Kenny came out on a Saturday evening to tow my truck after breaking down on a busy highway. He was fast, and very professional. Wayne also came along with a personal vehicle to bring me, my wife, and 4 kids home cause we had no other way. Very friendly people and fast professional. Would recommend them to anyone needed help they will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

I had car trouble on a farm market road. I called tow company person on phone very patient and vey helpful. My car picked up in timely manner and driver was also patient and helpful.

Super friendly folks. Several times, they have opened their gates to allow several Rusk County fire departments to train on the proceedures of victim disentanglment of car crashes. They even participated in case extra hands are ever needed on incidents. Wreck recovery services are not typically regarded as first responders, but they should be. As a firefighter, while we're out there doing the "job" in a dangerous roadway, these guys can be counted on to be shoulder to shoulder with us. Thanks guys!
Waited 14 hours for roadside that never showed up 1 call and Wayne was done with drive in less 2 hours and was friendliest driver ever and best priced Wayne will always be my go to tow man
Broke down and I’m not from this area. The tow truck was quick and the driver was so nice. He stayed with us until our ride got there and even let our kids see his tow truck. Highly recommend

Had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere, called Griffith's towing and there were there within 15 minutes. The driver was AWESOME and very helpful. We ended up having to tow it to a tire store in Henderson. I will definitely recommend Griffith's to anyone and their families. Great job y'all.

Wayne was amazing, i was in a wreck on Saturday night at 2am and he was at the office to let me in my truck on Sunday morning. Helped me with my belongings and was very professional and also can tell that he truly cares about his customers. HIGHLY recommend him if you need a tow or help with your vehicle. The wrecker came quickly to get my son's car after he hit a wild hog. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Glad that after the eventful early morning, we had kind people to deal with.
Wayne and Kenny are truly amazing people! We were T-boned on the highway heading home to the DFW area. Wayne and Kenny drove my family and I to Enterprise to rent a car. When no cars were available, they took us back to their business and then on to Denny’s where we could eat and stay dry until our family member could pick us up. They were willing to go above and beyond to ensure our safety. We are so incredibly thankful for them.

I can noy even begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Griffiths towing service. I manage to literally put my jeep on the edge of a culvert with extremely fast running water. I never would hve thought it could be saved. Not only did he save my jeep, but did it in such a way that we walked away without a single scratch. My family was completely amazed that not only did the jeep survive, but once dried out.. Is still running up and down the roads. I highly HIGHLY recommend Griffiths Towing. And a huge heartfelt think you for being there when we needed you.
We were driving home through Henderson, on a Sunday, when we had a flat. We didn’t have a jack big enough to lift my truck. My husband called Griffith’s and Wayne came with a jack and my husband was able to change the tire. Wayne was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!!!
This was truly a great experience, well as great as being stranded could be. He was punctual, very respectful and easy to talk to. We were a truck and trailer combo and he made it all easy. He took us home to drop the trailer and then took us to the shop. The pricing was very reasonable. Wayne is a good, hardworking small business owner. If you have a need, send business his way. The owner of Griffith's Towing is a fine man who will do what he says he will in good time and at good price. I enjoyed my time with him in the truck unlike other companies that have operators with no personality. While I hope I never break down again, I would use this service if I needed it.
Wayne hasn't even dropped me off at my destination yet and I have to give him a 5 star rating. He's a great man running a great company. Out of the five towing experiences i've had, this one takes the crown by far.
