibly impressive.
