Very poor customer service at this location on 2/15/26. The employee who helped me (young Hispanic man with long hair and tattoos — I didn’t catch his name) immediately spoke to me in a condescending tone, upon walking in. When I asked for help finding filters, he scribbled something on a piece of paper and threw it toward me, telling me to go find them myself, I couldn’t even understand his handwriting. This was rude, unprofessional, and not the level of service I’ve received here before. I left without purchasing anything and will think twice before coming back. Management seriously needs to address the attitude and customer service at this store.

Rep. Dallas at OReilly's in Benbrook was extremely helpful!! He went above and beyond to help me and even installed my wipers for me despite the difficulty. Thank you Dallas!

Jesse the manager is garbage. Doesnt want to help with anything. He told person on the phone hes helping other when there wasnt a line. He told a customer he couldnt check their battery. I asked for an item and he said he doesnt carry it. I found it when i was going to the restroom. I told him about it and thats when the attitude came out.

Considering I'm in a wheelchair, the delivery service to my vehicle was quick and the employee was courteous and professional, no problem at all.

Went in to the Oriellys in Benbrook and asked for Jesse to look up the oil and filter I bought last time and it was obviously too much to asked as he kept saying that he could look it up by vehicle faster. Told him to forget it and walked out. I could care less about what the computer says. I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT I BOUGHT LAST TIME. This guy is loud and obnoxious every time I go so I will not be back! Thanks for the help JESSE as there was nobody else in the store. I’ll order online next time and won’t have to deal with this guy. ORIELLYS DO BETTER

If i could give no stars i would. Workers are rude and shady. They told my sister that she needed a new battery but refused to help her change it. Took her car over to auto zone and they checked the battery, alternator, and starter and it was good. They were taking advantage of the fact she was alone and didn't know much about cars.

Leo was truly great! My headlight went out this morning, and I had no clue how to replace it. After buying a new bulb, I called and asked if someone could not necessarily replace it for me, but to just tell me how to replace it. Once arriving at the store, Leo immediately offered his help, helped me take apart the headlight and replace the bulb. He even gave me some advice on something that also needed to be replaced. Thank you Leo!!

The entire staff was the best!!!! They were all soooooooo helpful. I had to go there 5 times last week and each time I went the customer service was the BEST I’ve had in a long time!!! Service was fast , friendly and very knowledgeable!!!! Love them all!!!!! Thanks for being the best and loving what you do! It definitely shows!!!!! They feel like family now!!!

Went to O'Reilly for a new battery. I told the guy behind the counter that I needed a new battery and asked if they would install it. He said, maybe with an unpleasant voice. Then he proceeded to tell me no as it's an expert installation (see the photo I posted, easy install). I told him it's easy to get to and he came to look at it. He then said he wouldn't change it for me as it's a liability issue without the hold down (don't they sell those too?). Fine, no big deal, completely understandable. So I then asked him for a tool so I could change it and he said no, they don't have any as they hand them out often or something like that (how do they change them for others?). Extremely unhelpful. Go down the road to one of the other auto parts stores in Benbrook. They are much nicer and have historically always been helpful. Unfortunately I had no choice this time as the others were closed. I warned you. Just go down the road a bit, why take a chance? **UPDATE** I went down the road to the AutoZone on Camp Bowie Blvd. The guy was extremely nice and gladly offered to help me change the battery. He even greased it and put new felt on it.

The location at 9259 Benbrook Blvd is incredible. Adam was the most helpful person when my father-in-law had to replace a serpentine belt. He took it upon himself to help get the belt on in 110-degree heat. 100% above and beyond what anyone would be expected to do for a customer. I can’t recommend them enough.

Catherine is rude. She said it was against policy to help with a headlight and then told us 'you'll need to go find the headlight yourself and YouTube it' So we went to O'Reilly on White Settlement Road and Travis was awesome, walked right back to bulb and brought his drill out to help. It's not hard to be nice and helpful, instead of making us feel like unwanted and going to a different store and getting actual help. Go see Travis he's a 5 star kind of man.

One parts guy couldn't find our fuel filter on his computer. After we described it well enough, the older one knew where to find it. How hard can it be to find? It screws into the fuel inlet at the front of the carburetor, and we gave the make, year, etc. I called yesterday, 6/30/22, and talked to a lady. Was put on hold for over 10 minutes! Hung up, and called again. Part I wanted wasn't in stock, but she said she'd find it and call back. She told me the store on w. Berry at Hemphill had it. I asked to have them put a hand on it, and put it on the counter for me to pickup first thing in the morning. It wasn't, and they knew nothing about it. I called this store to ask what happened, and some belligerat guy answered the phone. He wasn't interested in anything but being rude, and ended up hanging up on me. I will sure not do business here! If I could give a no star rating, I would.

They have great service and we're willing to help me with everything I needed! They helped me put a part on my car for me. The best customer service! Definitely recommend this place if needing any parts for your car. Been going here along time and they never seem to disappoint! Best auto store around. No complaints out of all the years I been going. Stop in and see for yourself!

Great customer service. Adam Smith the store manager. Help assist with my car battery issue. His generosity and direct help was great. I was able to put a new battery in with the help of Virgil another employee at O'Reily Auto. Outstanding customer service. Thank you guy's.

Sept 16 update: Called to order an item that wasn't in stock and whoever answered the phone couldn't give me a price or even be bothered to actually order it to the store, while I stared at the product info on their own website. Said he'd have to call the supplier and didn't even ask for my contact info. Just sat silent on the phone and then hung up. Very disappointed. Original Review: When the dealer couldn't be bothered to return a phone call I decided to forget the warranty and give my money to people who actually care about customer service. They gladly tested my battery and had a replacement ready for me when I returned the next day, and they have a 10% military discount to boot. Sept 13 update: Still great staff. Called in to order a part Saturday afternoon and it was in the next morning. Faster than Amazon!

Over charge you for everything shop on Amazon for better prices and part. Bought a pair of axel seperates and they did not fit because their parts list are only good for standard cars so if you have a ex, lx or type s the parts will be wrong. The guy behind the counter told me that.

Great customer service but..... I went to get a tail light and the price was double than it was any where else....o'Reilly price for 3157 w/tax 11.90. Walmart 4.84 before tax. Unbelievable!!!! Sorry o'Reilly but im gonna have to start price checking before I shop there again!!! Wow!!

The customer service here is absolutely wonderful. They were so helpful in getting me a new car battery and they checked my old one beforehand to make sure I really needed a new battery.

Have had every part I've needed from lawn mower to boat to truck if they didn't have it they happily ordered it. They're sometimes a little short handed and the line is longer than most not a big deal only reason it is to me is back fusion l4l5 and still hurts to stand too long but right parts I'll sacrifice a little comfort.
